Had a lovely stay at the Vision apartment’s. Local area was lovely, lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Nice pleasant and easy walk to city centre.
The apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our stay, prompt response from maintenance when a problem occurred. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very small. You could barely get out of the bed on one side, which is not ideal for a double occupation room.

It was clean albeit the condition is tired with a broken edges to door frame and draws.

Lastly I kept receiving message via WhatsApp from bad actors that must have obtain customer data via illegal mean.

Great location. Close to tram and train. Very central to city and main station and attractions.
Decent rates for Switzerland.
Well maintained property.
Well stocked kitchen - cutlery microwave dishwasher coffee machine etc.
Easy self checkin and checkout. Easy comms.
Would definitely consider for future stays.

Few things to note
Bathroom had see through glass wall. Ok for couple but not for stay with family or friends.
Supplies shampoo conditioner weren’t replenished daily. Need to request for it. As ours was 4 nights only we didn’t bother.

Pillow were substandard. Required extra and were provided.

Coffee machine but no tea or coffee sugar milk etc. Even instant would be good.

Dishwasher but no tablets. Maybe available on request.

BEWARE – MISLEADING PHOTOS ON EXPEDIA!!!

I strongly advise against booking this property based on the photos shown on Expedia. The images displayed are highly misleading and only represent the best or upgraded rooms—not the standard rooms that most guests are actually allocated.

The standard room we were given was extremely basic and had a persistent damp smell that made the stay uncomfortable. It looked nothing like the bright, modern, and inviting photos on the listing. In addition, the communal corridors were noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, which added to the overall negative impression of the property.

When we raised our concerns with customer service, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The staff bluntly stated that the room we received matched the category we had booked and that the photos on the website were “indicative only” and represented the best available rooms. This was extremely frustrating, as there was no clear disclaimer or indication anywhere on the listing that the images were not representative of all room types.

Overall, the experience felt deceptive and disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially if you are basing your decision on the photos provided online. What you see is definitely not what you get.

Nice apartment to stay in Zürich. We were in a studio size apartment and it was perfect for us. The apartment has a small kitchen, all appliances needed, comfortable bed, and a small bathroom. When i booked it I didn't realize it does not have A/C, however we were out all day and at night the temperature was nicer, so we didn't really needed it. There were 2 fans and that was enough for us. Location is good, there is a tram station really close, few restaurants, and a market couple blocks away. Still 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions. The area seemed safe and quiet.
We had an inconvenience with the code, but we called an it was solved right away.

The VisionApartments on Gerechtigkeitsgasse in Zurich are in an excellent location, quite walkable from the train station and city centre. The compact kitchen was modern and had everything, including an espresso machine. There was also free laundry access if you brought detergent.
I was in Room G105, and my main issue was a see-through glass-walled shower (!); fine for couples, maybe, but not when travelling with friends. I suggest adding the option of drapes outside the glass wall, for privacy.
Also, it would have been nice to have a bedside lamp

The problem I had, was the first time I left the apartment one of the local approached me and asked for money, and when I told her I had nothing for her she proceeded to tell me off, and told me I was disrespectful to her and she is an intelligent person. Not a pleasant experience, good thing I was with other people and they were able to get her to move away.

The apartment was in a calm location. However i did not appreciate the communication process. I reached out twice. 1) was to let them know of bathroom light not working 2) recommendations on getting to the airport. Both of which i never heard back. I did appreciate their free washer and dryer in the basement (available after hours)

We had 4 rooms here, all but one booked as the same. The last one was an upgraded room. We suggest the upgrade. The couches and some furniture in the basic rooms was very worn. Other than that, the rooms are pretty much as advertised. We did however encounter mini ants in 2 of the rooms, one basic and one upgraded. Contacted the property expecting them to spray. Maid came around instead (we had just killed about 10 more) and because she didn’t see any the second she was there told us to video them the next day. The ant issue obviously turned us off.

If you keep the windows closed it is relatively quiet from outside noise. However, we could hear conversations from the room adjacent to us which was not fun at 4am. On the 3rd floor you do have access to the roof top which was nice. Location is like 7 minutes away from tram stop.

It was good until our last night there. We got locked out of our room. We’re foreign so we couldn’t call the number for support. Had to email customer service, they took a long time to reply. Was sitting outside our room for 2.5 hours for someone to figure out the door battery was dead and they had to come out and replace the battery.

Affordable and clean, but didn’t allow us early check-in and gave us the wrong code for the door. Since it was a Sunday, they took about 30 minutes to answer our phone call and we were locked out. Awkward how the bathroom has a see through shower and stall. You get what you pay for.

Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive.

Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET.
Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels.
Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks.

When we arrived, there was no place to store our bags at the apartment. Vision Apartments should have informed us that we needed to pay for storing our bags at the train station. We wasted an Uber going to the apartment from the airport when we should have gone straight to the train station. We were given only 2 towels and bath mat. The shower was super slippery. The apartment was so bland and bare. We were not told where the nearest market was to buy food and then we discovered an Aldi within walking distance. We were not given any information and if we had been informed about the tour bus location and train station, we could have saved money spent on Ubers.

The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. Also, the bathroom is only seperated from the studio by clear glass, which means the toilet and shower are visible from the bed. Lastly, even though the weather was around 20 degrees the room was hot and humid. We had the window open whenever we were there but it was too hot to sleep regardless.

Worse Experience to date...

This was probably the worse experience I've had in traveling. The access code did not work for me and I met 2 other guests who also had issues and Irecommended they request new access codes like I did. Do not try to email any issues because they will reply back with 20 questions to answer even though we provided all that information on the initial email. The wifi did not work the entire stay! I was unable to work remotely due to this. Comminication was slow and did not resolve any issues. Rather they barely replied back to us. There is a washer and dryer available. However, it seemed like housekeeping was using the same washer/dryer as the guests! Every washer was filles with rags. And we were not able to use the washer and dryer because every time we tried, it was filled with washed rags. Although the accomodation is close to a train station, all the other NEEDED amenities (which is why we chose this apt) were not functional or available. No internet so we could not watch tv either. Smh I've never experienced an advertised accommodation that didnt have functional amenities as listed.

The apartment was clean and cozy with a minimal kitchen. We had trouble getting in, but they were quick to fix the problem. We also had a broken ironing board, but again, it was replaced quickly. The location is good. But no air conditioning, and it was hot.

We stayed here for two nights. When we booked it, we were excited because it looked nice when we got there however it still looked nice but there were a few things that weren’t up to expectations (kind of clickbait). One of which was the bathroom the shower was difficult to control the temperature of the water due to the handle being broken, also there was no air flow in the room at all and all that we had was a little fan. Also the tv didn’t work, which that was t as big a deal since we weren’t in the room much other than to sleep. There were ants crawling all around the room. This apartment has a lot of potential but is lacking in a few areas. I hope this helps others. I would recommend looking else where first and use this as a last resort or if it’s close to where you want to explore that’s fine too. The only saving grace I could say we had was there was a lot of restaurants around that were good.

Pros: location is walkable to the rail station (17 minutes) and to the Old Town (20 minutes). Bathroom was good and had basic amenities. We received the access code the day before with all the important information.

The Property was centrally located and easy to enter. The unit we stayed in was quite old looking. The beds were uncomfortable and definitely not a queen and a twin. They both seemed to be twins. There was no ac, and it was very hot and stuffy inside the unit. The windows in one of the bedrooms were sky lights and there was nothing to keep them open. The coffee machine was outdated and not usable. The floors were also dirty and not cleaned property. It was livable but not for the price paid. It was well stocked with everything and provided simple items such as dish soap, water and tolietries.

Small but liveable. Impressively equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Shampoo, soap and conditioner provided in big bottles so no need to bring your own. Wish we knew this before hand. Shortage of electric sockets. Poor communication from the start, tried to make us double pay, didn’t give us the code to check it till I was at the property frantically calling Expedia. We thought we might be homeless overnight despite paying the full amount.

We stayed in the microstudio. It was small, but had everything that we needed (small kitchen stove, fridge, private bathroom, work desk, etc). The location was about 20m walk from the Zurich central train station. Pretty convenient and offered flexibility of cooking your own food vs. staying at an hotel with a similar price range. Overall positive experience. Does not allow early check in. There is washer/dryer on premises, but the dryer was not working properly.

My Mini-apartment was very compact, but contained everything I needed and more. In addition, though the room was small, the bathroom was a very convenient size and the shower was actually large and very nice. The location of the apartments was perfect for my purposes, as well. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Great location BUT Cannot access the apartment before 3pm and must check out before 10. This can be difficult when travelling with luggage as there is no storage. No Air conditioning. One tiny inadequate pillow. Laundry almost impossible to use. Communication, whilst achievable is slow and difficult and no comprise on anything.

The apartment was not clean when we entered, the kitchen sink was unclean and stains on bench and floor. Dead insects on carpet, tv in lounge was not working, some lights not operating, the exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work and one washer and dryer didnt operate properly. The cleaners left a load of cleaning cloths in the washer. Not that pleasant a stay for the price.

Great apartment, excellent value!

This was the perfect apartment for a short trip to Zurich! The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to almost everything (Uetliberg and the Lindt shop were the only places we neeeded to catch public transport to), and the apartment was clean and stocked with all of the necessary amenities (including an espresso machine!).
The only slight sticking point for us was the bathroom and sleeping area arrangement as you have a clear view of the bathroom facilities from the bed and can’t close this off, but this wasn’t anything unmanageable for my friend and I and didn’t detract significantly from the overall quality of the accommodations.
All in all this was an excellent apartment at a great price!

All in all, you get what you pay for. It is a convenient and inexpensive place. The location is great, you can walk everywhere. However, it comes at a price. The room seemed as it was never cleaned well. There were stains everywhere, some permanent, but lots of them there simply because no one tried to scrub them. Once per week housekeeping is limited to replacing towels and removing trash. No cleaning whatsoever, which would not have been a problem had the room been cleaned before we checked in. Also, the sofa bed is a joke, it is, at best, a toddler bed. My 7 year old could not quite fit on it.

Apartment close to downtown for a fair price

This is actually a small apartment with a kitchen and living room, as well as the bedroom and bathroom. There are only sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom / living room, so if more than one person is staying, keep that in mind for privacy purposes. The carpet had stains. This is NOT a hotel, so do not expect maid service, fresh towels, coffee, etc. You'll need to bring your own. There was shampoo and body wash provided, as well as toilet paper. The cleaning crew do not speak English (you're in Switzerland after all). You will have to check in at a different location, which is about a 10 minute walk, so that came as a surprise after booking and isn't the most convenient if you have luggage. Overall, an excellent value for the location and what the apartment is for the price. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

VIsion Apartments have great customer service. The place was clean and efficient etc with all the amenities of a serviced apartment / hotel. The only real drawback is one has to pick up and deposit the key from a different location to where you actually stay. I can thoroughly recommend it though.

Tuvimos que solicitar los códigos de acceso no contestan todo es por correo, solo mandaron 1 código y teníamos 2 habitaciones así que al llegar tuvimos que nuevamente escribir y esperar que contesten retrasando nuestro acomodo. La TV nomprendia y no hay nadie en la propiedad que ayude hasta que la chica de la limpieza lo logró, algunos enchufes no funcionan

Leider war das Apartment stickig, keinerlei Lüftung oder AC. Man muss die Apartment Tür geöffnet lassen, damit man überhaupt schlafen kann. Sehr dreckig, keinerlei Handtuch Service. Trotz 3 Tagen Aufenthalt. Die Toilette war noch nicht abgespült bei meiner Ankunft… ekelhaft. Schimmel in der Dusche.
