We were rather late coming in - 8 pm. Our check-in was actually rather quick and pleasant, but when we walked into our room we discovered it was not cleaned at all. Replacing the room, on the other hand took almost 40 minutes... and let's just say was exhausting.
here is what was the worst part of our stay. We were there for a late sports event and we asked for late checkout. Not for free! Well, that WAS NOT an option. At all. The only way I was told I would get to keep my room even an hour (or two) later was to pay for the entire night. Rooms (both that we got a chance to witness) were tiny and cramped, water pressure in the shower was not there (taking a shower was just hard) and... it was not a pleasant experience over-all. We have to be in the area AT LEAST twice-a-year for MD States competitions and suffice it to say I will do my absolute best NOT to have to stay at this Hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities in my friends room were very good - large shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. I only had a small lotion and soap. The towels are acceptable, but not very thick. There was no hot breakfast on our second of four days. On Saturday night there a was a very loud live band at the restaurant next door.

The hotel was smelly, the whole second-floor corridor smelled of smoke, and the room smelled because the carpets were probably old and not washed for a long time. There was someone's nose snot in the toilet when I got to my room, the most disgusting thing ever. The second day, the cleaners had taken all the towels and forgot to leave new towels....

Nothing super fancy here, but everything was clean, the bed was comfy, there were stocked vending machines and breakfast, and every employee I encountered greeted me and smiled. I would definitely stay here again.

At check in we were informed some of the TVs were not getting any channels so the front desk let us switch rooms to have a working TV. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The building is on a main road and our room was on the front of the building so there was a lot of road noise. The breakfast was decent with coffee, juices, breads, danishes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, yogurt, and hot biscuits. All the staff were polite and helpful. We had a quick check in since we reserved the room online through Expedia. My son used the fitness room which has treadmill and bikes, and some other machine. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was very moldy shower and the rugs did not seem clean. Also there was no Tv at all as the satellite was not working for the whole week. There were moldy wet mattress and old furniture in the parking lot. Housekeeping did not come one day at all and I. Another day they only made 1 out of the 2 beds and did not empty the garbage or give tissues as they were empty.

The hotel had one room with a roll-in shower. I specifically requested a handicapped accessible room. My husband is on a wheelchair with limited ability to use a walker. First, we were given a room with a tub. So, I had to request a different room with a walk in shower (no shower chair). However, after contacting the maintenance person, he was able to locate a shower chair. In addition, the television was not working and the technician was called but never showed up. So , we were very disappointed and will not stay here again.

We spent 4 nights and found the hotel very comfortable and accommodating. Room was a bit small and only room for 1office chair so would prefer a larger room next time. Breakfast was hot and very good. Will plan another stay in future!

1st night asked for new room they said no hotel was full. Had to stay in accessible room for 4 nights. At any given time there were less than 10 cars in parking lot, so front desk Person was just lazy didnt want to help us. Water pressure low, water cold. Noisy room next to us had kids playing video games and arguing all night. We think they lived there. Found live beetle bugs next to bed last day before checking out. Lastly we were there 4 nights not once was room clean nor towels replaced. I can understand 1 or 2 nights but not four. Never was room ever cleaned. We came out for a funeral of a family member and didnt need the extra stress and lack of sleep that your hotel provided us during our stay.

My friend and I stayed at this location to fish several areas close by. There was plenty of well lit parking for us to park my boat and truck. The facility was recently renovated and looked brand new inside. Our room and beds were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. I was very pleased with all aspects of our stay!

Desk person cancelled my paid reservation at 3a that I had reserved at 11p, We arrived at 330a after moving all day, to be told too bad, put you as a no show, and you lose your payment. After some rough discussion, got a room. I contacted Expedia and was issued a refund!

Nice room but dirty bathroom

All of the staff, especially the reception staff, were very kind and friendly. The rooms were very nice and newly renovated, but I suspect that they are not cleaned very well.

The bathroom floor grout is supposed to be white and it is behind the toilet, door and under the sink, but everywhere you walk and stand, the grout is already stained black. (See photos) A floor properly cleaned every few days should not be this dirty, especially when it is newly renovated.

I never saw a housekeeping cart in the hall. Our beds were never made in the 3 nights we stayed there and our towels from the floor were not picked up. We know that someone was in our room because the AC was turned to a higher temperature than what we left it on each day.

The bed was very comfortable and the noise was not too bad. Could hear the kid upstairs running around with their toys but that would happen anywhere.

I will give them another chance next year because I know the cleaning issue is an easy one to resolve. If not resolved, will not consider it again.

Mary the front desk person was polite! The hotel is nice and clean with cozy beds.. still smell the new hotel smell! Bathrooms are huge! This hotel like any other hotel, need more meat options for breakfast, pork should not be the only meat! Everyone don’t eat beef or pork, but majority rule turkey.

Upon checking in at the Sleep Inn, I was informed by staff that I would be required to permit them to make a copy of my driver's license. I find this requirement to be extremely intrusive, and shows a disregard for my privacy and of my private and personal information. I do give the staff credit for contacting the GM to try to resolve this problem, but the GM would not budge from this stated policy. I refused to allow them to copy my ID and cancelled my reservation on the spot. I then went to a Holiday Inn and asked if they required making a copy of my ID to rent me a room, to which they replied, \"Of course not!\" In my many years of renting hotel rooms, I've never been asked to permit the hotel to make a copy of my ID. It seems to me that many Americans are getting used to the idea of having their privacy violated, and are now allowing private companies to have free reign over their personal information. I'm not one of them. I will never rent a room from a Sleep Inn property as long as they continue this practice.

The beds were comfortable and clean.
The only somewhat of a negative was the shower; water would deep out around the shower door, which made the floor wet.
The floor mat ended up wet and cold.
Other than that minor issue, everything was great and I would recommend this hotel to others!

1. Your beds are toooooo high for short person.
2, We didn't to use or AARP Cards
3. We weren't able to let them know we need a Handicap Accessible room when we made our reservation
4. I need to dry my t-shirt and the cost was total to much.
5. They to check their 2nd floor hallway because they loop in the floor.
If need to be we stay at another Sleep inn & Suites, but never stay at supper 8 or red roof hotel.

One of my best experience in southern Maryland. My only complaint was my shower was not all clean and had a little hair in it (could use a scrub). Otherwise staff was very kind and breakfast was great, and so was the cook. Everywhere else was clean. Will be returning to finish my contract. They even made a point to keep noise down during the day because I’m a night shift worker.
