Will be back!

Amazing place to stay! Staff was wonderful and treated us so well especially my 2 kids. Surprised my daughter for her birthday. Rooms were clean, hotel was walking distance to wherever we needed to go. Onyx bar was really nice and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful! I would definitely come back again with my family. Thank you park Hyatt!

I mean what can I say? Ultra luxury hotel in the heart of Zürich. Staff was fantastic. Concierge was excellent. Food was great. Rooms were super roomy and clean. Located about 20 minutes to the airport, and a few minutes walking to the lake. This hotel was an excellent way to end our trip. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent location , property top notch and concierge with excellent dining recommendations around the hotel, you can walk anywhere from the hotel . Only thing they can improve is the pillows which are small and bed is a little bit hard and I am more of a soft mattress guy. Everything else excellent!

Favorite Hotel in Zurich!

Park Hyatt Zurich is my home away home in Zurich a perfect business hotel.
As a frequent traveller I found this hotel as a perfect one for the business and none business travelers. Service is excellent! Concierge is outstanding, the staff in the reception and elsewhere in the Hotel all are fantastic, helpful and friendly. The rooms are extremely spacious and the bathrooms clean and fresh. Hotel is very well located and extremely convenient, within walking distance to the Lake Zurich and the Bahnoffstrasse for shopping and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!

Room was not read at 430pm.
Was told our assigned room was not ready and
to wait in the lounge.
So I told the agent that some rooms are obviously ready and give us one of them and get the manager on duty to approve this.
At 800.00 a night, hire more cleaning staff.
That worked.

California family at Park Hyatt in Zürich!

Stayed for one night at Park Hyatt on the recommendation of a friend. Room was lovely and the staff superb. Only two negatives were that it was VERY expensive compared to other hotels of the same caliber and the bed was on the firm side. (If that is your thing you will love it!) Good location-near the water and a quick 10-minute walk to Old Town.

Slow internet, reception desk staff slow to give advice and recommendations. Had to book a table at hotels own restaurant by physically going there, because this was the course of action recommended.
But most appalling - final bill CHF 1,820; frozen on the card CHF 4,200 three days after checking out. Will never stay at this hotel again!

Not worth the price.

The hotel room was outdated with a broken sink and some mold in the shower corners. Housekeeping did not change sheets nor did it organize the room well during our two day stay. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels before and this one is certainly not how a 5 star hotel should take care of the room. Also, the room is not very comfortable and the food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t good either.
The lobby lounge had better food and service than the actual reastaurant. Personnel was good and helpful.
Overall a 3.5 out of 5.

Nice contemporary hotel with modern facilities

Have been staying at this property ever since they opened. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

My recent stay was a very short one of less than 48 hours. The hotel was very accommodating in letting me check in early as my flight arrived Zurich at 7:00 am. They put me in a newly refurbished room on the top floor and sent me an elaborate fruit plate as soon as I checked in.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of the city that is readily accessible to the heart of the city. The hotel is sleek and modern but also comfortable and homey. One notable result of this is that people really use and enjoy the large lobby to relax and mingle - we met a few interesting people there over drinks. Service was great (concierge made an excellent dinner recommendation). Overall highly recommend!

This was an excellent hotel right in the heart of Zurich. Rooms were excellent. Staff service was second to none. Truly Swiss hospitality at its best. Baby package offered was superb (baby bath and stokke cot and few other misc items - all at no extra charge).
Room was large, very clean and modern. Staff went out of thier way to help us. Breakfast was 40chf but well worth the money. Lots of choices and excellent quality fresh food. Overall stay at this hotel was excellent and would highly recommend it.

In Zurich for business, four days in July. This is one of the very few five star rated hotels in Zurich. It is in a great location downtown Zurich. Rooms are clean although there is mold in the showers. Air conditioners are not powerful enough for hot summer days and nights. Housekeeping services acceptable. Staff attitudes and interaction does not really match the star rating. Overall, definitely overpriced and overrated for the service and lacks a top luxury hotel chain culture. Stayed at the Ritz in Berlin for one week last month, impeccable service, food and amenities. Too bad there isn't yet a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons in Zurich.

The open door

The hotel is great, the service is perfect, the room is very good, etc. The only inconvenience was that the room just opposite to mine had the door opened 24 hours a day. And a \"bodyguard\" sitting at the desk with an unfriendly look. After asking at the front desk, they told me that it was personal security of another guest and that they aware of the inconvenience. They didn't offer any kind of solution, compensation, etc. It was like being in Moscow during the Cold War. Hope to have better luck during my next stay. Except of this everything was GREAT.
