This was a solid hotel choice for a night on our 2-week vacation. We stayed during one of the hotest nights of the year and it was a bit warm on the top floor and they didn't have any fan options to help cool it down. Other than that it was a convenient stopping point for us and the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel os comparable to a motel 6 in the USA.. there was no phone in the room, no safe, no wash cloths, no individual shampoo/Conditioner/body wash.. it was an all in one. The staff was not friendly and probably because they were doing the job of multiple employees.. front desk.. bartender.. batista.. maids... waiter of food and drinks. We had our room cleaned once and sheets were never changed with fresh ones. Overall not happy with the stay for the cost paid.

Perfect for business trip

Staff is professional in both reception and restaurant; all facilities working; room well isolated from any noises, window can be opened to get fresh air; bed comfortable; i haven´t had breakfast. Overall perfect stay (stayed already few times) for my needs.

Good hotel for the money. Our only issue was getting hand towels for our room. For whatever reason , the cleaning lady puts only bath towels and had to request on three occasions for hand/face towels. Other than that the hotel and staff are very nice, helpful and great!

We enjoyed our stay here, appreciated the 24 hour pass to ride the bus! It was a little bit far from the train station but I think it was worth it for such a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. We ordered dinner from Uber Eats and they delivered to our room so it was nice to not have to go out for every meal as it was very hot outside. Great shower too!

This was a great place just 20 mins away from Zurich main hub. Close enough to travel but had a small town cozy feeling to it. It’s right beside a beautiful river. It also had AC which was a winning factor for my husband. Everyone was so friendly and amenable.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. However, for a single female I would not recommend this property. There is no peep hole to look out the door if someone is knocking on your door, and the rooms don’t have a phone to call down to the front desk. Additionally the walls are very thin, so it’s not unusual to hear noise from your neighbours.

Room size was too small for 3 people. The location was too far from the central part of the city. There was no nearby restaurants, so we had to drive a bit. There was no tea/coffee arrangement in the room. The toilet was too small. I don't think the room rate I paid was worth for this hotel. Not fully satisfied.

The hotel building is new one and Build in 2018. It's clean and staff are professional and very friendly. Room was small but comfortable. Stayed 18 nights in July 2019 and weather was very hot during my stay. Reach 34c+ all the time. The AC in the room were working great all the time. Wifi is free with very fast speed. 43\" TV With screenshare option so you can connect your mobile to view YouTube and other videos. All in all a great experience

It's a brand new hotel, just opened 6 months ago. Casual atmosphere with friendly staffs. Each guest receives a 'Christmas present' upon check out (some sweets, nuts and orange) which is a really nice touch. It's not an ideal location for tourists but it's a good place to stay if you have business or meetings in the area.

This is a brand new hotel; just recently opened. Very modern, crisp and clean. Parking is somewhat limited and they seem to cater to the bus crowd. That's a warning to eat breakfast early before the entire bus show up to fill up the place.

As a new hotel, it has the most flat out spectacular hall and lighting design I've ever seen. Wonderful space. Rooms are larger than average as is the modern bathroom. Within modest walking distance are restaurants and some stores. Hilly walk over a pedestrian bridge and a unique incline elevator.

The desk wasn't as helpful as it might be. I asked to charge a drink to the room and they wouldn't do that. Nor would they take Euros except for bills. We wanted to avoid carrying both Francs and Euros. In a country known for $300 hotels, this was a good price.

Camera nel complesso sporca, una gomma da masticare attaccata al muro (prontamente rimossa dal personale), moquette non pulitissima e polvere in diversi punti. Problemi alla stazione di ricarica auto elettriche hanno portato il personale alla necessità di svegliarmi. Al check out per avere la fattura relativa a posteggio e ricarica auto, lattesa è stata di oltre 15 minuti prima che qualcuno arrivasse alla reception. Soggiorno da dimenticare.
