Great hotel, exactly what we needed

Lovely hotel, super clean. Convenient location and good value if you don’t mind a train journey into town. Friendly and helpful staff with a great restaurant and breakfast. Only critique is the pillows were quite flat and uncomfy and the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. But the bed itself was comfortable.

The staff were terrible. The other staff at the reception even told me that he was “busy” when I needed help with their poor internet service. Imagine after paying a lot of money for the hotel accommodation and service the staff saying such nonsense. I will never book a hotel in this name again.

Spent 2 nights here while visiting Zurich. We had a rental car and paid for parking in their garage. Hotel is new and decorated nicely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. The weather was very warm while we visited, and the air conditioning in the rooms was horrible. The rooms barley cooled down. Even on the highest setting. I’m assuming because the hotel is eco-friendly and everyone was using the air conditioning. The hotel is located right next to a tram line, which came in very handy.

No AC!

Hotel says it has AC but it didn’t cool down the room at all. It was uncomfortably hot! The rooms are outdated a bit and in need of new paint. Workers on the roof started at 8 am each day and it was very loud. The breakfast was good and the bar had good mixed drinks. Common areas didn’t have AC either, including the bar. Hotel is located right by the tram stop which was very convenient especially if you are going to letzigrund stadion.

The usual large Hilton Business Hotel affair. Could have been a pleasant stay but let down by customer service:

The good :
Arrived slightly earlier than the official check in time, absolutely no issues.

They guys in the restaurant area were friendly and tried to accommodate.

The bad:
The TV and phone in my room were not working normally this wouldn’t be an issue but I hadn’t planned to leave my room until checkout.

Reported the issue in person to 2 counter staff; I was offered another room but explained it was not worth the trouble for one night. I was grateful that they would send someone to resolve the issue though. Unfortunately this promise did not materialise and I waited in my room for some time. I finally got bored and also needed food. I spoke to staff again and was told that it ‘probably’ would not be fixed. I was very disappointed that this was not reported to me at the point they realised (assuming they did not know this the first time we spoke). Instead they were happy for me to travel from the 5th floor twice to report and check on progress. As a side note, the staff were not busy and the hotel was not at capacity - extremely disappointing all things considered.

Regarding the layout, they have an odd lift arrangement for the floors, takes some time to work it out including getting from the basement car park.

Staff make all the difference. They could have quite easily turned this into a positive experience.

I’ll try another hotel on my next trip.

The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel carpet was very dirty though and they do not give slippers, luckily i had my own so i didn't have to step on the carpet at all. They also did not come and clean my room during the day? They have housekeeping so not sure why they didn't. Everything else was good. Tram is a 2 min walk and it's easy to get to the city centre from the hotel.

It is a very good hotel, very comfy and clean. The restaurant menu was limited but we are in Covid times...
The noise of freight trains passing by at 3am woke me up...the night was short.
That being said, all the rest was very good, therefore next time I'll ask for a room on the other side of the hotel and I'll give it a better mark.

My shower curtain had dirt stains and my closest had a dirt blanket on the floor. They charge you 20 Swiss Francs per day for parking. Also they did fire Alarm Testing at 9 am, without warning or compensation.

ARE NOT TOLD

YOU MUST PAY 100 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR EVERY NIGHT OF YOUR STAY

YOU ARE CHARGED 25 PER NIGHT PARKING

THE HOTEL IS 11KM FROM ZURICH CENTER

So I was staying 5 nights I had quite a lot of unexpected expense IE 500 security deposit 125 parking and 25 city tax

other than that its a nice hotel with good food nice staff and i enjoyed the trip to Switzerland and who knows i might yet get my security deposit credited back to my account as promised but not arrived as yet and its been 8 days since they took it

What was there to like about this hotel?
There was construction outside, the room was hot and wasn’t clean for the duration we were there, found previous guests garbage in the room and as paying guests of the hotel, having to pay for parking was completely ridiculous and expensive!

Excellent setting within new neighbourhood. A total refresh from traditional hectic Zurich city centre and you might be disappointing if you are looking for that city life. Very peaceful, though the public transport takes a little waiting to do. Dietikon would be one of the nearest township and beautiful neighbourhood.
We love the ambience and the facilities at the hotel and the staff has been very attentive especially the cute-curly hair young lady at night shift. Kudos

NEVER AGAIN... AVOID

Upon arrival from a early morning morning flight, we were told to come back around 3pm as there are no rooms available, even though i explained that I had a early flight from Dubai. We were told to visit a nearby mall, which we did and returned back around 2pm to which we were still asked to wait even though their check out time for guests is 11am a room should have been available by now. As we waited patiently the room then became available after 30mins to which the lady at the reception informed me that they require a credit card to block 300swiss francs, I explained i dont have a credit card and that instead can i offer a deposit amount in British Pounds as i didnt have swiss francs on me to cover the deposit as per their policy. The receptionist very rudely told me that “no money no key” i explained to her that iv just come off a flight I am really tired let me have a nap for a few hours and then ill go exchange some money and give you the 200swiss francs cash as deposit, even though 200 british pounds would have been more than sufficient to cover, to which she replied “we dont take pounds we only tale dollars or swiss francs and i should go back to the mall which was a 15min walk and come back with the money” i felt so belittled and made to look like a fool, I am well travelled and a gold member with hotels.com and have never experienced such low level customer service, even the duty manager was not supportive, this is NOT hilton level standards the staff NEED training.

Das Zimmer ist gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe: es hat gewackelt (ich war nur alleine im Bett), gepiepst und die Matratze ist schrecklich hart! Das Zimmer ist zwar schallisoliert, aber das Fenster lässt alle Lärm von aussen durch. Ich dachte zuerst, dass das Fenster geöffnet sei, dies war aber nicht so. Die Güterzüge und der Strassenlärm sind ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht zu bewältigen. Auf dem Teppich lagen Essensreste und der Föhnaufsatz passte nicht auf dem Föhn. Das Hilton ist für mich nicht mehr das Hilton was es einmal war. Schade.

Für ein Hilton Hotel, welche noch nicht so lange dort hingebaut wurde hätte ich etwas mehr Zimmerqualität erwartet, das Bett war durchgelegen, die Decke und der Teppich hatte abnutzungsspuren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lobby ist auch gut gestaltet so das man sich auch an der Bar gerne noch dort aufhält.
Vom Frühstück hätte ich mehr erwartet, dies war eher unter dem Durchschnitt. Die Restaurantqualität am Abend war gut, aber auch teuer.

Habe 3 Nächte im Hilton während einer Geschäftsreise übernachtet.

Check In war freundlich, Zimmer sind von der Größe her angenehm, Betten sind bequem, Zimmer ist mit kleinem leeren Kühlschrank ausgestattet.

Teppich find ich auf Zimmern nicht so toll, aber es war ok. Ich hatte leider keine Zeit fürs Gym, aber das soll wohl ganz ok gewesen sein.

Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und unten in der Tiefgarage ausreichend vorhanden.

Lage war super - man kommt von dort aus schnell in die Stadt und auch raus.

Also ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das bestimmt nicht hat nicht mal 1 Stern verdient. Wir dachten wir buchen ein 4 Sterne Hotel eben das alles passt von wegen. Falsche besetzte Hotelkarte hat man uns gegebenenfalls, es waren Gäste drinnen! Schlimmer gehts nicht! kein Shampoo kein Duschgel war drinnen und nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine nur ein Wasserkocher!

Sehr unzufrieden. Ich wollte eine Buchung vom 04.04.-06.04. Buchen, bei der Buchung stand auch das Datum drauf. Bei der Buchungsbestätigung stand auf einmal 18.04.-20.04.
jegliche Reklamations und Stornierungsanfragen wurden abgelehnt und ich sitze auf den Kosten. Nicht einmal ein Kulanz wurde mir angeboten.
Ich werde ebookers und auch dieses Hotel nicht mehr nutzen/Buchen.

War ok. Allerdings finde ich es fragwürig, dass manche Zimmer ihre Fenster nicht geschlossen hatten und gleichzeitig die Klimaanlage läuft. Gleichzeitig werden die Flure nicht gekühlt um Strom zu sparen. Das Treppenhaus ist eher ein Tropenhaus.

Oczekiwałem więcej, po hotelu , który jest stosunkowo nowy. Hotel wygodny, obszerny parking, oferujący smaczne śniadanie. Dojazd do Zurichu zajmuje kilkanaście minut. Na minus brudne wykładziny w hotelu, szczegôlnie w windach. Pomocne byłoby oznakowanie dojazdu od strony zjazdu z autostrady.

Vi hadde leid to rom, og begge manglet dusjehåndklær ved ankomst. Da vi ba om 5 håndklær fikk vi kun 4. I tillegg manglet rommene vann, og da vi ga beskjed om dette fikk vi bare til svar at det var vann på rommene, hvilket jo ikke stemte. Det verste var likevel at begge rommene var skitne. På den ene rommet var det søl som liknet oppkast på teppet mellom sengene, og på det andre rommet var det skitne flekker på badet, i tillegg til skitne flekker på sengetøyet. Flere av gjestene våknet av at sengetøyet ga kløe.

Som om ikke dette var nok reserverte hotellet kr 6500 på betalingskortet ved innsjekk, til tross for at begge rommene var forhåndsbetalt, minibaren var tom og vi fikk beskjed om at de «kun» reserverte kr 1000 pr rom. Beløpet er fortsatt reservert 2 dager etterpå til tross for at vi ikke benyttet oss av betalingsfasiliteter. Dette hotellet oppleves IKKE som et 4-stjerners hotell, og vi kommer aldri tilbake hit.

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber - Haare im Bad vom letzten Gast oder dem davor? Wirklich störend ist, das die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind. Derzeit wird nach Auskunft an der Rezeption kein Zimmerservice durchgeführt aufgrund von Corona - so kann man am Wochenende natürlich auch Personal und Kosten einsparen!
