Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke.

Room are spacious. Cooker, Microwave, Capsule coffee machine worked well. Cleaner lady Ramlah, counter staffs, Drivers, concierge are friendly & Helpful. Self laundry washer & Dryer cost Myr 10.60 each. The breakfast need to improve with more Ham, Bacon, Salted eggs, pickles for porridge.
5 mins walking distance to NU Sentral. Btw will choose Ascott . Excellent 👌👍.

The transportaion service from hotel to kl sentral train station, excellent, Mr Mururgan the driver was very accomodating, 5 stars for his service, 5 stars for reception staff, patient and courteous. Highly recomended place to stay if you are woth family, the rooms are spacious, bathroom shower best i have ever seen, beats other 5 star hotels in the vicinty.

Last minute booking. Very friendly staff provided all property details upon check-in and answered all of our questions. Very walkable area, located next to KL Sentral LRT and Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Easily accessible by Grab and public transportation options at KL Sentral.

Nice and spacious and well located

The property was not new but well maintained. The location just 5 minutes by foot from Nu Sentral the Mall with lots's of retail and F & B choices but a bit further away from the train station and using a taxi or hail ride if advisable if you have luggage. Overall, the surrounding area is vibrant and festive.The rooms are large with a kitchenette and bathroom The F & B choices in the hotel is limited but well supplemented by the surroundings. The service is adequate and efficient. The prices offered during my stay were reasonable. Since my extended family live within 20 minutes by car, I would stay at the Ascott again. The breakfast however was on the meagre side

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities and choice of two pools.
Shuttle service to Sentral station where we were able to check our suitcases in and were issued with our boarding passes making for an easy and trouble free train trip to the airport and directly through customs.

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is super friendly. Prorperty is well located, minutes away from KL Sentral.

Batharea is a bit dimly lit and dated. Water flow and pressure are quite slow and could be better. Breakfast is very average and there is no room service but there are plenty of Grabfood options in the area.

Overall a much recommended and great stay!

This was the best choice ever! I stayed 3 nights in a King Apartment at Ascott Sentral and it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed for a great price. The room is super clean and really spacious, it has everything you need, including a big fridge, a wide rain shower and a smart TV. The building is new and there are huge panorama windows, I was on the 17th floor and had a great view of KL. The building is situated in a central location, just a 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall NU Sentral and the Sentral station, which is situated inside the shopping mall (there is train, metro and bus), so it is very easy to move around and especially to go to the airport. There is a complementary shuttle to KL nearby attractions such as Petronas Towers, Central Market, China Town (only one way). The people at the reception are really nice and answered all my questions about getting a local Sim card, where to find the tourist bus and how to go to the Batu Caves (you can take the Komuter train at NU Sentral station for only 3 RM!). There is a gym and a big outdoor swimming pool plus a smaller indoor pool on the 5th floor. I booked only the room without breakfast because I wanted to sleep longer. I will stay here again soon, thank you for everything!

The only thing that was good in this property was the room. Other than that Everythjng was poor. Breakfast was poor. The aircon didn't work properly. The temperature won't go below 25 degrees. Toiletries was only give for 1 pax despite having 2 pax in the room. Always have to request them. There wasn't room service so you have to buy and store some snacks in your room or else you have to order outside. Even simple items like coffee powder and plain water bottle were given as limited.

Horrendous experience! Bad air from aircon!

1) Aircon took half a day to cool the room

2) Breakfast served cold

3) On 3rd day of stay, aircon emit greasy & pungent smell and have the same smell despite changing rooms. Started to feel unwell with running nose and weird smell lingering on clothes and room. Could not tolerate anymore after 2 hours and checked out of hotel to stay in another hotel

Was given a room of which practically there is no view to speak of, as the window was just at a small little corner of the room, which looks nothing like that shown in the photos. Misrepresentation and misled. Asked for a different room, was told need to wait until 5pm if needed a change as it was back to back. Seriously? Does it mean the prior guest check out at 4plus pm? Then why is the check out time stipulated as around noon then for most other people?

Enjoyable stay for 48 hours during the MCO. Restrictions in place but was well looked after by the team there.

one of best hotel/ apartmenrt we have been in.

We have stayed on a number of occasions and prefer Ascot to any other hotfel/apartnent we have experienced
The kitchen is better than most homes and properly equipped appropriate cookware to make most meals correctly. (we like to cook).

If there is something that needs attention, the hotel management does respond.

Only difficulty was our request to check out at 2 pm - because we had two flights beginning at KLIA after 7 pm.(7hr + 5hr + wait at check in + between flights + to + from airports ++ = more than 19 hr). Hotel rsponse was after 1 pm we would be charged 1/2 day room fee for the one hour.

courtesy for requesting late check out was not extended and would have been appreciated.

A great stay in general, very good space in the studio, well designed. Had some issues with the ventilation because of another room upstairs smoking, though they instantly sent staff to take care of it and had the smell removed in no time which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection at Ascott!

Everything was perfect at the Ascott. Rooms were luxurious with well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcomed. Hotel is walking distance from KL Sentral although it was a bit hard to find the signs in the station and I had to ask the reception from another hotel nearby how to get to the Ascott.

Terrible odours in the room: mold, cooking, sewer.

terrible smell in the room, woke me up at 2 am, need to call housecleaning to get the room sprayed. day after happened again so I asked and got to change room. their system of ventilation is not the one of a top hotel. I'll never stay there again. the staff wasn't surprise from my complain, they knew exactly they got a problem and they suggested to open the kitchen fan and sleep with that on, I said that was noisy and not an option, so at the end they moved me into another room with not bad smell.

wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful experience. I was upgraded to a bigger apartment and the staff was very friendly. both on my early arrival and late depart I was able to use showers at the gym to refreshen up, before my room was ready or before my late night flight. The location is convenient right next to the sentral station and I loved eating at the Little India district which is nearby. all in all a great stay, thank you very much!

This is the second time I checked in Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur. Same as last time, I had wonderful stay in there. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. I went to their Gym every day, if they would add some barbell and a cable machine, it would be perfect. Just perfect. In general, loved it!

KL airport express and buses to airport were all in the Sentral Station, very convenient. I did not visit the gym room, so I can't comment on it. I had no complaints and I would hIghly recommend this hotel.

Brilliant from check in to checkout. Location perfect, lots of local street food available but if that isn’t your cup of tea, KL Sentral mall is 5 minutes away with lots of alternative restaurants. Each suite has a kitchen so can cook if you want. Location at KLSentral means you can get anywhere on public transport. Will stay again.
