Room very clean. Check in staff was very efficient and fast. Bad things were another key card was needed to keep air con running in room and was not provided. And shower water pressure was a bit low. Breakfast was good but needed extra staff to clear empty plates for the extra people; surely you can see that from the rooms occupancy or booking surge during chinese new year.

The room was okay . The towels were old and ripping on the edges . The rug in the room was old and didn’t look appealing. The bathroom was also old . The sink was not draining . When I called someone came and plunged it for it to drain .

Dissapointed by service and quality of XYZ restaurant. Service was so slow I had to leave without reciving what Id ordered and they have refused to give a refund. Poor area is dated and showing lots of wear which I wouldnt expect for this calibre of property.

Great location next to Sentral station and Nu shopping centre with easy access by internal walk through. Had 3 in a loft room. Sofa bed took up most space downstairs, but it worked for us. Lucky there is a toilet upstairs. Big bathroom otherwise facilities average for large hotel. The upstairs bar and pool did not give me the 'vibe' so didn't go there. Gym average size not that big, restaurant only frequented for buffet brekky was decent size but still queued one morning, otherwise good for family vacation. Wifi pretty good to me. But best of all is location although there are a few other hotels around to choose form like Hilton and Le Meridien. Aloft is Marriott. From and to airport on train very convenient. And if you have MAS flight as we did can check in there too.

The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more.

We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay.

The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors.

The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable.

Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL.

This is super close to the train station which is perfect for getting to the airport and Batu Caves etc. also little India and a mall is there and its Easy to walk around the city from here.
The only issue we had was due to my claustrophobia which means I cannot get into a lift. We stayed here twice and both times I emailed ahead of time to ask if it was possible to have slower level room and to Use a staircase instead of a lift and was advised that it was no problem and was noted on the booking but every time I needed to get to or from the room, I had to go through lengthy explanations and wait for a long time to be “escorted” down the stairs. Being escorted wasn’t too much of an issue but I just expected it to be less of a problem when o had emailed ahead.

Great attentive staff at concierge and breakfast, ease of check in and out, room well maintained.

Love ++ the buffet breakfast spread.

Very convenient location with less than 5 min walk via connecting bridge to KL Sentral station and Nu Sentral.

Not much room options. We chose the 2 queen bed for 3 pax stay. Room size a bit too small. No additional bed option if we were to take a queen bed option. Great toilet and shower facilities, love that the spacious wardrobe In the toilet. Easy to clean up and get dressed.

Entrance to the room is too dark, There is no light after you walk into the room.

Classy, clean and spacious rooms. USB plugs for your mobile, tablet or a PC are in all rooms. Liked the infinity pool on the top floor, which felt like private for us only since there was no one using it at night. The pool water was a bit lukewarm (we Europeans like it a bit warmer in hot weather). Staff was super polite and everything was 5 star. Especially convenient for quick to/from airport with KL Sentral station just accross the street which has a direct line to the airport with KLIA Express.

First impression was ruined at check in. Staff shared that reservation was cancelled by Expedia and requested for me to settle it with Expedia. This was despite me showing that the reservation was not cancelled on my end. After checking, Expedia then informed that this was due to a cancellation by the hotel. This was only resolved after a solution was provided by the platform. Would appreciate that such matters be resolved between both the hotel and the platform instead of turning the customer away and attributing fault to each other.

Apart from this, hotel was clean and staff were attentive/accommodated my needs for the rest of my stay.

Very poor low quality hotel - Building work too!

We arrived at 11:30 pm after a long day travelling, only to find that the bed for our son had not been made in the bedroom, despite this being on the booking. They then tried to charge us for breakfast for our son, despite that being on the booking too. Breakfast itself is very low quality, omelets are made to order but undercooked due to staff trying to get through the long queue quickly, in general, breakfast is a very low-cost affair. We paid for a duplex suite room, and between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. everyday there was building work above us due to the swimming pool refurbishment, and building work along the corridor as bedrooms were being refurbished. Percussion drills reverberating through the walls. No prior warning about this before arriving at the hotel. Pool deck is dangerously wonky and the pool itself is very overcrowded. Good luck getting one of the 6 sunbeds too. Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately, a shame as we have stayed at much better aloft hotels in the past.

Good hotel with a great pool

Part of our family vacation to Malaysia and a return to Aloft. Kids loved this hotel specially for the rooftop kids friendly fantastic pool. Service was great, breakfast was really good. The room is nicely arranged with good balance of sleeping area and the washroom/shower area. We had two kids, only feedback is with the design of the nightstand in the middle of the beds. There is a lower ledge, where one our kids got hurt during our last visit.

Nice hotel comfortable bed we asjed for city view but dont recommend it as it over looks the train station so all night you hear the trains not sound proof, we were hiven a room by the elevator so could hear the ping as it arrived so not the best nights sleep. Breakfast was good plentyful and good selection staff were friendly. Nice roof top pool. Would we stay again, yes but request opposite side and away from elevator the train and bus stop was next door and accessible eith a link into the mall so no need to go outside.

Spacious, while minimalistic rooms. Only issue with the room is that there were no day curtains - so, you would have to sit with the blinds down and no natural light for privacy.
Enjoyed the gym, pool & buffet breakfast.
