This is a great location hotel. Close to KL Sentral. Easy access to transport. Cheap and delicious local food. If only using hotel for a place for a hot shower and a good night's sleep. This is excellent value. I achieved all that I needed to with my stay at this property.

Pleased yet disappointed.

Room was spacious for family of 3 adult, one double and one single bed provide great comfort.

Negative side was the bathroom certainly need an overhaul if not please descale, the condition is not acceptable, tiles were full of moulds, every aspects of the bathroom.

We booked for 2nights and had to move to another location.

Price and location are certainly very good, parking is convenient, great help from security to ensure safe parking just outside of hotel.

nothing special about this hotel, the only thing I can say is the massage center is convenient, the staff are very rude and the rooms is not prepared before the guest arrive , the main door for the room can not unlock i have to go up and down for few time and finally the hotel staff change the room for us

there was no hot water in the room , I complain few time than It was fixed but only last for one day I again made complain but it was not fix we have to take cold shower and caused my family fall sick .
the air con was very noise and the flap was broken and unable to move about .
I wish all this is being fix pier to my check in and not wait till we make complain and yet was not fixed .

The Location was great for me, because I had Biz Meetings near by.
Room was good, just that you need to make sure not to make any noise,

Fuss Free 3 Star Hotel Near KL Sentral

Checking in & out were fuss free, rooms we got were basic and all amenities were provided except toothbrush and paste. Overall, we were satisfied for the price being paid for this hotel which is within walking distance to KL Sentral.

Low prices, good location. Not exactly spotless.

Location is the best part of this hotel, that and the price.

Room service was very reasonable although you have to pay in cash. Food was fine. The bedding is well-worn, yellowing in places but it felt like it was clean. Bathroom isn't amazing but toilet and wash basin were fine. Towels felt very fresh and newly laundered. The whole hotel could do with a deep-clean I would rate cleanliness as 6/10.

I used the laundry services which were very reasonable and my clothes came back to a standard I was happy with.

Comfortable stay with limited parking

My family and i(total of 6 people) had comforyable stay there.
We booked a family room with 1 queen and 1 single bed.neither of us sleep on the floor 😆.
Toilet hygiene is tolerable.
I think the hotel team need to provide more parking space for the hotel customer because i have to circle around many times to find the parking space.

The service was excellent and really friendly. As a solo female traveler though, walking from KL Sentral to the hotel was a bit scary. The breakfast was so-sons the eating area was dirty. In my room the safe was broken and there’s was no hot water at night.

Despite checking in at 2am, I waited for at least 10 minutes until a receptionist helped me with check in. I was upgraded to a nicer room since the type I booked was full. However...

Upon entering the room, I didn’t expect the room was uncleaned. Toilet towels on the floor, bedding messed up, apparently it was not cleaned and not ready for check in.

Luckily it took little time for the receptionist to offee me another room that had been tidied up.

Staff were friendly but not confident. Location of the hotel is central to transportation hub but its proximity to major roads and lack of double glazing make the rooms hot and noisy. Room was large, we had a delux queen, but furniture and finishes were grubby and in some places dirty. Needs more attention to detail. Check out was painless and fast. Thought it was over priced for condition of the hotel.

We’re surprised we have been assigned to a disabled room and without a window which was not the same as advertised. The room or maybe the bed itself smelled urine, and the first night we used the toilet, the flush didn’t work well and we have to request a repair in the morning next day. Although they fixed it, we were asked for additional 26RM for the service fee which was not advised to us during check in. The only thing I liked was the breakfast, though there has not a lot of choices but it was good. The staffs were not sa friendly though.

Location is good. 10mins walk to KL central. I booked a deluxe room and stayed there for 2 nights. The room was clean, spacious but a little dated which was fine to me. But there was problem with air-conditioner. I didn’t quite realize it until when I went to bed at night. There was noise like “da da da da...” and it lasted the whole night. I was even wakened by that in midnight. And there was a small rooom inside my room and it was locked. Noise like rainning came from that room. I think it was for the outdoor units. I checked the floor plan and found that only 2 rooms had this room. It could be really tedious at night!! This hotel is not for delicate persons.

Nearby Sentral KL and the Main stations, but the walking distance about 15-20 mins along the raod without the roof covering. It is very hot to walk at daytime, better arrange shuttle bus to UN Sentral KL. Also tjhe design of shower room with toilet no hooks for hanging clothes. The door positioning is not good and you don't even to hang anything ie. towel or clothes or bags there.

Easy get around in town

Check-in was smooth and easy. I find the basement parking a little too small for comfort parking and it’s really hot in the basement. Room overall was ok which I believe the airconds needs servicing. I set it at 16 degree celcius with the fan on, I felt it was about 24 all the time.

Best part is it’s near almost everything around town. Maybe a little furnishing will do the work!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my 2 childrens. The room are bigger than my expected. The location quite easy to find. Overall everything were ok but the car parks are limited and the cafe for breakfast are very small. The location are near to the monorail and flyover, so the sound from outsite enveroinment a little bit noisy.

A very small room 3X2 meters

I booked this hotel looking at the pictures of the room. Also it was close to KLSentral. Paid $45.
When we checked in. Room was nowhere like in the pictures. It was so small. Bathroom and toilet and shower - so dirty - Towels were so old and dirty. Staff was so unfriendly. Asked for an extra bottle of water. They said - they will send it to our room. It never arrived. WIFI was so slow. Pictures of hotle are very deceiving.

Shifted to 3 different rooms, first one was small and not as what I saw in the pictures so they gave us another room. That room was a exactly what is in the picture but it was full of baby cockroaches. Again, they apologized and shifted us to one more in a medium size. Overall a not recommended stay.

I stayed at the Prescott Hotel for 27 nights. Overall I was happy with my stay, but do have a couple of negative points.

The first is that the number of channels on the tv in the room was very limited, and despite having BBC News as one of the listed channels, the signal kept dropping out.

The second point is that there were cockroaches in the room.

However, given the very good location, just a few minutes walk from the transport hub of KL Sentral station.

Decent but staff...

Decent hotel but staff need to work on service or be trained adequately. Reception staff asked why I dropped off the key card each time I left the hotel. Housekeeping was a disaster. The first day, I hung the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and was napping. Housekeeping calls at 11am and wakes me up from my nap to ask if I want my room to be made! The next day, I put up the sign to clean the room and was out. Came back at 1.30pm to find everything untouched. Enquired with the reception and the staff said it was lunchtime. Fair enough, we agreed on them making up the room in the evening. I go down to drop off my key at 6pm and they say housekeeping has left for the day! I recalled my earlier conversation with the reception staff but was told that the msg was not passed to him. I made a bit of fuss and the room was done, after I got back from dinner.

Got pierced in my foot by glass shards twice that were on the carpet. No apologies from the staff even when I showed them the glass piece. And staff certainly need to smile alot more!

WiFi connectivity was poor. And face towels weren't in my room on first and second day, but they were placed from the third day. I needed them from the first day. Room condition was acceptable, but the room smelled cigarettes though smoking was prohibited. Breakfast was good.

The room was dirty after previous guests. The breakfast and breakfast setting was not what you would expect from \"3 star hotel\". It was served in a place outside which looks like a cheap coffee place, not kind of place you feel like starting your morning.
