Comfortable and centrally located hotel. Helpful and efficient staff. Only two things that would have made our stay better - water machines rather than wasting plastic bottles, and doors that closed properly. There was continuous slamming of doors from 11pm to 1am as people returned from being out.

Room was filthy, towers had holes and were worn out at the edges. The curtain, walls, bed and table all had stains. I looked and checked out same day, and they wouldn’t refund. Disgusting room and management. Yuck!

Centrally located to Sentral station. Located in little India. Building had a power outage in the middle of the night and resolved within an hour by staff. Towels were stained and ripped. Bedding was clean. There was dust build up in the aircon.

Good budget hotel close to KL Sentral and Brickfields. Staff were helpful and polite. Only problems really was safe didn't open, and noisy Chinese woman in the next suite was playing stupid music on repeat for hours, and talking non stop in the hall. Just inconsiderate.

I was there only for a night. Didnt felt safe cause my room does not have a latch. I checked in late so they did upgrade me to a window room instead of windowless. The view was great. But the room without latch is uneasy for a girl travelling solo.

There was some mould on the corner of the floor and old stains on the sheet as mentioned by other reviewers. Hence, I actually brought my own sheet to sleep on during this stay 😅

Location is good near KL Sentral. But it is at the second row behind the main street. Hence walking at night alone felt a bit uneasy. No problem for a guy or if you travelling with a friend though. In the day light it was not a problem for me.

There is 24hours eateries walking distance from the hotel if you need to take a bite. Hence it's convenience. There is a storage for you to put your stuff after check out, but there is no numbering system or staff manning them, everyone put and take their luggage by freely. So there is a risk of people mistakenly take your luggage out etc. But you can take your chance with it if need be.

Would I reconsider staying again? Yes, due to the price and I slept well when I was there. =)

This was an AWFUL hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. The front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for an extra pillow and they said no - you only get what is in your room. Pillow had blood on it and they wouldn't replace it for a clean new pillow. There was a roach in our room that I had to kill and the front desk could care less. Rooms are way smaller than the pictures lead to believe. Stay somewhere else.

There were stains on the bedsheets. The staff were kind to change rooms for me, but after 3 changes, the bedsheets of the room I got last were still with quite a few stains. So I gave up.

The bathroom and the desk, the floor were clean.

Convenient neighbourhood.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Room condition is considered above average. As budget hotel, I don’t expect much. Paid for supreme room with city view but ended up a window facing the wall of next building. Feel cheated but it’s okay with the pricing. Cleanliness need improvement. Floor is not very clean, some stains on bed sheet and quilt cover, black ants crawling around. The worse is the sound proofing of the hotel. Can easily awaken by the loud noise of doors closing by other guest and people chatting at the corridor. I’ve to step out in the morning to shut them up. Not very pleasant but it’s too disturbing.

Not very hygenic. Counter staff was not wearing mask, sneezed into hand before handing change and key card to me. But the location is amazing, just beside the monorail station, opposite KL Sentral and a huge mall! Also we had a quiet night's sleep even though our room overlooks the main street because the room had a well sealed double glazed window!

It was tragically bad experience for me this time. When I wake up in the morning my body skin start swollen & itchy . I tot it just normal but after few hours it get worse. I’m very sure it was because of bed bugs from the bed(Room 402) . Going to clinics(confirm bed bugs as per doctor) & it’s cost me more than the room price.

I left my baby clothes inside the room and I called them they told me they will put it in the counter, to my disappointment upon arriving there they just showed me another sailor moon clothes inside the room and denied they found the clothes, so disappointed even the room is okay. The honesty wasn’t there !

I’ve often been to this hotel over the course of the past couple of years - ever since it opened. I like the area (7mins walk to kl ekspres) and have tried most of the nearby hotels.
While M&M fits in with being clean, yet simple, this last time it was incredibly noisy. One hotel guest was making noise that it was almost impossible to sleep. The hotel management tried to solve it but it took several attempts and my night was ruined. Not directly their fault.
In comparison to other hotels the mattress is on the harder side.
If cheaper than other options I would still recommend it (ca $18/night).

Beyond expectation. Reception staff are just great

Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Value for money. Well beyond expectation for a budget hotel. Comfy bed, clean albeit small but adequate room, good WiFi and good shower room.
Location is top class ... Convenient for airport Ekspres and all transportation from Sentral Station which is a few minutes away through the modern NU Mall.

Will definitely use this hotel again.

Good choice among the many affordable and cheap 2-3 stars hotel near KL Sentral station. relatively new at around 1 year, which shows being cleaner and newer than other hotels in the area. Wifi quite fast. Breakfast options aplenty with indian food, malay food or Money corner coffeeshop nearby.

For my last couple of nights in KL I wanted somewhere clean, with aircon, my own bathroom, nearby KL Sentral Station, and well priced. M&M Hotel more than ticked all boxes!! My room was small (which I knew upon booking), spotlessly clean, efficient aircon, neat bathroom with a decent water heater (read that to mean plenty of hot water for the rain shower). Limited TV stations still served their purpose. In room safe was handy, no fridge but with a convenience store right next door and others just steps away, that was no big deal. I chose a room without windows as I knew the street to be busy - a great choice for a quiet room. A bit of noise from other guests in the corridors, but not enough to cause any concern. VERY close to KL Sentral Monorail station (under 150 paces), NU Sentral shopping mall, and lots of great places to eat or grab a blind massage in the Brickfields. I'll certainly stay again in the future!

Hotel is in a great location close to plenty of good value restaurants and hawker centres. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side (as expected) but clean. Only downside was a slight smell of smoke in the room, as if a previous occupant had smoked in it (clear signs were up throughout the hotel forbidding this). We changed rooms intially after check-in as the first smelled quite strongly and were offered an alternative. Although better, it still had a slight smoky smell each day after returning to the room and required a window to be opened or air con on to fade it each time.

Very convenient location near KL Sentral and the monorail station in particular. Large bright white illuminated signage on the hotel so you can't miss it. The superior room was ok. The room is narrow (not much wider than the queen bed, as shown in some photos) and there is essentially no clothes storage, just a couple of hooks on the wall in lieu of coat hangers. There is a safe and mini-fridge, and two complimentary bottles of water a day. The room heats up a lot during the day but the air conditioning is effective after some time. The bathroom was disappointing with only a single tube of bath foam and one of shampoo provided, no soap or anything else. That definitely wasn't superior. There is no screen or curtain for the shower. The mattress was comfortably firm and quite good - except that it was strangely short, possibly the shortest mattress I've ever had in a hotel. Overall the hotel can be recommended if there is a sale and you know what to expect in terms of the room. It's a decent option in a very convenient location.

Book 1 Night for New Year Eve... I can said that this hotel is way much better than it's surroundings... Room is VERY SMALL but the room is VERY VERY CLEAN! Wi-Fi is EXCELLENT!! And Just beside the hotel there is a minimart.. Opposite there a DIY laundry service.. So many FOOD STALLS around the hotel.. 3Mins Walking distance to the KL SENTRAL.. Staff is very friendly...

3 nights stay at M & M Hotel KL sentral

Central location for all sorts of transport. KL sentral station just few minutes walk away. Lot of street food and restaurants are around. This hotel is new so most of the utensil and fittings are still in very good condition. Staffs are well mannered.

Cons are - Room is very small. TV has limited channel only.

Reasonably good for the price. But seems if you are lucky walk in price could be better than online bookings through platforms. Depending on demand it could reverse also.

Good budget option close to KL Sentral.

The hotel is well located and easy to find from KL Sentral station, with good transport options from here to other locations in KL. The shopping mall is close by with plenty of food options and money changers etc. The room was small but adequate, and was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.
