The hotel has three branches. My booking did not state this and I had to carry my luggage to two of the branches until I found the right branch. After I arrived at the right branch, again I had to carry my luggage around to tw blocks away to get to the correct building. What a merry go round for Christmas Day.
Terribly noisy as the restaurant downstairs had customers who woke me up at two in the morning !!!

We booked this hotel solely for its proximity to the Sentral station to facilitate our transportation for sightseeing and dining. We only used the room for showering and sleeping. It is a basic hotel and you get what you pay for but is clean and it was perfect for our purpose. We would do it over again and would recommend it to others like us.

You will spend 60USD for a cubicle for 2 for 3 hours at KLIA2, take a bus to Sentral for 4USD and spend the whole night at My Hotel for 15USD. It's a no-brainer. The rooms are small but comfortable and the staff are helpful.

i call and inform the hotel that i will be late and i can only be at the hotel at around 1130pm to 12pm. The hotel staff said he will hold the room for me. but when i reached the hotel at 11.15pm i was told that there was on room for me. i feel that this is not good for the hotel i will never again book or stay in this type of hotel. it is in the of the night i just drove all the way from JB and i had to go looking for a room to stay

It is located nearby to KL Sentral monorail (2minutes walk) , food and convenient stores. Room that im in is spacious and big.

However, this hotel is very noisy at night as there are drunkards around. Despite me having notified the security to chase away the people, however they came back after a few hours. Security wise is poor as anyone can easily access to the units,although there's a security guard at ground floor standing.

In addition, i must clarify that there are 3 My Hotels at kl sentral area. Thus, you must set ypur GPS properly to my hotel @kl sentral for this unit, not just my hotel. I had to walk some distances around Jln Thambipillay to get finally into this hotel, after 30 minutes.

The reception of this hotel is situated at the other side of the road (about 20 metres away) , thus it is a bit of hussle when you are checking in and out,especially at night and those with kids and many luggages or raining.

The reception and staff were friendly and helpful.
Drawback was on my last day of stay when I had to wait for more than thirty minutes for the iron and stand which didn't appear (requested by phone twice). I told reception about this when checking and they apologized. Hope this doesn't happen again. If the iron request wasn't a problem would have given full marks

The room is clean especially the toilet. Service is good, they help us clean the room Everyday when we go out, so we feel very comfortable coming back after a Long tiring day of exploring the place. The only thing that I didn’t like is the busy street which make it so noisy at night. You can hear voices of people talking aloud at late night and the dripping like sound of water that comes from nowhere. There’s a lot of shops in the area and mostly are Indian foods.

The rooms are super small, but clean. The AC works for sleeping, the front desk staff are nice enough, and the location is great. I had 2 rooms here, because I checked out and back in (just in case I found it a dive, after the first night). The first room had sheets and pillows that smelled of BO, and made me wonder if they hadn't been changed after the last guest (gross thought!). But the 2nd room didn't have that problem, so I wonder if I had just \"lucked out\" the first night.
I'm from the USA, and it amazes me how the Internet/WiFi in little 3rd world countries can rival the Marriotts and Hiltons back in the states, with uptime and speed. Save $ and stay here, that's the bottom line.

Its was my 2nd stay at your hotel. My comment;
1. the hotel is getting noisy with people laughing and talking loudly whenever they are along the corridor to their respective rooms,
2. the service department should train workers to work silently and not dragging their equipment along the corridor. Its too noisy and irritating sometime.
3. Make sure bulb in good condition, soap dispenser is fill before guest check-in.
4. Last buut not least. Always have your frontliner staff to SMILE AND GREET guest whenever they check-in. They are too serious and too focus on their work.

Expedia deleted my review purposely!

I booked & paid 3 days before check-in, trusted Expedia brand so no print out the proof. The staff told me no booking record upon check-in! Login Expedia to check, there is no booking at all in the record! I'm sure is Expedia deleted my booking manually without any reason and inform! Called the local service number to recheck, the number is no more working (wrong number).... Causing me rebook on the spot! Really such a bad experience!

1. Room next to housekeeping area and constant noise from the Bangladesh workers
2. No tea making facilities in the room.
3. Towels not changed unless requested
4. HOTEL NAME IS CONFUSING. There are more then four separate MyHotel locations in Brickfields.
Visitors were going to the wrong hotel all the time.

A simple budget hotel.

Just to spend a night there, nothing to shout about. No floor towel to dry your feet after taking bath, so beware if you might experience a fall because the floor is slippery. Dangerous for senior citizen. The bed is resonably comfortable. NO bath towel provided, so unsuspecting guest needs to use whatever they have for drying after taking bath. At least the hotel management could have offered to rent out bath towel. The room and reception are in seperate buildings so it is a problemif rains. May be the management could look into these issues.

Hotel is very near to MRT and KLIA Express station

Hotel rooms are spacious, not too small. Washroom has basic amenities only. The only thing is that it is very closer to MRT station. For Indian food lovers there are two adjacent shops, one is south indian and one is north indian(Punjabi). Overall my stay was fine. Staff specially a boy named Kevin is very nice and helpful.

quite inconvenient for not having hairdryer

The water heater and the electrical fuse cannot function, luckily they allow me to change the room. It is quite inconvenient for me to borrow the hairdryer everyday especially when i am rushing to work in the morning.I hope the hotel will put a hairdryer in the bathroom just like other hotel did.

It was A nice experince we never thought at first that it is very near to mall. So far so good. The thing i didn't like in the hotel was we experienced a power supply problem for about 45 min to an hour before it was fixed and that time we terribly very tired. The matress and the towels are not so pleasant to smell.. I would like to suggest to change or add more fragrance on it.

Cheap Good Hotel near KLSentral and Nu Sentral

Check in is fast, Room was okay and it was clean. Close to KLSentral so you can get connected to other locations in KL. Lots of Mamak Stall at the area which easy for you to grab some food. Only issue is the Aircond, sometimes off itself after running quite sometimes, better get the system checked. Overall, it is a reasonably priced hotel and better than similar hotels at the area. Recommended for those who want to stay at a good budget hotel near KLSentral.

Check in fast with deposit of RM20 for a single key card. Not allow 2. Enjoyed my 4 nights stay. Just don't like to see dirty linen thrown near to lift for hours everyday. No laundry bag??? Seldom do I see a security guard at the main door of the next building we stayed. So security is a bit questionable here. Thanks.

Wifi can't connect

The wifi unable to connect although there's a wifi at each floor. The room were clean but the encourage for travellers (especially woman) to use an elevator when going to the ground floor or to your room floor because the staircase is infested with rats.

The area is strategic, there's a 24 hour convenience store (7-11), Indian Food (Great for those who want to experience Indian Cuisine. 5-7 minutes walk to KL Sentral and 2 minutes walk to main Monorail Station (Monorain KL Sentral).

Convenient, clean and helpful hotel.

Helpful and understanding staff and hotel management. I was supposed to check-in at 1-2pm but was there earlier at around 9:30 am. So I asked to put my luggage at the luggage store at counter and came back later to check-in. When I came back at around 11am, I was able and allowed to check-in. Various restaurants, cafes, shopping areas, convenience stores and offices as well as bus, train and taxi stations are located nearby. Have option to pay after stay at hotel. The only negative thing that I can think of is the room is not soundproof. Sounds from walkway outside or next rooms can be heard and vice versa.

Not so clean but i can accept for short nights

This hotel was a good location as it is at KL Sentral. KL Sentral is a central of transpotation. Even you take KL express from airport, it will be stoped at KL sentral. And also can take others train, there are every lines of train at KL Sentral. But the area is near to little india which is quite dirty and dangerous if you are going to hotel at late night alone, but i never get anythihg bad here coz i always take grabcar stop in front of the hotel if i come back at late night. Moving to the room, it is quite dirty. I found others hair under the pillow and also small bugs on the wall. Toilet quite smelly sometimes but i just close the door. But it worth the price anyway

The room smells cigarette. The aircond too. Uneasy smell. I use my perfume to spray the whole room to to get rid of the smells but still not help. So terrible. No towels and shower gel. Called operator he ask us to wait. After about 20 mins only come to give to us.
