The check in was quick, the room very large with tiled floor, bathroom a good size, there was a view and coffee and a kettle were provided. There was a T.V. Breakfast was a set menu from a local Bistro and was Asian in style but good, even though a little way from the hotel.

The mall and train,Bus terminals all across the street. Places to eat all over the place. 7-11 at least three right out the front door. DIY laundry shops at least two I used very close in walking open 24/7. Go learn the KTM train-line for your long distance trip and book ahead of time so you will get your seat! These bookings go fast!

It's a pratical experience for travellers esp malaysians. Clean sheets and practical utilities help for a comfortable stay. Good for company paid trips but not practical for individuals where breakfast outside the hotel was provided.

Overall a good stay..plenty of light in the shower through the window.. Shower had a glass door.. So in the morning it was very early bright in the room. Breakfast is around the corner at ABC rest.. Clean and nice Asian breakfast.

Stayed for one night, then booked again for 2 nights at the end of our journey. Overall great value for money. Perfect location next to KL Sentral, lots of cheap and tasty places to eat nearby. The room was quite spacious for this price, stayed at way smaller rooms at this price level in Malaysia. Good bed and pillows, had no problems sleeping. Aircon worked fine, room had all basic amenities (Fan, safe, kettle+3 sets of coffee, hangers, etc.) Shower with hot water, also a shelf above the sink to put your stuff on it which is very convenient, but not all hotels have it.
Some people blamed their breakfast, but given the price you pay for it, it's not bad. It was only 3 usd more to add breakfast for 2 person. You don't get much (you can choose from several simple dishes like basic nasi lemak (no meat), roti canai with curry, etc. + 1 drink per person), but it's tasty and it's located at the restaurant outside the hotel so you can order something else in addition to what you get.

Its a nice place to stay as the Nu Sentral and KL Sentral is just 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. Room was spacious. I booked he room which comes with free breakfast but u have to go to rooftop Metro Hotel beside it for breakfast. Recommended for family with kids too because they have lift in the hotel.

Just had a night stay for my transit. Registration was a bit disappointing. My room was not ready eventhough it was already 3.10pm.The room was spacious and good for a night stay. Perhaps the curtains could be regularly washed as there were stains. Bedsheet needs to be checked to discontinue using one with stubborn stains which do not give a good impression. Overall, it is a good hotel, strategically located and convenient for transportation and meals. Keep it up.

They have a safe box in the room but not bolted so any of the housekeeper can carry away your passport or jewellery keep in the box. Stupid to have a box and can be carried away so no one use the box. Ask the hotel to bolt it or else defeats the purpose. Might as well not have the box .. Bad reflection of hotel if not done. Please inform them if they want to get more business since it reflects on the management of the hotel.

I had asked for a non-smoking room, but got a room (112) which stank from cigarette smoke. Asked reception for a room change, but was told it was not possible.

I had booked rooms at My Hotel@Sentral but when I got there the staff told me to go to My Hotel@Sentral 2 which is not the hotel that I have booked and he did not give me any reason why I have to move to another hotel. The hotel trys to ensure that guests needs are catered for. Bfast which is not served at the hotel, but elsewhere, is not good. This very meal needs to be reviewed. However, there are many good places around the hotel to get a wholesome bfast

Stay at My Hotel@ Sentral was a very bad experience. When we showed the Booking, the receptionist verified and told they do not have our booking. We informed her that if she do not allocate us room as my credit card number was already given and verified amount will debited from my account. I had to call hotels.com customer care to verify and confirm the booking. Finally we had to wait for 30 minutes to get our room.
AC in room was not working after several visits to Reception they sent some one to fix, but AC was not fixed during our entire course of stay which was two days. The room was fully suffocating and i told the receptionist to come and just stay in room for 5 minutes. After verifying he told he will not able to fix AC and provided us with a Fan. But they did not try to repair the AC next day as well.

Great location which is close to KL Sentral. However, the room is small and lacks many amenities. There was no shampoo available, the towels were stained and the shower cream was also empty. This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at, I had booked 2 days but couldn't bring myself to stay the second day even though it was non-refundable. The air-con was non existent, the bathroom window didn't close, so the traffic noise was terrible. Could not get hot water in the shower, maybe I am a spoiled westerner but this place was totally unacceptable.
