Average hotel room, clean, pretty big, big bathroom with a decent shower and water pressure. The fridge was super loud and keep me up at night and the bed wasn't very comfortable but I think I'm picky. The power was out when I arrived at the inn but the staff did everything they could to get me in my room and comfortable which was the highlight of the stay, bc the service by staff was quite good. At least the window opened wide so I could get some air in there and read while the power was out which wasn't a bad way to spend the time. The power being out was caused by someone hitting a power pole near the inn, it was on July 3rd the night before the 4th so definitely not a normal occurrence.

Not sure if best westerns are going downhill but this property needs major updating. The pillows were all hard and lumpy. Everything felt grimy ann dingy. And the free breakfast was comparable to eating rubber. Everything was horrible and not even worth them bothering to serve it. Even the cold cereal my kids wouldn’t eat. One of the nights the power went out and there was no help from anyone on what to do until it came on again. At 1am someone above you must have been running their jetted tub but the noise was insanely loud in all surrounding rooms to where your eardrums vibrated. We had office staff called to figure it out as no one could sleep. Someone clearly needs to address that issue. Nice that pool and hitting were outdoors. But probably would not stay here again.

Entering the room you were hit with the overwhelming strong scent of fabuloso cleanser. The scent was nauseating. We opened the window and turned on the air conditioning to help vent the room. This did not help. After settling in for the night the room was very warm despite the a/c unit being set to 64. It would kick on for about 7min the shut off for hours throughout the night. Breakfast sausage was off. Smelled and tasted like it was re heated. Not edible. The rest of the breakfast was good. Overall the stay was good but giving an honest review.

People were great, room was ok. Definitely not worth the cost. Breakfast was better than nothing. But like I said the staff was fantastic, made it all worth it.
Jill
I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.
Susan
We enjoyed our one night stay here. The beds were comfortable, the place was quiet, the breakfast delicious, and the showers hot. It had everything we needed to make a great stay!
Timothy
I wish the staff would have been more informative of when the morning breakfast started and ended.

Great staff, very welcoming towards pets. Pool and hot tub were not in working condition and looked like it had not been maintained for years. Should not be listed as an amenity.
HOPE
Quiet, comfortable, great night sleep after a busy day at the Fairgrounds. Close and convenient
michelle
the room was fine staff was fine we checked in and got ready for our show came back after dinner put our stuff in the refrigerator we turned off tv to go to sleep and there was a really loud noise coming from the entertainment center but we had to be up early Saturday to work our show Saturday morning everything was warm in the fridge and water on the floor we had to toss out all our food into the garbage had to stop at a store to replace what we lost when we got back from our show i went to the front desk to see what they could do about it I had to help the gal to pull out the entertainment center to unplug the fridge she offered to put our stuff in the staff fridge instead of replacing the fridge we also had a leak in the bathroom celling and they could not fix it at that time we were charged full price for the room and had to replace our food that was bad from sitting in a fridge that should have been replaced way before we got there everything else was good
Michael
Everything was exceptional for the 3rd time. Can't wait to stay again. The staff, the breakfast, the room (in bath jacuzzi), the cleanliness..... this is the best hotel I have stayed in in 4 different states. I love it.
Tionna
Jacuzzi button was broke…elevator was scary, juice watered down, ugh
Alan
The entire stay was wonderful, especially the staff. The room was clean, the breakfast was fresh, the whole place felt welcoming. The only complaint is the vending machine is a little cryptic on how exactly it is supposed to work…but with a little bit of random button pressing I finally won.
Traci
Friendly staff made the visit welcoming. Will stay here again when I am in the area.
Misty

The facility was clean, spacious, and was very pet friendly. Above all else, the staff was amazing and engaging. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.
Monica
Room clean and comfortable.
Terry
It was convenient place to stay to visit family. It was not the nicest place we stayed in on our 10 nights out, but was the 2nd most expensive. Thanks to Hotels.com we saved about 70$ from their price quote.
gloria
I missed the waffles that Best Western is known for, maybe it a Canadian thing we usually stay at BW but we are from Canadian
Laiyoon
Perfect location for a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Ladies at the front desk were super sweet
woodrow
Close to race track, but not very sound proof

Family and friends stayed here with us for our wedding weekend. The staff was so kind and on top of everything. They allowed us to use the dining room for a family pizza party the evening before our wedding. Breakfast was delicious and consistently refreshed. They are in the process of updates so it looks a little rough. But everything is clean and the live plants are a great touch.

Friendly stay
Ruth
We had a lovely stay and largely because this hotel has the most friendly, accommodating staff I have ever experienced! And a tasty breakfast buffet as well. I highly recommend it!
Christina

We picked Best Western specifically for the pool. We were so disappointed that on our second night we got all dressed in our swimsuits with the grandkids and the clerk says, the pool is out of order. I would have loved to know that before our trip across the state.
There were a couple items not working in our room the bathroom fan, the electricity hick- upped about every 10 mins. The lights and tv would go dark and then start back up, the toilet bowl was leaking into itself so it would randomly fill up the toilet bowl couple times an hour.
But, otherwise it was fine. The staff was nice but nothing special.
Just disappointed.

Obvious pride of ownership with this Best Western hotel. Decorated very cheerily. Extra touches and decorative lights around. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff (we had a family wedding in town and they helped accomodate our family with extra needs cheerily). Very clean, near walking trail and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. Old school charm here (rare these days).
Steve
The suburban area had convenient access to stores and gas stations.
Alexander
Clean spacious rooms. Better than one would expect for the type of hotel. Breakfast is included though not so exciting in quality.
jJames
Friendly staff, great accommodations, excellent breakfast each day.
Brigitte
What a lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We used the grill by the pool and had a wonderful bbq which we enjoyed poolside. The staff was absolutely incredible. Beyond helpful, and just wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We loved eating outside the breakfast bar area—tables and chairs near the pool. It was shaded and the weather was great!
Paula
Great people. Good breakfast

Nice.

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything in the other rooms. Didn't sleep while I was there as room ne t door watch tv all night. Requested a room change and front desk clerk was combative and got angry at me for requesting. Poor customer service.
Michael
My reservations for last Thursday through Expedia was my worse reservations. They only had one room and it had plumbing issues that were suppose to have been fixed that morning. I wait 20 minutes for them to clean the room. After checking in I went to wash up and the drain wasn't draining. I left without breakfast and no shower.

Not so Best Western.
Check in was .... odd. The person working the front desk was seemingly high on something and in my distraction after a long day's drive, I did not check to be sure that I received my ID back from them at check-in. Asked the desk to keep looking for it but it did not reappear.
We were told there was no housekeeping unless by request and since we didn't want to spend our time chasing down our needs we were running short of everything by the end of our stay -- towels, toilet paper, etc. Definitely not the level of service I would expect staying at a big name hotel, so I will not choose not to stay here again since now I have to deal with replacing my driver's license, and overall it was just not an enjoyable place to stay.
The rooms were functional but not fancy and sheets were a bit ragged, rough.

Great friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is top notch!
Having hot coffee available 24/7 is so very nice and the breakfast options are good as well (please be aware the do not change daily so if you are there any length of time it will be the same every day).
We enjoyed our remodeled room, it was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is thin walls, you can definitely hear the tv and convo in the neighboring room/s. It's not very quiet unless you're staying on a light mid week day.
Other than that things were strangely pulled away from the wall and when we pushed them back it was dirty underneath. On the last day of our stay the power went out while in the shower, it was a city issue but they did their best to manage that.
We'll definitely stay again, overall we appreciate the fun decor, comfy rooms, and friendly staff.

Up all night
Our room was a corner room above the designated smoking spot outside. Workers and people were out throughout the night and early morning talking that we were up most of the nights we stayed there from it.
Elaine
Is ok property. The staff is nice.
Capri
Probably one of the nicest best westerns I’ve been to in a long time front desk, staff where amazing so accommodating the rooms were beautifully made. It was quiet very well taken care of, and the breakfast was spot on.
Ann
Ask about painting maintenance before you book
On our first night a strong chemical odor at midnight awoke us. After checking with the front desk we were informed the stairwell was being painted. The premises as well as our room very clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was excellent, housekeeping very helpful and friendly. My friend and I had a wonderful stay and will stay there again.
Traci
Stayed before bed was comfortable and liked the breakfast.

Hallmark Movie experience
cute hotel. All decorated for the holidays. Older but the charm from the staff takes it over the top. They make you feel like this is a B&B and they are hosting you. Rooms are big and the breakfast is good. Hot food and lots of other choices.
Jay
Great place to stay. Will be back next year.
Brian
Quiet weekend away
Two night stay, comfortable room, only noticeable thing is that the vent fan in the bathroom is not very strong.
Joanna
Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Met expectations
Roman
The door into our room was broken into and was badly fixed. Could barely get it secure for the night.
Jonathan
Gret owners and staff. Will be back for sure.
Kierstin
The jetted tubs are extremely loud so you hear them through the walls when other guests are using them while trying to sleep but besides that it's daily quiet
Kevin
The hotel itself was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Prima
I liked that it was very near where i needed to go
KayDee
We had the room with a small kitchen and it was generous in size, and comfortable for our stay. We ran into some issues with the breakfast- the first morning I went down at 8am, and they were out of eggs and said they would not be making any more. The second morning there were no eggs, and when asked about it, they said they would only make them as ordered. This was very odd, and super frustrating. Also the breakfast had no fresh fruit.
Timothy
Rooms were dated and sink was loose and spraying water out. Enamel of the tub was peeling just not very attractive.
Alondra
Great super fun
Devin
Awesome staff & service
