Kept awake most of the night loud slamming of doors, screaming and also a clicking noise outside of our room. Didn’t sleep.

Given an adjoining room, noise through the doorway unacceptable. I might as well have been in the room with my neighbours - who were not loud. Complained and got a very poor response.
There is a need to 'opt in\" to getting your room cleaned, very odd, very penny pinching.
Bizarre deduction of £10, when I questioned it I was spoken to like I was an idiot, I received no explanation just told to ignore it as it was obviously correct!! Receptionist was rude and came across as not knowing what they were doing. Still waiting a response after I complained about this.
Weird attitudes in the gym, if you use facilities outside of the weights room/cardio room the personal trainers come sniffing about - one even took photographs of equipment I had moved! Might be innocent but seemed very odd!!
This used to be a good hotel but now has become a bit 'Ryan Air' whilst charging premium prices.
Bar and grill has improved though.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in firstly the pool well if u want eyes at the end of it don't go in quoted by a staff member you can get high off the chlorine that's correct because my eyes were on fire and came out in rashes as my skin is very sensitive so yh give the pool a miss and there was a dirty tampon on the floor in the changing room and hair on the floor and if you want to get through to reception because of noisey neighbours at night you can't even though I was told there was a big African guy who's the supervisor that should have taken my calls but instead was in the back room that was very dangerous I'm a single mum what if there was an emergency or something so I had to knock on the neighbours doors and tell them myself very loud music and very loud people shouting and when u have a child that's been woken up it's not great I couldn't leave her in the room while I knocked on either so I had to take my girl with me which I hated the man should have picked up the least I expect is security one thing that was outstanding was the bed was amazing and the food at the pub and grill was spot on! The other thing that wasn't good there's no playground for children no nothing for children except the eye watering pool so that wasn't great at all beware your children will be utterly bored never coming again thank you

The shower dripped slightly which was only

A basic hotel that was fine but had a number of flaws.
The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything said by our neighbours next door. In the room, all of the hooks had snapped off leaving nowhere to hang towels, there was no aircon and the room was 27degrees on entry and a challenge to cool down. Additionally, the room is only freshened up on request, meaning no replacement mugs, tea bags etc. for days and it would have been very helpful to have water glasses provided.
Lastly, check-in is done digitally and there is no way to contact reception as the ‘contact’ option is an ai bot which only tells you the opening hours of the restaurant- useless.

Nice area with EV fast charging network.

The hotel is very tech and quite modern in Blackpool area with self check in with no people in the counter nor any button to call a staff.

Free car parking with lots of space.

1 thing to mention is that the key will locked automatically at 11am and you can’t get in anymore.

And there are no telephone in the room and they suggested using the online chat to find a staff but no one response.

However, the room is quite clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for two nights away on business. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
The facilities are fantastic. If you get to use the pool and gym etc. they are very good and worth a bit of time. Especially at the end of a long day.
Parking is very convenient and the staff are helpful and professional. One of the best village hotels I’ve been too.

The hotel is a nice place to stay, but a few little improvements would make it a lovely place to stay.
My room was very comfortable but the continues dripping of the shower could be heard especially at night and the television kept losing signal. Parking was plentiful with no problems, the staff seemed to be a little distant. The dining experience was not pleasant for me as I am a mature gentleman who is not a fan of burgers, wraps or pizzas, I was expecting a little more grown up choice of food. Also there was no hand sanitiser evident around the hotel.

The stay overall was ok. Nothing great nothing too negative (apart from the used tampon on the floor in the ladies changing room) the bedroom was clean but WAY too hot. We slept with the window open and a fan on all night but it was still too warm. The food was ok.

Large hotel with plenty of things to do. Although it’s away from the strip it’s a quick taxi to the sea, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The bar and grill in the hotel is a nice place to sit especially in the sun although a bit pricey on the drinks. Roughly £7 a pint. Would visit again

I would not recommend this as disabled access, you may only get around via lift to pool that reception begrundingly said was not really her job as she not employed by the Leisure services!! There was no signing to the pool indoor or outdoor, so we wandered around trying to find changing rooms eventually a lovely coloured lady from ?weight lifting room said hello and showed us the way. She ran upstairs bless her to get arm bands you need to access the lockers & a young lifegaurd who assisted me as males not allowed in female room. No family disabled room apart from way away from pools. When I complained to the front reception, she said it was your fault despite me showing your booking information. Had we not made appointments to see my 83year old sister the next day an ex-collegue we would have walked out there and then. I only booked here because one of daughters uses 'Bury' branch.Sadly my dream did not evolve the pool was full of long hairs wrapping round your fingers along with 20 mins later everyone was asked to exit the pool because GLASS had been found. I intend to notify Blackpool Tourist Board who forwarded me a list disability hotels along with Head Office Village Hotels, please confirm that you have notified them also, Angela E Trinder, RSMCW,SCM,RSCN,Msc,Phd.

Love this village hotel . Over night with 5 yr old grandson . Booked early check in. Staff on reception were brilliant. Made sure we received all the information we needed to access the pool with the little one. Pool changing room were spotless and both pools were warm and sparkling cleam.

Sleep, however, was impossible due to the 'entertainment' - a guy singing ( terribly) as loud as he could midnight then misic on full blast keeping me & my kids awake until 1am !

That hotel is absolutely sh1t. The room service don’t t do anything. The waiters in the pub and grill kept going up and down with orders asking if it was ours . We went out in the morning and came back at 8pm and the room hadn't had anything done to it except put towels and empty the bin. The dirty towels were left in the shower, the cups we had used for coffee in the morning were still there. we went down to reception to be told that they couldn't give us clean cups as they had no access to the cups. The breakfast was rubbish only one option of badly cooked eggs and cold beans. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE. The building looks pretty but that place is a sh1thole and the staff are as thick as anything absolutely sh1t and they don’t want to do anything to help. We ordered wings for starters that only came 45 minutes later after the main meal and a guy came up to us saying that the wings weren't appearing as a starter on their system. No air con in hotel

When arriving at the hotel, it felt like we were in a resort abroad. However when it come to check in the room wasn't ready. We were given another room which was bigger so couldn't complain.

Unfortunately because of the delay to check in we missed our prebooked taxi and were late for a show.

When we got to the room it was really stuffy. The window would only open an inch and the thermostat said 28 degrees.

When we went to reception to complain about the heat they said there was no AC in the entire hotel. It's a 31 degree weekend outside.

Next day we were going to the pool before checkout and the leisure receptionist said they were at capacity. There were less then 15 in the pool.

Breakfast was good and the reception staff were friendly but you could see the heat and lack of cool air was effecting them also.

No Issues, room was clean, and adequate parking. The only issue I have is the miniature cups in the room which are way too small. I have never seen cups this small in a hotel room before. Cups at breakfast are normal size so not sure why the room had miiature cups. Also the room does not have enough plugs and no plugs near the bed, but apart from that everything was fine. I would recommend.

Stay was fine only problem was we put the sign asking for room refresh on at 7:15 in the morning on returning at3:30 room not serviced. Reception informed us that the sign must be put on door before 11pm at night as staff go round and make a note of which rooms need servicing. Room service came and refreshed towels and tea/ coffee etc, at 4:30 pm. It was too late into the day for any cleaning, as my husband had just come out of hospital after cardiac procedure and was very tired. On checking the door notice it does say in small print to be hung on door before 11pm in small print. Feel this issue needs attention.

Great hotel set on landscaped grounds including a golf course. 40 min walk from Blackpool Tower or 10 min in car. Staff friendly and helpful, Room large and well equipped ( just needs somewhere to hang towels in bathroom ) bed comfy, nice view. Swimming pool and spa was good, very relaxing, outside pool a bonus ( heated). Had 2 meals in bar and grill and was very pleased with the food including taste, presentation and portion. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Me and my daughter stayed for 2 nights. We love the Village. Swimming pool is great. Better to go in the early session with kids as it gets very busy later on. Loved our room over looking the golf course. Clean and tidy. If swimming isn’t included in your room it’s only £5 per room which isn’t bad and they give you towels. Coffee shop is great. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is an excellent base if youre staying in Blackpool. I preferred to leave the car and walk through Stanley Park into town although it is about 45 mins. Facilities are great, leisure club, Starbucks, great beer garden and also a golf course. Lovely surroundings. We had a family room with a bunk bed which was basic but had everything required. To improve i would like a firmer pillow, privacy glass on ground floor as the outdoor pool users have a birdeye view into your room. The pool is also open at 6am and the users were particularly noisey at 6.30 waking us and children up perhaps a few more rules aswell as no running or heavt petting. All staff we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. In all agreat couple of nights, would definately recommend and stst again.

Absolutely stunning views, rooms are lovely and clean, and the staff are really helpful. The only downside was as there was a large booking in the bar and grill restaurant area, our booking was moved to the Helter Skelter area for ‘overflow’. Because of this, we were given a reduced menu instead of the menu we would have been given at the bar and grill. Food was still lovely, however, not what we wanted/expected and would have liked for us to be able to order from the menu we booked for.

My only issue was with the room service. I ordered a salad on Tuesday 15th and when it hadn't arrived after an hour and a bit, I went down to the bar / grill to enquire. They knew about it but also said they never received the ticket.
Nobody let me know, the order was accepted and paid for and I had to wait for 1.5 hours to receive a salad.
Not good enough.

Hotel is very sports focused. Bar was so loud. Did not feel comfortable or relaxed. Maybe the time I stayed but several very loud and rude guests. Arguments in the corridor outside my room. Our stay in the hotel wasn't so pleasent for my wife as when she was getting changed to go into the swimming pool area a fully grown man came out of one of the cubicles when my wife was totally undressed, as you can imagine its not a very nice feeling and she wanted to go home but eventually we decided to stay the night . The room iself was very nice and comfy and clean. My wife still very upset about what happened tho.
