2nd time staying here. Needs some tlc as bit run down now. We had to ask for clean towels and top of coffee/milk each day. Rubbish from room not emptied or room cleaned at all over the course of our weekend which was a bit disappointing. Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast and in the bar though.

Staff very welcoming and always take time to have a chat great recommendations where to go to eat they also let you eat your takeout in the bar area. Parking is a plus and generally available. Rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable and spacious. Breakfast nice and quick. Location fab really close to the main area around the tower easy to walk too! Can’t miss the hotel as it really is bright green!! Will go back again for sure great value for money

Bad Experience in Blackpool
TV was inoperative , no wifi signal in the room . No hot water at the shower , the extractor fan in toilet did not work , the bathroom was full of sewage odour . Complained to the hotel reception, but no remedial action taken . The room was so hot and no fan provided . We could not sleep since it was so hot and because of the sewage odour . It was an awful experience and it spoilt our holiday in Blackpool . I think we deserve to have a refund .

Room could do with a revamp looking a little tired in places there was no mirror above the dressing table so was hard to do hair and get ready being 3 women was a challenge! Bathroom could also do with tidying up as there was chunks of the splash backs missing. Only other thing was originally there was 4 of us going and we booked a family room with 2 singles a double and bunk beds but we were given a room with one single a double and bunk beds! Breakfast was standard again staff were very polite and quick to get all needed. Overall for the money it was ok!

I can only said positive thing about the breakfast, it was quite good. Otherwise, a really dirty hotel, really dated. I understood it's quite old hotel but I think they can afford for vacuum etc, I didn't expect nice and modern look but cleanliness is a priority. Also we heard a noise of drill about midnight, which it shouldn't happen.
