Room was spotlessly clean. Very friendly and courteous staff. This hotel has a very comfortable and friendly feel to it. The cooked breakfast is well worth the money. Table service and freshly cooked and unlike some buffet style breakfasts it is piping hot.
We have stayed in other hotels in the area and this is our favourite and the adjoining Italian restaurant is a great place for dinner. We also appreciate the free parking.

We had a lovely Executive Room at the front of the hotel, but because it was in a corridor next to a Fire Door, there was constant noise at night whenever anyone entered the corridor. The hotel is situated on a busy main road, so opening the window in warm weather let in a lot of traffic noise.

What a suprise a random pick for a weekend stay, Absolutely brilliant. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms with daily towel changes, good bar and terrific breakfast. Not rushed, very relaxed. Plenty of car parking. The pizza/Italian restraunt attached to it is also fantastic and not to be missed. Very populare and decently priced. All in all brilliant place.

Once booked I emailed to confirm the early check in has been added to our stay and got a fast response! A modern hotel close to the M62 Briar Court excelled in many ways. A 20 minute drive and you can be in Bronte Country or in the opposite direction the Peak District. Excellent location for buisness and leisure.

We stayed one night with our dog. I was a little doubtful on what the standard of room would be like due to us having a dog. The room was a good size, very clean and smelt pleasant. The grounds were also clean and plenty of small grassed areas for the dog to pop out.

The hotel and rooms looked very different to the advert. The room was dated and had old carpets.. Towels were old and discoloured, we had to request for fluffy white towels. A bath tub is a no! no in this day and age.. I think it’s under some renovation because the 1st room had a stand alone shower, then we were moved as the key system jammed.. that 1st room was better with slight new carpets too. We were served cold hot chocolate and coffee beverages from the bar- very weird. Checkout reception staff was so unbelievably unfriendly, that attitude needs to change otherwise your business reputation will be tainted.

The hotel is tired looking. Arrived to a massive spider in the room, a broken bedside light and no heating. When I asked why the heating was not working the receptionist said that it was not on!! I stayed on 31st Oct and 1st Nov!!!

Our experience was generally good beds comfortable clean etc but no air conditioning. It is expected to at least have air conditioning as a choice this day and age especially when budget hotels offer this as part of the price.
