Unfortunately due to the freezing cold temperatures we were unable to access the outdoor heated pool and hot tub which was a big sell on staying at this location. The rest of our experience was pretty good would like to come back in the fall time to get the full experience.

We had an amazing experience visiting Indian Head! The views are absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. The area is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, making it perfect for families or a relaxing day outdoors.

The scenery is truly one of a kind, and there are plenty of great spots to take pictures and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping this location beautiful for visitors.

Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area—it’s a must-see in New Hampshire!

Expedia books the lowest quality rooms and states they have views. The staff at Indian Head upgraded us to a beautiful room with lake and mountain views, a fireplace and an easy walk for dining, pools, hot tubs and sauna. Call the resort before you book through Expedia to confirm.

I broght my 6 year old to disney... she also went to the carribian ... her favorite place is indian head.. it somewhat local 4hr away.. we go 5 times a year now bc she loves it... its not updated the out door pool in the winter is hit... lincoln is a hit for kidds and adults... but its and old icon hotels so dont expect much in the old rooms... location and amenitys will never make this place with sub par 1990s rooms

Property is now a patchwork of repairs and bandaids\". Okay for price but we had to move 3 times to different room. 1st because door wouldn't close because of moldings falling off. Second because your 50inch\" tv could not get sound and 3rd because door lock mechanism internals broke. Rooms were clean though.

Nice location near a bunch of ski areas. The outdoor hot tub is rad for rejuvenation post shred. The room had a nice mountain view and, with the door open, one could hear the majestic sounds of the nearby babbling brook.

Room are clean, but dated. When I booked a room I had no idea it would be across the street. Which made accessing the amenities more difficult, not really a big deal. Parking was a bit of an issue with the snow and ignorant people. I will book again as I believe the staff is very helpful and try their best.

We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant.

The gift shop was pretty good.

I’m happy we checked this hotel out. I’m not sure we’ll stay again. Just not as polished as I like.

I booked this as it was the cheapest that I could find in the area for a ski trip to Loon. The room was across the street from the main building (which I knew from booking, not a problem/surprise) & was available early! The room was old BUT everything functioned as it was supposed to. The room had a look of \"I used to be a few other properties before becoming..this...\" with non-matching furniture and green minigolf esque carpet. WELLLLL The bed turned out to be AMAZING and sooo many GOOD pillows, the heat/air was spot on and adjusted correctly when needed, curtain blocked out the light perfectly, and the room was BIG! We were only 2 people but we had our skis et all and our normal stuff too and it was still specious. Bathroom was fine nothing to report. Overall a great room but could use a make over and I say that respectfully because I was very comfortable. We had a great afternoon lunch in the restaurant. You can not beat the view, its stunning. The Bartender/Server Brian took great care of us, we had chicken fingers and a burger - both done perfectly! The pool was alot of fun and the outdoor pool was AWESOME and beautiful!!! Winter swimming outside was a first for me! There is a outdoor hot tub that was busy so inside was just fine for us. The entire place has a sincerity about it that you dont find with the commercial type places. This place was awesome. Afternoon Cookies and cocoa WHAT?!?!?! YES! Front desk staff was always helpful. We will definitely go back.

The hotel staff were pleasant and courteous. Unfortunately, the rooms had a very strong unpleasant odor that even permeated our clothing.

The restaurant was fair, a little disorganized… my Cobb salad with grilled chicken was very fresh and tasty and a good size. Our server was attentive and our food was received in a timely manner.

Gym was small but effective! My boyfriend and I got our workouts in with what was there! We were only there two nights so we didn’t try the restaurant or pools/hot tub. BEAUTIFUL views and we were close to the ice castles and mountains for outside winter things!!
We will definitely stay there again!

Room was clean which is not easy considering all of the wet shoes. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Hot tubs were nice, especially the outdoor one. Outside pool was not heated to what I thought was comfortable but the kids tolerated it. Bartender was so nice, we also had a super nice young man as our waiter. The check in process could be smoother and more efficient especially since we completed the registration online. Gift shop is an absolute trip!! Overall all lot of fun.

Our experience was suboptimal. We stayed in room 300. We had to body slam the door for entry every time. There was a window to the hallway which provided no barrier to the constant noise and commotion happening right outside our door for the 3 days we stayed. Walls & ceiling paper thin. Can’t blame the child above us running around at all hours but we heard every single stomp resulting in little sleep. Terrible lighting resulting in nearly tripping over my boots when entering the room. The refrigerator was broken resulting in spoiled food. Beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable. Indoor hot tub jets were out of order. The old (not smart) TV offered children’s shows and music choice stations only.

Location is amazing, we visited Santa’s village. Views are beautiful, rooms outdated, however they are clean. Hot tub was so busy and people stayed in for a long time not allowing others to use it. Rooms are not at all sound proof you can hear clearly the person next doors conversation which made sleeping quite hard. Beds not comfortable. We do love coming here overall (bring a fan)

Heard so many lovely things about this place so I was really excited to stay here. Sadly I was disappointed in our room - shower walls were full of mold and the shower floor was grimey and gross - it also didn’t drain. When I called about it they did nothing to rectify the mold situation, even when I explained I couldn’t sleep because I couldn’t breathe all night due to it. They did however send someone to unclog the shower drain at least. We did stay in the detached building, so maybe that’s just the less kept areas. Also the bed and pillows were the worst I’ve seen in any of the many places I’ve stayed.

Have stayed at this resort in the past with no issues. Was here with my family including a baby. There was a storm that caused the loss of electricity with no heat for over 6 hours with no temporary resolution from the hotel. How are they not prepared with generators for the outside buildings, (notchview) but they did have one working in their main building. The attendant was less than helpful when a few of us inquired what was the protocol. Her response was keep the door closed. Reached out to management pertaining to the issue and she was not helpful. Needless to say will not be staying here again.

The stay was excellent, we had so much fun. Only 2 recommendations.

1. We had no towel bar or hook in the room.

2. The gift shop has great stuff how ever the cashier stations and wall with the pharmacy items was very very cluttered and dirty. Also , cashier should not pick her teeth at the register and then not wash her hands after she put the pick in her wallet. Items were great rest of store very unprofessional.

The room was fine and cozy. From the room it was very difficult to find the way to the pool and restaurant even with the directions from the staff at the desk. Not one sign. The door we entered thru looked like it led to a mechanical room. We figured out how to get to the various locations but it was through trial and error. All the staff were great and our waitress was fantastic, very personable. The food was delicious! We'll be back.

Motel style with doors leading to outside. We stayed across the street from the main property and it was recommended that we drive across because of the busy road. Pools were clean and outdoor pool was loved by the kids in the cold weather. Arcade was small but nice. Gift shop had a little of everything and restaurant on site was great.

Our room was fairly large, but clearly out of date. there were no outlets to charge our devices, there were outlets in the table lamps but they only worked when the light was on. They also were so worn that our plugs would not stay inserted.
The bathroom was also out of date, the shower and toilet were in a very small room which was uncomfortable to use. the space for the sink was spacious but outdated.

The electricity was out right after we arrived stayed out most of the night. We were not given any type of water, no compensation and not even an apology.
There was nowhere to buy water or even get bottled water throw a couple of vending machines but they were cash only
