Family trip and we can’t wait to return. Our 2bdrm was spacious with a large balcony. Comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Perfect center of town location. Made it easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly, too.

Staying out of season this was fantastic value for money. Hotel and room was spotless. We had a large suite with kitchen/lounge and spa bath. Bed was huge and comfortable. Hotel at this time of year (late April) was quiet. Pool and hot tub a welcome extra in the morning. Check in was also excellent as were the guest relations team.

Our stay was short, but this room was perfect for us. Very clean upon arrival, nice views of the back mountains, and staff answered all my questions. The pool was perfect temperature and very clean, we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The only issue we had was difficulty starting the fireplace, which we didnt need to use. Overall i would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Overall, our stay was good. Staff was friendly, property had good amenities(gym and pool), and great proximity to Loon(5 mins drive). The only issue we had on our second day was with small black ants in both bathrooms near the shower stalls(no more than 10 ants). Maintenance staff came to take a look but by the time they came, the ants retreated back under the shower. Suggest improving their pest control program.

The studio room was great. The staff were very nice. The kitchenette was well stocked. Only negative was the coffee in the lobby had long lines and was mediocre tasting. Did not use the pool or gym. Restaurants nearby were great.

No Daily room service if you need supplies like clean towels toilet paper anything get it yourself at front desk if people staying upstairs are keeping you up at 9pm and 12 midnight like us you call front desk all you get is will let them know if you call a second time and next day you will get there is nothing we can do so if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay after traveling and rest this is not it

I got the 1 bedroom room, advertised with a full kitchen (oven included), a walk in shower and beautiful tub. I have stayed here before and got an incredible room with 2 walk in showers, a bath in the bedroom, and a full kitchen. This time i did not get that. We thought we would be getting an oven but to our surprise we did not. It was nothing close to what was advertised. We got a kitchen with no oven, a bathtub/shower combo, a jacuzzi tub, and a tiny corner shower we could barely fit into. I booked this hotel again simply because I loved our last room but this was nothing close to it. We were at the very end of the hotel and the sound of the dumpster truck woke me up Everytime. We tried to tell the front desk that our room was not correct and they said “sometimes the rooms are different than advertised but there’s nothing they can do” which didn’t sit well with me. I will always recommend this hotel because the area is great, the staff is nice and the rooms are also, but I was not impressed this time. Don’t advertise something you can’t give!! I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew it was different, given the fact we brought a bunch of oven foods. Other than that, I love this hotel.

Our one bedroom condo was beautifully furnished with 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and an electric fireplace. Big jacuzzi tub in the huge bedroom. Very comfortable king bed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The only downside is the timeshare salesmen trying to get you to do the 2 hour sales pitch. We didn’t do it. Parking was good for us but high season could be an issue.

Our suite was great. However, sending me to a sales desk to hold our parking pass hostage until I've heard your spiel on why fractional ownership is in my best interest was in EXTREMELY poor taste! I've spent my money to be here; don't take my precious personal time for granted.

So many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner within waking distance for most, the room was a large updated clean suite with 2 bathrooms and rain showers and huge bathtub in the master bedroom. They offer fresh coffee every morning. The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is huge! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer!

Nice property, middle of a beautiful town surrounded by mountains. The one bedroom apartment has all the amenities, living, bedroom, kitchen with dining, 2 full bathrooms, only missing was a balcony, some apartments do have, but ours didn’t. Make sure to choose the one with balcony if you would like. One other thing missing was the indoor pool, it was closed when we were there.

Room was nice enough and bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it sounded like the people above us would come crashing through the ceiling at some point…but other than that it was fairly quiet. The neighboring hotel had great dining options and The Woodstock Inn down the road had amazing breakfasts.

We were informed before our stay that the indoor pool was out of service and sent apologies. No worries there, but oddly the second day we went to the desk for another pack of coffee (as instructed at check in) and was told they were out…out of coffee in the whole hotel. They were hoping they would get their shipment the next afternoon (after our checkout) !! No apologies and no attempt to deliver coffee even though it is listed as an amenity. The lack of any concern on their part that a hotel of any size would run out of coffee was a bit shocking. Had to go buy our own instant coffee from 7-11.

Loved the spacious room! A little dated but very clean. Bed room shower did not have hot water! Thankfully there was a second bathroom! Did not like the fact you had to go to a different desk to get your parking pass only to hassled to talk you into a 2 hour seminar to get you to buy vacation time!! Several no’s and still would not stop oniy wasting our precious time!! Avoided the front desk after that using other doors!! Was not there to be hassled about buying into their properties!! Not sure I would return here again !! Started the stay off aggravated!!

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. My room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing stay.

However, I have to be honest about one major downside: the staff was extremely pushy about trying to get me to attend a timeshare presentation. It went beyond a simple ask—it was persistent to the point of being uncomfortable. I started avoiding the lobby altogether just to steer clear of the pressure. It really dampened an otherwise great experience.

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay and can firmly say “no” multiple times without feeling awkward, you’ll probably enjoy your visit. But if you’d rather relax without the sales pitch stress, you might want to think twice.

I liked how it was close to shopping local stores. Close to Kancamagus Highway, Loon mountain is 3 miles away.
I DISLIKE Main parking and side roads not salted after a snow storm. No free breakfast, no trash bins on ANY of the four floors. Pool was not open hot tub was also not open.
They push the time share options to everyone that walks in that resort period!!

Pull out couch was comfortable, can’t complain about that. Overall pretty clean, besides the bathroom with pink residue from poor cleaning, and their 2/3 of their wall dispensers were empty.
But overall, pretty good for pricing/room size and kitchen, just the things mentioned otherwise would have been a great review

Indoor pool and hot tub were closed our entire stay and had been so about a week before our arrival. Not once did they think to reach out and let us know giving an option to change our plans. The jacuzzi tub in our room didn’t have a stopper and the maintenance man had to go to the store after the first night to buy one for us. The room had both baseboard heat and central air. Instructions in the room were to leave the baseboard heat at 68° however we like to sleep in much cooler temps. Setting the central air to a lower temp only blasted the baseboard heat even more. They did give us a discount for these hassles but I would strongly recommend another location over this hotel. FYI they do time shares there and be ready to be bombarded

Visited the area for a ski weekend at Loon. I had never been before this and really enjoyed the area. The hotel was very nice, central location to everything. The room itself was much larger than expected, a kitchenette and seating, the bed was a king, and a large bathroom as well. Everything was clean. Parking was easy. No complaints here!

For the amount of money per night it was decent. The rooms were pretty nice but the lobby needs updating and the smell wasn't that great. It was a nice central location and i wish the walkway between the hotel and the shops were open. They shut down the coffee machine at 12pm.. so after being out in the cold all day it would have been nice to grab something to help warm up.

The staff was very welcoming, the place was beautiful and clean! The only thing I noticed was the room was very different from the one I thought I was getting. I thought I was getting the one bedroom with the tub and shower both in the bathroom and the gorgeous big kitchen. I got a smaller version of the kitchen/living room with 2 bathrooms (both with showers) and a bathtub in the bedroom! That room was just as lovely but I think the pictures need to match what we are purchasing. Other than that, I absolutely loved my stay and would go back and recommend.
