Really enjoyed the housekeeper they were great Chris especially was very helpful and very courteous. The arcade was extremely fun even if it ate some of our quarters. The check-in lady on the night we came in was super friendly and helpful on recommendations. We came to visit for ice castles on Saturday but was a nice getaway Friday Saturday and left on my birthday for Sunday. Had a great stay . Cost was definitely reasonable for all of the amenities. Great stay thank you all .

We visited in February, Ice Castles are near by. Check in was quick and simple. The linens, and towels were spotless, white and clean. Comfy beds. Convenient location. The hot tub was hot, pool area clean. There's a game room for the kids. Breakfast had plenty of options (toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, eggs, coffee, juice,etc.) Coffee was good, breakfast room clean.

There was a fire in the hotel overnight. We woke up to our room filled with smoke. It was several hours before we could get our belongings to leave. Snow removal was inadequate and led to trucks being unable to access the building readily.

The room was clean and comfortable and check in/out was an easy process. However, we were not informed that the thermostat on the wall was not in use and the heat source was the a/c. It was turned on by our toddler which we assumed was just the a/c so turned it off. Overnight the room was extremely cold because we were unaware of the thermostat not working and tried calling the office but couldn’t get through. In the morning I called again and was told then and made it seem like it was our fault for not knowing. Not only was it cold but there was snow INSIDE the room from the gaps in the door and was extremely drafty. There was no breakfast as well due to there only being 2 bookings which was communicated beforehand. Had we been told of this heat issue the stay would have been much better but this was a huge issue as we have a toddler. I also informed them of the jacuzzi having a leak.

This is probably the 3rd time we've stayed here. The first room they assigned to us was away from the main building and had people that were roaming around outside and seemed like they might make a lot of noise. We asked for another room. This room was fine although there were spots on the bed cover. Other than that it was clean. For the most part it was quiet. There was a strange chemical smell in the hallway to the room. We have never really liked the breakfast area - needs general updates. The hot tub was VERY hot - hotter than usuall. We can usually comfortably sit in there well-beyond the \"15-minute\" max, this time, we had to cool off in the pool (which was warm). The floor they have around the pool really hurts when walking barefoot. Would like if it was more rubbery - it is more like plastic and has small spikes that hurt my feet. There were some people hanging around that was somewhat strange but generally we felt safe. It's a quiet time of year, so I wish were placed closer to the pool. It is a bit \"kitschy\" but that is part of the charm. Reasonably priced and a good location. We'd stay here again (hopefully in a pool room).

The mini game room with pool tables and the bar is super convenient if youre going with friends and you have ome drinks, you just walk to your room. We had a very nice time.

We had a pleasant stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Lincoln. The front desk lady were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. The hotel's location is ideal, situated just a short 15-minute drive from the main attractions of White Mountain National Park. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes, which is a huge plus.

The room, while a bit old, was spacious and comfortable enough for a short stay. It worked well for our 1 night visit, especially given the affordable price. The hotel seemed well-frequented by other tourists, so we felt safe during our stay.

The breakfast, however, could use some improvement. While there were options available, there weren’t many healthy choices, and there were no eggs or egg-based items, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Overall, we had a good experience and would consider returning for the convenience, location, and value for money.

There was mold growing on the walls above the shower and there was mold on the caulking in the shower, baseboards in the room were filthy. Carpet was starting to come up where it meets the tile flooring. In the game room you could tell there had been a leak in the roof and when you walked on the floor in that area it felt soft. Power went out in our building for about 2 hours the first night. The cabins that are owned by Days Inn behind our building had power and the building down the street had power. Very disappointed in our stay considering what we paid.

I cannot stress enough how much this facility should be condemned and shut down. Blood, dirt, mold, very unsanitary.
Did not dare to turn on the AC as it was so full of dirt and mold for fear do becoming sick.
Blood on the mattress, carpet, power outlet in bathroom.
Hair all over floor in the bathroom
Door to bathroom so swelled from water damage from the tub flooding it would barely close.
Hair and junk in the bedside table.
Phone not hooked up in room to call front desk. It was covered in grime.
Mattresses so old they sagged in the middle. Hair in the towels.
They should be paying people to stay here

The bathroom, however, was not very clean. There were hairs in the tub and on the shower wall. There was built-up dirt around the sink drain, and the faucet was broken.

Little dated. Neighbors were outside smoking alot. smoke comes through the gaps in the doors . So its as if someone is in your room smoking.
Plus you can hear everything. Lights are so bright outside everydoor that your room is lit right up.
Breakfast is make your own waffles , toast , cereal, oatmeal and yogart. Muffins prepackaged had mold.
Otherwise its not far from lots of things to see and do. Restaurant/ bar two buildings over.

Never gonna stay here again. I’ve stayed a handful of times and it’s always disappointing- a little dirty and not very comfortable but ok for the price. This time we got a room directly next to the front office, where a late night guest showed up and they were “making noise” for over an hour around 2am. The walls are paper thin. Could literally hear the breathing through the wall. The place didn’t seem that busy so not sure why they’d put us next to the office with those plans in place for later. The bathtub was also dirty and stained blue for some reason. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night and getting a room at the quality inn next door. WAY nicer room way cleaner and comfier bed. This place isn’t worth the savings.

We arrived late 7pm ish, got to the room, dropped our things and went to find some dinner, came back and passed out. The next morning I tried to clean the jacuzzi tub and was disgusted by what came out of the jets, the bathroom was also dirty and stains on the bedding. We left to get breakfast and when we got back at 1130 decided to find somewhere else to stay. At the desk the woman could not offer any information about a refund and said i would have to come back at 3 she took my name and number and said the manager would call at 3 if we couldnt come back. We checked out went to the new hotel and i called back at 4 and a woman said I needed to get refunded by hotels.com, called them and they said call wyndham...called them and they said call the hotel. I am still fighting for a refund!!!

This is a cheap motel, not a hotel. It reminded of the Motel 6 but with nice views of mountains. The sink was out of order. The stopper had to be pulled out of the sink manually.
Further, a large person in the room of above me began pacing at 3:30 in the morning for half an hour until I pounded on the ceiling. I had to get up at 5, for a 19 mile hike, so this was especially annoying.

We booked this stay for a night to visit the basin and flume for a family trip. Check in was easy but as soon as we got to the room we noticed how dirty the entire room was. There were stains everywhere, from the curtains to the bedding to the rug. There were splashes of random juice/food all over the walls and doors. The room itself had a very strong odor of mold that never went away and there were fruit flies coming out of the bathroom drains. The bedding was especially gross with 3 fitted sheets ontop of a stained mattress cover and mystery stains everywhere and covered in black mystery dirt. We did try to contact the front desk and ask for at least new sheets but were ignored. The coffee maker was covered in a thick layer of dust and had mold inside the water storage. Even the door was in need of repair with weather striping broken and torn and hanging. As soon as the hotel got our money they ignored us and it was really disappointing. We did scramble looking for alternative places to stay but it was too late in the day to find anything affordable so we made a 3 hour trip back home early at 9pm and had to cancel half our trip. The condition of the room was unacceptable and we are sad this was the experience we had because we really wanted to support this business because we love the area. We didnt expect perfection for the price but at a minimum a room that we could sleep in comfortably. Its clear the rooms have never been cleaned in a long time.

The staff was above and beyond, excellent staff. The first room we were in had a musty smell, some grime, and a very odd bathroom. When I mentioned my concerned we were moved to a much cleaner room. The AC wasn’t very clean however. The grounds weren’t bad but in the back was a lot of litter and debris. The game room was ok but some games wouldn’t work and ate our tokens, another failed mid game. Outdoor pool was excellent, one of the best hotel pools. Indoor was decent. Large hot tub indoors but the indoor pool was always crowded. Overall a decent stay, would stay again, the cabins are a great feature and relatively private. Again though, the staff was really great and made the entire experience better.

We came here because we won tickets to a scenic dinner train. We found a place nice and close by the people were very friendly. The room is great..
