I normally dont give a bad review. Its sad to say we were not happy. Check in we were told ice maker and self served breakfast was not available even when hotel website stays it is. She said it was only available in season. I told her she should state on their advertisement of amenities. The lobby and enclosed walkway smelled like wet rugs and so did the room. We had to use a glad plug in, in our room to overcome the smell. The bathroom tub ledge was so high, even my husband had a hard time getting in and out of it and he's tall. He had to help me in and out were I am short. Water pressure was good. The toliet paper was so far away from the toilet you need to get the paper before using it. King bed was so high with this metal bar protruding from the sides, making this challenging getting in and out of bed. TV and AC remote would only work if get extremely close. This was aggravating when you had to out of bed to change stations and turn it off. Same with the AC. The pool was locked. An old man told us you have to use pool towels and told my husband he had to go back to the room and return the room towels before we could go in the pool. Everything was locked in the pool room, even the bathroom when using it. We will never go back to this hotel.

This hotel is a scam. I paid for my reservation for 8 people including kids and when we arrived they didnt have the reservation and the room was not available. They didnt have more rooms and when I asked for a refund they said it was with expedia when the charge is from them. The phone number they had ia someone's else's phone number and they never answer and they didnt give me my money back. And the hotel doesn't look like the one on the picture.

The room was spacious, clean, and featured an amazing Jacuzzi tub. Some of the furniture felt a bit outdated—like the large mirror behind the bed—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The pool was huge with a comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was just as spacious and perfectly warm. While the property is starting to show its age and could use a few updates, we still had a great stay and would definitely come back. It’s also conveniently located close to town, making it easy to grab food or anything else you might need.

I’ve stayed here multiple times no complaints. Actually like the hotel overall bang for your buck. But this time the manager working was never at the front desk. The pool was open but locked up. She said she would open it up for us. After dinner. Got back at 6 and she was no where to be found and didn’t answer the phone the other guy was asleep in the lobby. Pretty bumbed I booked there for the pool this time.

Barely greeted at the desk. The whole place stinks of strong chemicals which makes me wonder what kind of mild they are trying to cover. No towels at the pool and the underground tunnel leading to it is disgusting abd smells awful, brown crud dripping down the walls. Continental breakfast was a joke. It sounded like something was dripping into the ceiling above us all night long. The only thing we liked was the beds were comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermostat didn’t control our room heat and some of the outlets didn’t work.
It was loud in the morning (7:30 am). Neighbors let their kids run up and down the outside hallway yelling.
We have stayed here twice and would stay again but it could use some updates.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Showwr had Hot water. To access pool we went throuh underground tunnel/wallway so didnt have to go outside (still cool because unheated but great to avoid snow). Pool was large with HOT hot tub. There needs to be tape showing where entrance to hot tub is. Breakfast was good variety. Cereal bagels fruit hardboiled eggs.

No chair in room except for two small metal chairs. Check in and out was easy. Left over coffee from previous guest found in coffee maker! Price was right.

Breakfast was limited to cereal bread. And bagels. We had the room with the king-sized. Bed jetted, tub and a fireplace. The fireplace did not work. The jetted tub was full of people's hair. The room was dirty. The vent in the bathroom was hanging by the wires. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

Staff was very unwelcoming and rude. Late check in and it took the singular person working 5+ minutes to come let me in, while I waited in the freezing lobby with no heat. There were three other cars in the parking lot which should’ve spoken to me, because this was a Friday. Staff woman gave lots of attitude and stared at my ID for much longer than needed, I believe it was to spite me. Idk, overall just a barebones hotel with poor management. For $80+ you’d think it’d be more worth it. Spend the extra $20-$40 and go stay in Lincoln, save yourself a headache.

Blinds in bathroom window were busted so no privacy on the first floor. And the breakfast was a major disappointment. Bagels and cereal. Bagels were still in the bag they came in. Milk and juice were in gallons. No single serve anything and the kitchen area was the size of a 4 foot table. Not impressed for what I paid for.

Not satisfied with this INN with Wyndham name attached to the name. First thing when you walk in to check in there’s nobody there except an older gentleman watching TV that says hello. Get up walks outside. dial the phone to get someone to come in the front desk Receptionist is nice. First thing that it should be mentioned is that this hotel smells very bad. You smell incense you smell, curry you smell mold. The pool is across the parking lot. There is a lot of cracks. There’s mold vents. There’s dirt all over the walls. There’s a board on the ceiling. The pool is cold not a heated pool at all. The rooms are a decent size very old fashion Motel Bates feel. The beds are horrible to sleep on not comfortable at all. There is water damage on the ceiling and it looks like it’s been patched up. The bathroom is decent but not very clean at all. I would make sure you have slippers on because the rug look like it’s hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned. Remote control is taped up. The remote control to the AC does not work. Not a basic ice machine you have to lift the cover and be halfway inside the machine in order to get the ice Hardly any ice. There idea of a breakfast is cereal and coffee that’s it. This INN to have Wyndham attached to. It is not worth the price.

Place needs a lot of updating such as pool and hot tub water super clean but pool itself needs help. beds super uncomfortable however that is an individual preference. super clean though. We got a room with a full kitchen nothing to cook with at all unsure if we had to ask but we didn’t bother. Mirror in bathroom cracked covered with clear table but clean. There were large mirrors behind the bed and anytime you talked they make sounds as though they were loose and you definitely could here the next rooms mirrors hitting the wall as well. Needs to painted and bit more quality of material they fix things with. These don’t make it bad per se but for $400.00 a night I would have thought it would have been way more updated. False advertising, pictures and descriptions do not represent the poor quality of the hotel. Breakfast consisted of stale bagels and old coffee. Hotel staff were unhelpful, and made simple requests difficult. Hotel staff were inept, and after we had checked out, called us and asked us where certain items were in our room, claiming they did not see them. While on the phone, they found the items, which they had misplaced during their cleaning process. We will not be returning, and would encourage others to do the same.

Absolutely loved my stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Lincoln Near White Mountain! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfy. The pool and hot tub were a highlight - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Highly recommend!

Women who helped me check in was rude and didn't offer any of the hotel amenities. My family felt like we weren't welcomed. Then about 2 hours before check out one of their employees were caught looking in our windows. At that point we packed up and left.

I was unsure if the facility was open upon arrival. It was very quiet and no activity that I noticed. They were quick to respond once I picked up the phone inside to call them. Very pleasant. The building is old but maintained. If I had to complain at all it is about putting another customer who arrived late evening above us. They were the only other people staying and they were very noisy above us. I just think it would have been better if they were down the hall we were in.

The room was very dirty. Bathroom sink had water and hair in it. The blankets and sheets had hair on them also. The chair had a brown spot on the fabric where your head went. Fire place in room was broken. When tried to get refund through Expedia, the hotel owner said we spent the night and checked out in the morning which we didn’t stay.
