The hotel is excellent, it is located approximately 13 miles south of Valencia in a car. The pool is great, the staff is professional the dining facilities are great. The surrounding area is industrial but conveniently located far enough away from everything to where the hotel feels more like a resort.

This hotel was ok for a short cheap stay, but it is next to warehouses and there is not much going on around it. The staff were great and the included breakfast was very good too. The hotel is close enough to Valencia that you can use it to visit the city as long as you have a car.

Rooms definitely need some repair. Shower was leaking. Huge leak on the ceiling and on the wall. Front sliding glass door had huge cracks and felt unsafe to go through.

I must say you need a car if you stay here but the hotel and staff are fabulous room was throughly cleaned everyday fresh towels etc and the staff would go above and beyond to help you l, breakfast was excellent, Adna on front desk was extremely helpful polite and always checked if everything was ok. Pool area was clean pool was great very relaxing place. The TV in the rooms are smart tv so you can watch your Netflix’s or prime account which was a bonus only suggestion is to have a small fridge in the room would be beneficial other than that excellent value for money would highly recommend to stay here free parking too and never had a problem getting a space beds are very comfortable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really a business hotel but at weekends obviously leisure. Lots of young groups staying there so noisy until about 1am. Hotel very good with nice pool. We couldn’t get dinner there so went to the small town (quite difficult). Breakfast good. Overnight stop for us so good location just off A7.

Too far away

The hotel and desk staff were great. We didn’t realize we were so far from Valencia. It was a 40 minute train ride. The train station is more than 5 km from the hotel, with only one taxi in town. Breakfast buffet was included. To get dinner, we had to order from a takeout place arranged by the desk. The hotel is in an industrial area with nothing else close by. You must have a car to stay here

I will never ever use Expedia again. This place is advertised as being in Valencia, and it is far from Valencia. It is in an industrial area with nothing surrounding it but factories, I felt misled and misguided, and they refused to give me a reimbursement. I am disabled, and on a fixed income and saw this booking really damaged my trip.

Ths property was good but the location was horrible and this is on Expedia. When Im booking in unfamiliar cities which I often do proximity to attractions is important. Ghis property has no accessibility to oublic transportation and a taxi was about 35 EU each way.

Driving from south of Spain to France I needed overnight stop. For this purpose the hotel is perfect. Hotel is clean and quiet and the staff is very friendly.
Location is with easy reach from highway. However, for the final few turns you may find GPS useful.
The only minus is that there is no restaurant at the hotel. To offset the problem you may order delivery from a nearby restaurant.
Breakfast is sufficient if you can do without eggs and bacon and other hot stuff.

Stayed here the night before flying home. 30 minutes from airport. Comfortable hotel Restaurant not open but they do take away/room service if wanted. The breakfast was excellent value with a great choice.

Disappointing- no evening restaurant

I arrived to find the restaurant was closed, and the food available was from a local pizza delivery company. They came, but the food was average, and the wine difficult to drink.
The hotel itself is fine, but surprised by the high Expedia rating based on no evening restaurant.

Good location just outside of Almussafes. Doesn't look much from the outside, but is clean and modern inside with a good outdoor pool for relaxing around. It has a small bar, but no restaurant but the town centre is a very short drive away.

Everything is good. I spent 5 night in this hotel, and I would like to stay at the same hotel again. If there is a refrigerator in my room, it would be great because summer time in Valencia is super hot. I wish I have good drinks in my room.

Me parece inaceptable que un cliente deje colgada una prenda y después del check out llame para solicitar que se la guarden y le digan que no había nada en la habitación. Creo que los empleados ya perciben un sueldo y no deberían necesitar recurrir a la apropiación indebida de objetos de los clientes

No tiene restaurante para cenar, y en la zona no hay nada, por lo que hay que coger el coche para ir al pueblo.

No tenían servicio de desayuno pero al estar pagado, te daban una bolsa con fruta, bocata, pastas, etc, y cualquier bebida caliente.

Kamers zijn aan onderhoud toe. Hotel ligt afgelegen. Badkamer aan renovatie toe (losse stekkerdoos en schimmel). Op de laatste dag was er helemaal geen ontbijtbuffet beschikbaar vanwege kerst, wat ons niet is verteld van tevoren. We kregen een zakje met brood en drinken).

L'hôtel est située dans une zone industrielle non précisé sur le descriptif. La chambre était propre et le ménage bien fait mais problèmes d'organisation : manquait la télécommande de la télévision, le coffre ne fonctionnait pas, l'ouverture de la porte de la chambre a disfonctionné à deux reprises obligeant à repartir à la réception. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était varié mais la mise en place et le débarrassage laissant à désirer...

El hotel más o menos bien, la piscina bien, en el baño había cucarachas, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien, hacía calor, y pocas opciones de comer nada, el desayuno un poco caro, y las habitaciónes familiares las literas lo peor, inestables sujetados a la pared solo con 2 tornillos, aguanta poco peso y da la sensación que se van a caer en cualquier momento, pero lo peor fue reservar por Expedia, no nos hizo la reserva bien y cuándo llegamos allí en lugar de para 4 nos habían reservado para 1 persona una familiar con 4 camas y encima son avisar en ningún momento que las literas son solo para menores de 12 años, aunque el personal estuvo a la altura nos cobraron más por un error que no fue nuestro, pero era eso o quedarnos en la calle con 2 niños después del viaje a las 8 de la tarde

La limpieza en zonas comunes no es la más apropiada , las canecas están rebozadas de basura y solo hasta el día siguiente las recogen , los espejos y paneles de los ASCENSORES siempre están con grasa , los pasillos de habitaciones tienen basura y desechos incluso después de las 4;00 pm, el operario de la piscina es poco amable y daña con cloro los objetos dejados sobre las soledoras

L’hôtel était sale. Les draps jaune, des poils par tout. Des traces de selle dans la toilette. Frigo sale. La moquette aussi. La réceptioniste m’a donné des draps que j’ai changé moi même. Et elle A passé le balais. C’était terrible. Je ne le recommande pas. De plus, ils n’ont fait Aucun geste commercial. J’ai des photos à l’appuis.

Pire expérience hôtelière depuis des années. Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain en arrivant, le sol était sale et pour couronner le tout le mini réfrigérateur était débranché, tout ce que nous avons mis dedans a du être jeté ( lait bébé, fromages, etc..). La plus grosse blague a été lorsque j’ai exposé ces problèmes lors du check-out. L’hôte a l’accueil à fait mine d’être surpris pour les cafards alors qu’il y a plusieurs commentaires qui font mention de ce problème (j’ai vu les avis Google après notre séjour…), quand je lui ai dit qu’il était forcément au courant au vu des commentaires précédents il a osé me dire « nous sommes à Valence c’est normal pour les cafards » ! La blague donc Valence est une zone de cafards ? Les valencien seront contents de l’apprendre! Bref je déconseille cet hôtel.

Antiguo hotel Tryp, adquirido por Ramada pero sin renovación hecha. Especialmente el baño estaba muy viejo, con óxido y limpieza muy mejorable (pelos en el suelo y en alguna toalla). El personal del hotel muy amable y muy atento.

We hadden een kamer met zicht op het zwembad geboekt. Kamer was ok, maar alles behalve een zwembad te zien. Volgens de uitleg op hotels.com kon je er lunch en diner nemen. Enkel ontbijt! Dus 's avonds geen eten. Eventueel kon je buitenshuis bestellen en laten leveren op de kamer. Hotel op zich was netjes en rustig gelegen, niet te ver van de autosnelweg.
