Hotel is in full renovation. Pool is closed; Parking is closed; Breakfast is not good at all; Room is very noisy and air conditioning is not working well. Very disappointing and not worth the money. Should not book this hotel until the renovations are all finished.

It was a terrible experience from a very rude receptionist to a very rundown property saying 4 star with no lift and dated room. The bed moved with a massive noise from one side to another by just sitting on it. The swimming pool was not available even though it was clearly mentioned on their website. Absolutely horrible experience.

Ideal bed room was ok they had no hairdryer but mini fridge but very small the rook was clean the location and pool was small one vending machine and a bar and cafe style thing but far from anything you need to have a rental car like we did to reach to and from town

Half bad, half good

This hotel was a tale of two halves. At first, great. Close to restaurants and Valencia Airport. Lady at reception was friendly and welcoming.The room was comfortable and large. I slept soundly. The morning started well as breakfast was a mix of hot and cold. However the hotels bad bit emerged when the man in charge of breakfast took my room number and then produced a receipt for me to sign charging me 8 euros for the breakfast. I had already paid for this in the booking price but I though I'd query it at checkout time. On reception was a different woman from the night before and a man. I queried the breakfast charge, producing the receipt and saying breakfast was included. The woman then looked at my details and told me that I had not paid for breakfast in the room rate. I told her I did. She argued that I hadn't. I stopped & showed my confirmation page from Hotels.com that stated the breakfast was included. She went quiet but then carried on arguing that I was wrong. It wasn't until the guy next to her pointed at the 'B&B' bit, she gave up. She then asked for my receipt which I initially refused as it was my proof of purchase, in case I had been charged. She raised her voice and became irate so I agreed just as long as I could take a photo. She almost lunged across the desk to prevent me from taking a photo at which point I affected a more stern tone, took the photo and left. Hopefully this woman will be sacked as this hotel is too nice to have this idiot 'working' here

A 2* Hotel at best - lacking service & facilties

The photos were misleading. Whilst set amongst an industrial estate, the service was lacking around meals times and the bar area, particularly when there were more than 5 customers. During breakfast we missed meals as there were no clean tables or plates available with limited choice (which was reported early on), and twice ordering drinks and food they forgot, simply ignoring us. The surrounding area had nowhere to eat and the hotel choice was both limited and restricted for a few hours throughout the day, resulting in people going to the BP garage across the road for food. The outdated décor in the room had one spare plug socket, no safe, kettle and one small pillow per person. The pool and gardens were pleasant but required more sun loungers, with most of downstairs cordoned off. Although good wheelchair access throughout, the downstairs toilets had automatic lights, turning off instantly leaving you in the dark in the toilet and hallway, unpleasant and unsuitable for young children. There was only one room key given, meaning nothing could be charged in the room while away. One member at the restaurant and bar stood out who interacted with all the children staying and gave great service, although not replicated by others. Sadly we wouldn't stay here again.

Room was nice, pool is small, difficult to find.

When I arrived, it took 10 minutes before someone checked me in. Two ladies were at the front desk dealing with another client who had a billing issue. One could have helped me, while the other dealt with the situation, but that didn't happen. They both saw me, but neither acknowledged me. Finally one checked me in and gave me information about the hotel, but nothing about my hotel room, the surrounding area, or transportation into town.

The key card needs to be inserted into a slot by the door that enables the light switches and AC in the room to work. That would have been nice to be told by reception.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The towels were rough and the floors are all tile so be careful not to slip after a shower!!!

The pool is small. The size of a regular house pool.

The metro stop to get to the hotel from the airport is Paiporta and it is a bit of a walk from the hotel. I had to ask for directions 3 times. Luckily, the people in town are very friendly and helpful. I found a straightforward route to the hotel: When you get off the train, turn right toward the side of the tracks that have a field next to them. Go all the way down that road past a cemetery until you reach a highway, cross it and turn left and walk for a bit. The hotel will be on the right. This is the fastest way to get to it, but it is not lit at night and it is always pretty empty. The area is quite safe, but still it can be intimidating when traveling in a new place.

Would not stay here again

We walked for an hour and could not find a bar or restaurant. Wi Fi was really poor. Menu del no has advertised in then hotel restaurant but unavailable on 30th April. A la carte menu offered, mostly rice dishes but on ordering paella Valencia was told that the restaurant was too busy to serve it. Just us 2 in the restaurant at this time, afterwards a table of 3 or 4 and a group of about 15 . However the waiter was excellent and the bar person on duty in the afternoon. The poor waiter was embarrassed at the lack of food on offer. The meals that we did have, fish and steak were good but nouvelle nouvelle portions. Would not even fit in a tea cup! Obviously the chef is in charge of the guest experience. On leaving we were not asked how our stay was or given a receipt.

Not in the nicest/picturesque part but ok to stay. Secure underground parking 11 miles from Valencia race track which we were attending. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Food in the restaurant not the best but edible. Rooms clean and tidy and cleaned each day.
Decor a little dated but nice and comfortable.
Small walk to metro to get into city although not very well lift.
Overall ok only let down by price/value to what you get compared to other hotels we stayed in on our travels!!
Would only recommend if price was a lot lower

This hotel is located in a suburb of Valencia. It is relatively new and very nicely designed. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was professional and very helpful. We parked on the street in front of the hotel, but paid indoor parking is also available.

Hotel Ciscar is a very good priced hotel for the facilities included. There is a clean pool which, in my opinion, is too small for the whole hotel. Luckily the hotel was quite quiet when we stayed. There is no entertainment within the hotel so not ideal for families.
The decor of the hotel is beautiful and the hotel itself is extremely clean! Free wifi in the lounge and reception areas, were able to get one bar of signal in room as well.
Communication was a bit of a barrier, majority of the reception staff spoke English however the one male member of staff didn't speak a word so that was difficult.
Our room was for three of us which was spacious, clean and comfortable. After our first night of staying there, our air con unit started leaking through the ceiling which was coming through a light so we were quite worried, the staff got us a new room ASAP, the room was a bit smaller than previous room but we weren't too worried about that.
We didn't have breakfast or dinner included so can't comment about that.
Location is not ideal if you're looking for something central, there is a supermarket and bars about a five minute walk away in Picanya and a metro station about a ten to fifteen minute walk which takes you into Valencia. The hotel is in an industrial estate but there was no noise.
Good hotel if you need somewhere good priced to stay near Valencia.

Interesting hotel

The hotel was easy to find and convenient for access to Valencia airport. It is located on the outskirts but you can walk into Picanya town for something to eat and go to the supermarket plus you can walk to the metro. However that is about all you can do unless you have a car. The hotel itself seems short of staff - the receptionist is also the barman and the only staff member at breakfast.

Ok but...

We enjoyed the location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The internet connection was fast and consistent. With that said the beds were HARD, no hot water pot, and the parking garage was as dark as a cave until you got to the light switch at the elevator. Although there was plenty of on street parking around the hotel. We stayed here to catch up on our rest from traveling but you need a car for transportation because the metro is far away.

Overall hotel is very good, cleaned and have all basic amenities required. Only bear in mind that it is bit out from the city centre of Valencia. This place is in outskirts of Valencia. Only mode of transport is either cab or metro (which is 15 min walk from hotel).
Hotel staff were very helful and friendly, very much approachable and provided enough support to help with directions from hotel.

Lovely hotel shame about the staff, dont think one of them smiled throughout our stay. Hotel was busy and they could not cope with the rush at breakfast, ran out of hot food. Nowhere near the airport as advertised. Need transport to get into the city.

A nivel calidad precio está muy bien, el personal muy amable y servicial. Lo único malo fue que por la Dana no iban algunos servicios. Y si viajas sola puedes sentir un poco de miedo por qué está en un polígono.

Tanto que esté en un polígono como tema de que algunas instalaciones no funcionarán lo avisaron con antelación.

Cuando viaje con mi pareja no dudaré en quedarme de nuevo.

Las opciones para comer puede parecer algo escasas, en el restaurante pedimos jna ensalada con burrata y no tenian, pero los hicieron una ensalada mediterranea excelente. El solomillo tenia poco sabor, la merluza a parte de la racion poco generosa, estaba fria parecia congelada. La tarta de queso y el cafe muy ricos, el trato de los camareros y el cocinero extraordinarios, muy majos la verdad.

Cet hôtel a malheureusement été affecté par les inondations de Valence. Pas d'ascenseur, une réception réduite au minimum. De plus à 2h du matin sont arrivés des résidents qui ont fait un vacarme d'enfer sans se soucier des voisins. Je demande le remboursement de ma chambre. L'hôtel devait annoncer sur le site qu'ils ne sont pas 100% opérationnel.

Reservé una habitación superior y resultó ser un desastre: estaba adaptada para minusválidos y daba a un patio interior, muy decepcionante. Tuve que cambiar a una habitación estándar y no me devolvieron la diferencia de precio. Los desayunos fueron otro desastre. Día tras día los huevos revueltos estaban mal hechos y el bacon era tan crujiente que parecía galleta. La experiencia en general fue horrible.

Buiten de stad dus rustiger maar zonder vervoer wat lastiger om naar de stad te komen (15 minuten lopen naar metro).
Voorzieningen prima?”, kamer is gedateerd en klein maar netjes en vriendelijk personeel. Naast hotel vluchtelingen opvang. Totaal geen problemen mee en geen overlast van maar vermelding is wel aan te bevelen. Voelt wat ongemakkelijk als je bij het zwembad ligt. Maar keurige voorzieningen en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Schnelle Check-In / Check-Out, Zimmer frisch renoviert, alles funktionstüchtig, sehr gute Betten, Rolladen machen komplett dunkel, leider wie oft nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit.
Hotel einfach mit dem Auto anfahrbar, genügend kostenlose Parkplätze rund ums Hotel. Stadtrand Valencia ist in 5 km gut verkehrsarm erreichbar, dort ebenfalls noch genügend gratis Parkplätze.

Hvordan kan et hotels standard ændre sig så meget

Vi fik først et handicapværelse, hvor der ikke kunne skylles ud i toilettet, der var ikke varmt vand hverken morgen eller aften. Afløb fra bruse var desuden meget dårligt og der kom vand på hele badeværelsesgulvet. Da vi ikke er handicappede var sengene noget lave. Receptionen var meget serviceminded og vi fik et nyt værelse dagen efter. På dette værelse var det kun afløb ved bruserum der var meget ringe og gulvet der var utroligt glat.
Komfortsandarden på værelset var ligesindede væsentlig dårligere end ved tidligere besøg.
Bemærkede at der var velkomsvand i køleskab på det nye værelse hvilket der ikke havde været i værelset for handicappede.
Morgenmadsbuffeten var af ringe standard og sammenlignet med tidligere besøg var servicen ligeledes meget ringe.
Der blev ikke fyldt op på fadene, røræg stod fra kl 7.30-10.00. Jeg måtte gå ud i receptionen for at bede om mælk til min te, da servicen ved buffeten ikke var at finde. Så hende 2 dage ud af 3- hvor den eneste kontakt var hvilket værelse vi boede i. Observerede at hun tørrede næse med hånden, for derefter at ordne kaffemaskinen.
Talte med rengøringen på andendagen, der var meget venlig og smilende. Tilbød os nye håndklæder, da vi havde frabedt os rengøring.

1 Noche (sábado 08/04/2023) de Semana Santa = 95€

Ubicación:
Polígono industrial que, por las fechas, sin ruidos y fácil de aparcar cerca. Desconocemos como será en días no festivos.

Extras:
Ninguna opción de bebida/comida a excepción del desayuno buffet por estar cerrado ese servicio hasta el martes día 11/04/2023.

Habitación:
Nuestra habitación era la 205. Encontramos pelos largos y morenos por el suelo y bañera nada más entrar por la puerta. Comprobamos que quizá la fregona tampoco visitaba mucho la habitación.
Los cojines en la cama no estaban especialmente limpios, pero tampoco los usamos, así que fuera de la cama al llegar. Las sábanas y colcha correctos en limpieza y plancha.
El colchón un poco duro, y somos de camas duras antes que blandas.

La puerta de la habitación era de papel: no aisla los ruidos del pasillo y del hall y se oia todo.
Los aislamientos de paredes entre habitaciones perfectos.
Pedazo de TV enorme para lo que solemos encontrar.

Ventana con persiana y cortina: ideal.

Aire acondicionado o calefacción centralizado o eso nos pareció. Pelusillas en la salida del aire...

Hay una mini nevera, secador de pelo y mini espejo de maquillaje. No nos gustó el macro rollo de higiénico ni su ubicación en el baño.

En general, se trata de un hotel al que han renovado la cara con un presupuesto ajustado: los detalles de haber pintado no se han limpiado y las juntas de rodapiés están saltadas.

Caro para lo que es, aun siendo fechas señaladas.

Die Lage ist in einem Industriegebiet gegenüber von einem ausgetrockneten Flusslauf.
Ich wollte bereits um 12 Uhr einchecken, wurde aber wieder weggeschickt bis 14 Uhr, obwohl das Hotel nahezu leer war.
Zimmer sind klein und sehr hellhörig. Das Fenster liess sich öffnen, die Klimaanlage hatte ich nicht eingeschaltet, da ich nicht beurteilen konnte wo die Luft herkam und ob es sich um Frischluft handelte.
Die Zimmerhandtücher darf man nicht mit zum Pool nehmen, dies wird kontrolliert. Stattdessen soll man gebührenpflichtig ein Poolhandtuch an der Rezeption erwerben. Der Pool könnte mal gereinigt werden. So dreckige Pools kenne ich sonst nur aus Indien.
Das Frühstück sollte in einem geschlossenen Raum stattfinden, die Türen zur Terrasse waren abgeschlossen und durften auch nicht geöffnet werden. Habe dann verzichtet.
Insgesamt habe ich mich unwohl gefühlt.

Hotel Familiar Aceptable

Es un hotel práctico y funcional para gente que vaya por trabajo ya que se encuentra en un polígono industrial a 10 minutos de MercaValencia pero el pueblo, que se encuentra a 4 minutos en coche apenas ofrece alternativas de ocio y relajación.
La piscina del hotel no es grande pero no sería un problema si no fuera que se encuentra bastante sucia por culpa de la cantidad de plantas que la rodean.
La atención de los empleados de recepción fue estupenda en todo momento y la relación calidad precio puede darse por buena siempre y cuando el huésped sea consciente del entorno del hotel.

Cualquier tiempo pasado seguro fue mejor

Un lugar que seguro que tuvo éxito y reconocimiento pero que parece que ha perdido personalidad. Es como limitarse a hacer lo justo cuando tienes mucho potencial. El patio es de catálogo de celebraciones, muy bien cuidado aunque sin esos detalles para los del día a día (piscina sin limpiar, hamacas en regular estado...). La habitación amplia, limpia y calurosa. Curioso, sin nevera. Las camas, cómodas. No te venden demasiado los servicios de bar o restaurante, no se si porque están a medio gas por fiestas locales o es una deriva. Tiene parking privado gratuito (se, agradece). Hay pocas opciones gastronómicas cercanas. A 12 minutos del Oceanografic. La atención, amable, correcta, sin grandes esfuerzos.

프론트데스크에서 친절하게 응대해줘서 맘이 편해졌고.. 뜨거운 물이 필요해서 물을 달라는 요청에 또한 친절하게 응대해줘서 아주 편안했고..
호텔 위치는 약간 외곽이었는데 주변에 주차하는 것에는 아무 문제 없었음

Más que correcto.

Iba a un torneo deportivo cercano y la ubicación en Picanya fue perfecta para ir al establecimiento en donde se desarrollaba. El hotel en sí mismo es muy cómodo, limpio. La relación precio/calidad más que aceptable.

Leider kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehen, trotz vieler Kanäle.
Frühstück ist ausbaufähig in Sachen Brot und wirklich heißem Rührei. Aber sonst bestens.

Tres bel hotel, chambre spacieuse et vraiment peu chere pour la qualité de l'hotel et le service fourni.
Le personnel a été très aimable et la chambre n'est pas bruyante. L'hotel est située proche de la zone industrielle mais il y a quelques restaurants aux alentours a 5 min a pied. Dommage que j'ai pas pu profiter de la piscine car mon séjour est en Decembre.

Habitaciones normales, con aire acondicionado, secador y televisión. No tiene frigorífico.
La piscina y el jardín merecen la pena, está muy cuidado.
Desayuno buffet, cumplió mis espectativas.
La atención es muy buena por parte de todos los trabajadores.
Puedes aparcar de forma gratuita en la calle. Un punto a tener muy en cuenta en Valencia.
Fácil y cercano acceso a la autovía.

Ucharmerende placering, men tæt på motorvej. Hotellet har egen parkering i kælder uden beregning. Stort værelse med store senge.
