Everything was really good, room was spacious and clean and the amenities were great.

We stayed for three nights, the apartment is walking distance to all the central sites and the bus / metro is very convenient to navigate as there is a bus stop close by.

There is a mercadona outside and the local cafes are fantastic.

The room was clean, comfortable and hotel easy to check in to. Staff were polite and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. kitchen with all equipment to prepare and cook food. Excellent location within walking distance of the city (20 minutes to the Valencia Cathedral) and close to the Jardin del Turia. Grocery store close by and cafes. Highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous apartment. So spacious and with everything you need for a short or long stay.

Great shower with both a waterfall and normal option. Huge too.

Bed very comfortable and option on pillows and a throw on the sofa for cosy TV watching.

Great 7th floor terrace with tables and chairs. Take your own drink up there and relax.

Bar opposite, Mercadona a few centres across the road, and turn left out of the building for Riccardo’s restaurant - a must.

Easy to walk along Calle de Quart to the old town heart with lots to see. A must is the Central Market. Visit lots!

So much to see and do in this wonderful city and with the beach a short bus ride away.

Two small things to fix: threshold (floor strip) into bathroom needs sticking down (trip hazard), and the panels (kick boards) in the kitchen area and falling down.

The property looks way better in pictures. It’s very small, the balcony is tiny. I don’t even know where the big balcony shown in the pictures is.It’s far from any dining. Not convenient for walking to places. There is a washer but no dryer.
The stay was okey. Didn’t exceed our expectations. I wouldn’t book it again.

I stayed here for about a week and loved this place so much! It’s super close to a cafe round the corner, groceries are nearby and easy access to transport too! Lovely terrace view and most of all I felt super safe! The area is really nice, mostly with locals! I wish the place had an iron so I could iron my clothes haha but other than that it was perfect! Would 100% come back again.

Our room was modern and pleasant. Having the amenities of a studio flat was ideal for us and far better than a hotel for our needs. The online service hub sorted out our request promptly.

The property is within ten minutes walk of the Old City in a nice neighbourhood. You do need to cross a very busy road five minutes walk away.

Its greatest asset of the property is the closeness to Jardín del Turia, Valencia's linear park down the old river course. We walked or cycled there every day.There's one of Valencia's best bakeries almost next door to the apartment building and a supermarket two minutes walk away.

We walk and cycle everywhere in Valencia, but you could use a taxi. The metro was not available during our visit, but is a short walk away. That usually get you from and to the airport in a few minutes.

We would stay here again on our next visit.

Communication with staff was poor.

Room was really nice, good view.

Given how long we were staying and with with a child, we were given almost no resources or information to maintain/upkeep the house.

Front door to building is broken and was often left unsecured.

The property was modern with everything you would need for a self catering break. Located in a local residential which felt safe, there were good links to all the attractions, the stations and airport along with supermarket’s, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

Apartment was great overall. Couple of things that were an issue. The apartment entry door has no peephole. On a couple of occasions there was some rambling in the hallway and couldn’t check if it was safe to open door. Also, it would be great if a booklet with information regarding the apartment and area could be provided. I have to mention that communication with property management was excellent and professional. Will definitely recommend the property.

Okay place to stay, great location

Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me.

Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave.

The property is modern and up to date and yet is in a very traditional part of Valencia. There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens).
I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer!!
The only criticism is that we could not get the stove top to work; instructions explaining that would be useful. A wonderful apartment and we will.definitely be back!!

Muy buena ubicación y accesible a pie y en autobús. Tienes que descargar una aplicación para el check in, lo que lo hace un poco complicado, sin embargo, esta funciona también como llave de la habitación y no tienes que hacer nada en alguna recepción física.

Sauberes Zimmer, der Check-in hat reibungslos geklappt, die Küche war voll ausgestattet, es gab eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine (haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt). Das Bett war bequem, es hat ein wenig gequietscht. Das Bad war sauber und renoviert.
Das was uns gestört hat war, dass die Eingangstür im EG immer so laut zugeklappt ist, dass man es in Zimmer ständig gehört hat. Hier müsste man für die Schließung einen Türdämpfer einbauen.

störend war dass der Zugandscode erst kurz vor check in bekannt wird, bringt so ein fader Beigeschmack
die Lage hingegen ist top schnell auf dem Bus und U-Bahn deshaln auch ein Gut als brwertung

was fehlt ist eine möglichst das Gepäck aufzubewahren damit man den rest vom Tag noch geniessen könnte

Únicos pontos que sugiro verificar melhor:

- Limpeza no ambiente/chão da maquina de lavar roupa pode melhorar.

- Falta de gancho para toalha de rosto no banheiro e apoio.

- O desconhecimento da equipe/ou não informação de local adequado para armazenar malas bem perto (Estació d’autobusos de Valencia - Av. de Menéndez Pidal, 11 - ao lado do Nuevo Centro com o El Corte Inglés).

A mitad de la noche saltó la alarma de incendios y nos tocó desalojar el hotel hasta que la policía y los bomberos revisaron el edificio..
La verdad de una bonita experiencia pasó a ser todo un desastre, con el pijama y las cosas en la calle a las 4 de la mañana..

Habitación bonita pero algo maltratada, con humedades en el baño, la puerta del balcón cierra mal, la luz del baño está medio suelta...A las cuatro de la mañana suena la alarma de incendios, 45 min en la calle hasta que se soluciona, según las reseñas parece un problema recurrente. La limpieza justa, polvo en los cajones, el rodapiés sucio...
No obstante la habitación es cómoda y la situación está bien. Eché de menos una bayeta para la cocina y un tendedero para la colada

Como sugerencia coloquen un extractor de aire en el baño. Una noche comenzó a sonar una alarma externa de otro departamento, fue un fastidio pero imagino es algo puntual. También tienes un supermercado muy completo a menos de 1 cuadra. Volvería sin duda y lo recomiendo.
