Beautifully furnished hotel, extremely spacious and well equipped rooms. Staff are super friendly and give great recommendations.

The highlight was the complimentary city tour from a local born and bred Valencian who brought us around and showed us the best of the city even despite the weather. Thank you so much Pablo - you made our stay even more amazing! ✨

This was a lovely room with beautiful decor, great clothing storage, a very large room, bright windows and bathroom. The jacuzzi was a great addition, easy to fill, stayed warm, comfortable for two people. The hotel is small, and showed some areas of being dated, but it has had great upgrades. The restaurant had great food and coffee. It was a close location to most of old town. I didn't like the area to the West, but that was ok, as most of what we needed was to the East and south.

We LOVED staying at You & Co. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The entire staff is helpful and nice. Close to “el Carmen” and many restaurants but still in a quiet neighbourghood. We’ll definitely be back here.

Stayed two nights from June 17-19 and did enjoy our time. The room was nice. Only complaint is that you can hear a lot of street noise as well as any noises in the hallway. Also, didn’t realize it’s common in Europe to only receive a top sheet on the bed and no comforter/blanket? But otherwise, had a great stay. The staff were very lovely.

Room was modern and was very clean and comfortable. Had Juliet balcony. Quiet neighborhood despite being close to the restaurants etc.

Nicely located - a short walk from the cathedral etc. and the L3 and L5 (airport) metro.
Lovely spacious room. Good to have a fridge and kettle.
Handy to hire bikes on site (although rates were slightly higher than we saw most other places).
Very friendly, helpful staff.

Generally very quiet - except on one of our nights the ??generator/AC unit outside R103 was excessively noisy all night long.

Very nice place to stay away from touristy area. Clean, modern hotel with very good personnel. Has restaurant on site we used for breakfast. Big room with king bed, elevator. 15 minutes walk from the market. The biggest problem is noise from outside, kids were playing ball until late and noisy pedestrians. With everything good I said about this place, I try to find something different for my next stay in Valencia.

Front desk was not only friendly but extremely helpful in suggesting ways to enjoy the area. We wanted a nearby craft beer pub and they were right on it. They provided helpful eating options and gave us a map of the area. By the way we found an unbelievable Irish pub that had many on tap beers from all over-new favorite Chouffe Cherry.
Rooms were very comfortable and you didn’t hear noises from any other room-slept real well, beds were nice and comfortable.
Our kids (all grown up) had their own room and they loved it as well.
Would definitely return!

A good choice

Ideally situated for tourist attractions notably wonderful San Nicolas church and large food/ local produce market. Also a rarity just 100 metres away: a well run local bar happy to serve wine and no pressure on food. Nearby El Cabanyal has great reputation for its paella but was unfortunately closing the evening we visited! Male desk clerk was amazingly helpful, room was lovely, but breakfast chaotic: a bit of management would not go amiss. Also pouring with rain in the morning and hotel would not loan us an umbrella as they were 'pre-booked' by other guests: a poor decision...

Our room was FILlED with BUGS ( from little roaches in the shower to ants by the BeD !!!) front desk guy showed up with bug spray and said he couldn’t change the room Power went off in the middle of the night!!!!!! No AC !!!! ( barely making it old Wall Unit !!!!) No Light!!!!! Parking WAS NOT available!!! We had to park like 3 blocks away from hotel. And get up before 9 am ( after a very long fray of traveling…. Carrying bags, finding your room with bugs , no AC …..because it’s a street parking

This place is beautiful. From the moment you walk in, the staff are ready to greet you and give you a free walking tour of Valencia. Our room was a great size and so clean. We have no complaints! Also, you are walking distance from the Torres de Serrano and gardens. I recommend staying here!

Lunch is also just perfect. One of the best places in the city (literally). Great location.. Very happy here and will definitely stay here again.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms.
The hotel wasn’t in a bad location, however the surroundings were deserted and seemed a bit unsafe with police cars patrolling the area.

Site said laundry that they didn’t have and when we showed them the site they said they need to take that off!! Parking was 2.5 block away got a violation $60 trying to unload to get into hotel since they don’t even have a check in area. Television was so fuzzy couldn’t watch. There was active construction on site that was not mention so you couldn’t even come back to the room to rest. The cafe mention is a coffee machine. The soundproof walls are a joke people were so loud I could hear them even with ear plugs in I don’t think I slept 4 hours in 2 days.

Really excellent hotel. Welcome at the front desk was warming and professional. Room was clean and fairly well equipped. Excellent location for the central area plus buses and metro. Restaurant breakfast was plentiful, didn't try lunch and dinner, maybe because it was winter, only avail on Fri and Sat.
Negatives - couldn't find any international channels on room TV (not that we spent much time in the room anyway, so not a huge issue).
The biggest negative was the tiny little plastic shampoo/shower gel sachets (and then no shelf to put them on in the shower) in the bathroom - come on..... in today's age of sustainable awareness which hotel has little plastic sachets of anything? Bulk dispensers on the shower stall wall are normal everywhere now. Odd.

Great place to stay in Valencia !
Super friendly staff. I got an upgrade on my room, and some really good explanations about the things to visit in the city center.
The rooms are brand new, well equipped and the beds are super confortable. I Was lucky enough to stay in a superior suite, it was just unbelievable :)
Breakfast is nice as well, worth the money.
The location is pretty good. It’s not right in the city center, but it’s really close, and you can easily reach all the interesting stuff by feet or public transport.
The rooms are just a bit noisy (especially when it’s windy outside) but overall I definitely recommend that place :)

Lovely small personal hotel just outside old town. Staff very friendly and helpful giving advice on transport and even recommending restaurants nearby. Comfort room was excellent with a powerful rain shower, fridge and Nespresso machine. Worth the extra cost.
Extremely clean and well presented. Close to metro from airport and good bus links around the city.

Four days in Valencia

The hotel reception was very welcoming and informative when we asked for some information on eateries and directions. The room was a good size for our stay with window and small balcony. The street was mainly residential not the prettiest, but as there were lots of cars parked there was no noise so very quiet. The hotel location was excellent for the botanical gardens less than 100 metres. And the Quart medieval gate
towers were also close by.
The hotel has a small eating area for breakfast, which was brightly decorated, we didn't eat so can't comment on food as preferred to go out, plenty of cafes near by. The beds were clean and comfortable the room had a safe and small fridge and TV. The floors were wood and clean. The bathroom looked a bit tired, sinks and fan could do with being renewed. There was a jacuzzi type bath, I'm not a fan! But the shower was adequate. The bathroom on the first day wasn't as clean as the rest of the stay but I am ultra fussy! Not much by way of toiletries but again adequate. In all we had a good stay and staff could not have been more accommodating.

Good hotel in the middle of old Valencia

Lovely little hotel in the middle of old Valencia. A little hard to find and park near when you arrive but they were very helpful once inside. There is an underground carpark nearby (for a cost). My room had a whirlpool bath in it. Very well presented room with lovely marble bathroom (twin sinks). Kettle, fridge and tea in room but no milk. Room was quiet with no noisy air-conditioning fans about. Breakfast was a strange mix of elements but there was enough choice to find something to eat. Overall a nice place

Wonderful small hotel in a great location

Our 3-night stay at the Jardin Botanico was wonderful! Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful from the minute we walked in the door until we left. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a good closet, and the bathroom had twin sinks and a great shower. The hotel is well located, just two blocks from the Gran Via Fernan Catolico (not far from two Metro stations), and a short distance from the Torre Quart leading into the old city. Breakfast was available in a nice restaurant around the corner. Bikes are available for rental, and we used them to ride to beaches south of the city and back through the Turia park. We would definitely return to the Jardin Botanico on another visit to Valencia, and highly recommend it.

The staff there is fantastic, the location is very good. Apart from the room next door, the hotel was very quiet.
But it is overpriced. Especially because of the humidity problem in the all building. Problem that they try to hide with some smell catcher products that they put in the room as well as in the bathroom.
The mattress is not comfortable.

Boutique type hotel. No round-the-clock staff. Comfortable room, especially beds. No view from room to speak of. 20 minute walk to all major downtown sites. Expedia notes four stars, but really a three star hotel. Owners should concentrate a bit more on maintenance as signs of premature aging of infrastructure are noticeable ( e.g.: water damage on floors, quirkiness of elevator) Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Första dagen perfekt, trevligt bemötande, trevligt rum. God frukost. Åter vid 14.30 då var inte rummet städat. Ursäkten var att rummen som nyanlända ska till städas först. Vi hade när vi gick ut redan vid 10 hängt ut att rummet kunde städas. Mycket trötta varma och irriterade bad vi om något att dricka i väntan. Deras restaurang var öppen. Efter en stund i foajén fick vi 2 varma mini vattenflaskor. Kvart över 3 var rummet klart. Men tyvärr inte, inte dammsugit, torkat ur handfatet och sängen som var bäddad hade aldrig ristats ur. Trist, ingen ursäkt, hade kunnats hanteras mycket smidigare.

No probamos el menú aunque tenía un precio entre semana de 15 euros y si que es verdad que para teletrabajar no hay muchas opciones, pero vale la pena 100 por 100 el hotel
