Apartment is clean and comfortable. On-site parking space is extremely good. Staff is friendly. But we have a hard time to drive to the place as it is situated inside the old town and all access have warning signs to deter non-authorized vehicles. We called the hotel and found out that the hotel would send our license number to the authority. Would be nice if there is such information given in advance.

We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Note that there were steep internal steps up to the terrace, which some may find tricky if they have limited mobility or small kids. The apartment is modern and has all the appliances you may need. Lots of windows so is quite light on a nice day. Located very central and close to the Cathedral and Plazza. Lots of places to eat within a couple of hundred metres. The apartment felt safe, with a key to enter the building and a further key for the apartment.
Only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure there are 3 of each item of glassware and crockery as it’s advertised as for 3 adults.
Would definitely stay again.

If you value comfort DO NOT stay here. Absolutely sterile. Bed hard as a rock you have to ask for dish or laundry soap. The only good thing is the location. Very walkable to cafes and sites. We were going to leave after 1 night. However Benoit did the best he could to make us more comfortable. He’s the only reason we stayed the 4 nights. Will never return. Reminded me of a college dorm.

Well I booked the penthouse with a beautiful outdoor space months before our visit, got an email saying they had a flood and that room was not available. They gave us a 2 bedroom with no outdoor space for exactly the same money, definitely not what I paid for. Talked to hotels.com and the manager was not available for 2 days, found that bizarre as we live in an age where people always have phones on them, definitely this was not a priority for this manager. We found another place but by the time we were finally contacted, we gave up so just stayed. Was supposed to get a whopping $85.00 credit still have not seen it. The place was very clean. Will not stay there again due to the poor communication by the manager and no refund.

Cleanest apartment ever

Phenomenal location and the absolute CLEANEST suite we have ever encountered. Comfortable and well-appointed. Walkable to the silk exchange, cathedral, famous central market, great dining, etc. Uber pickup/dropoff spot just steps away. We had a car and parked it in the underground garage. Super easy. Navigating the winding one-way streets was a bit challenging but not impossible. People are happy to help with directions. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. Check in was straightforward and staff super helpful. Apartment lovely and clean and comfy beds. Quiet even with cathedral round corner and a bar/restaurant in the square. Some \"internal\" noise - i.e. people moving about in corridors but nothing unusual.
Great location, in centre of old town and so much around. Great places to eat and a bike rental just round corner. Lovely to get lots of space and a central location!
Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Saw a few comments about getting lost; once you know where it is, no probs. 5 mins from anywhere old town and WhatsApp ahead of arrival was helpful in directing our taxi from airport. It is in a pedestrian area, but cars can go literally 20 metres away from reception.

We visited Valencia with our kids. This place is amazing. It’s just next to Valencia’s Cathedral. In other words, it’s is located perfectly within a walkable distance to restaurants, cafes, and main streets. Parking is available underground just 2 minutes walking and the price is around 22 euros/day. The apartments are impeccable. Very nice, spacious and clean with all the things you need to feel comfortable and at home. I definitely recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Valencia with small kids.

A perfect location for old town València. Easy to find, and a quick check in process, will store luggage before and after checkin/out too. Really lovely, large clean room (multiple blocks around a central square). Only issues we found were the walls are paper thin, you can literally hear the room next door turning on a light switch, the square outside is very noisy at night (even from a top floor room), we were unfortunate and had a group of young girls staying in our block who were incredibly noisy and inconsiderate until 4am which didn’t help, and as the reception isn’t manned overnight there was no one on site to seek support from. Also there was no housekeeping at all during our 4 day stay which was surprising (no cleaning, bedding or towel changes etc). Otherwise a recommended stay, location couldn’t be faulted, and we would stay again despite the noise - which seems to be the case across most of Spain!

Great stay. Very central right in the old town with no issues over noise or safety at night.

The staff are really helpful they assisted us when we blew a fuse and came over immediately and then came back again when we locked ourselves out of our safe. Can't fault the apartment, facilities or location.

Kitchen has everything you would need and bed very comfortable. Apartment was super clean and Aircon worked well.

We took the metro from the airport and it's then a short 15 minute walk to the apartments. The location couldn't be better for getting everywhere by foot and it's all really close by.

Since we were visiting multiple cities along the Spanish coast, we arrived with a car. It was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find their garage with the instructions the front desk provided. This was really frustrating as cellular GPS is useless when navigating old town. Once we did find the garage, the stall we were directed to use was occupied. However, we couldn’t reach the front desk to ask for a new stall because there’s no cellular connection from the garage. We eventually got through only to be told to park in two other occupied spaces. The experience was maddening and stressful having to navigate extremely tight garage spaces (we rented a Fiat not an SUV). It’s unfortunate this was our first impression as it was the only drawback to an otherwise good experience.

Would definitely recommend. The only problem we had was finding the parking area. The street signs are on the side of the building, making it impossible to know what is what while driving. It would be better if they diagrammed an actual map. We parked at the plaza instead. Washer, dishwasher, oven stove, nice fridge, and no more than a 7 or less minute walk to many attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose from, and groceries are nearby. The kitchen is appointed with most everything that you will need. The AC is incredible and the place is very secure.

Location. Location, Location!

This is a great place to stay in Valencia! You are literally in the shadow of the Cathedrals’ tower. The only tricky part is getting there for the first time. The streets are mostly pedestrian walkways so it is very tricky. If you use Uber, type in “Apartmentos Mon Suites Cathedral”. We tried a taxi with the address given on the reservation and he dropped us off blocks from the place and we had to drag our luggage.

Arrived late but remote check-in was easy. Lovely spacious apartment, very safe and secure. Perfectly located for sightseeing in the Old Town and within easy reach of bus and metro. Lots of superb bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The area was quite busy during the evening. We were on the 3rd floor and the apartment was soundproofed though you could still hear chatter and music but it did stop around 11pm ish ... if you retire early then you might find this disturbs you.
Not many TV channels and the TV was old so we couldn't link with the phone to watch Netflix.

This hotel is in the middle of the old town and everything you want is close by, restaurants, shopping stores, supermarket, cathedral, fountains, historic buildings, etc... there is parking available for a fee per night which it was very convenient, the apartments are very nice and spacious, very clean and the service was fenomenal. It's a little hard to find at first because gps will not take directly there but the front desk lady was very helpful and provided via WhatsApp a map of the streets on how to get to the hotel and even meet us in the street to.make sure we didn't get lost. Very recommended, the best place to stay in Valencia.

So far, hard to find, if you have a car. No one told us how to get there in advance as it was impossible to find on Google maps. Took awhile to communicate with the hotel stuff. Appartment is clean , nice , noisy from outside and has no hooks in the bathroom( but has not needed bidet that takes half of the tiny bathroom. ). Everything else is good so far.

We had to arrive late due to connection problems. Phone support for electronic check in was very helpful, but having a reception desk open longer hours would be better. One complication is the property extends over several buildings rather than a singe location.

Wonderful place to stay.

A great place to stay, close to plenty of restaurants & the Cathedral. The apartment has a comfortable bed & has everything you could ask for, even a washing machine. The only thing that could be improved is the shower head. It’s very small & the hot water pressure isn’t very strong, so the shower stream is very thin. If you’re driving, you will need to use a Parking Station. Once you find it, it’s fairly close to Mon Suites. Otherwise I would say the apartment is a wonderful place to stay.

This was situated perfectly in the older section of Valencia. There was always someplace to eat and shop near by. It was roomy and actually too much space for a solo traveler.

I feel quite conflicted in reviewing this property. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location was terrific. Normally my review would have been higher. However, we returned from a day of exploring to find a set of keys hanging from the door of our apartment. It was sheer luck that no one had used these keys to enter the apartment and steal our things. I immediately complained and was told that someone had entered to fix the WIFI (we had no notice of this) and had forgotten the keys in the door. In the end, nothing was stolen, but this is a fundamental breach of security, and it cast a shadow over our stay.

Great location.

Great apartment with well equipped kitchen. Cleaning only done weekly. Ask for a room facing the square, so as not be bothered by construction noise from neighbouring streets. Location is great.

Enjoyed the property. Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment.
Close to restaurants and shopping in the heart of Valencia.
Tricky to find though. No vehicle can really access the property. Our taxi from the airport didn’t know where it was. Dropped us off nearby but still took us 20 minutes to find the place.
Once we were there we really enjoyed it.

Great Stay In Valencia

Loved this hotel. Only issue was the parking. If you have a car, they do not have enough parking and it can be hard to locate the underground parking garage that is about a 3 or 4 minute walk from the hotel location. Otherwise, everything about this apartment style hotel is really very nice. We loved Valencia and the Mon Suites Cathedral is perfectly located to walk to most sites.

if you driving a car it is virtually impossible to get to this plalce..GPS is useless...Many dozen of very small streets... them leading to \"No ENTRY\" signs...We dealt with \"closed: city areas....It is our 4th time in Spain...Been to very many old , restricted, confusing city centers..but Valencia is the worst...and management of the property useless...Giving you meaninless instructions...My advise would be to look for other places if you driving in...

Have lots of place to visit around the area. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. Quite hard for taxi to find so it’s easier to ask the taxi to drop you at Place de la Reina.

Dri ing to the property was difficult due to the construction. The staff indicated that the construction has been going on for three years.

The suite was very clean and had all the ammenities. The area around the hotel was fantastic with olenty of restaura ts, architecture, and history. There is olenty of ahopping as well. We highly recommend staying at Mon Suites Catedral.

We will definitely return

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, perfect for two people. We stayed in apartment 3b, rooftop apartment. Five minutes walk from the central market. Quite noisy due to constant bell ringing but wasn’t that bad. We stayed from Sunday to Thursday and will definitely stay again. The down side was the dust along the floor and can do with a lick of paint.

The fount desk team are very helpful and friendly.

Overall it was good: Outstanding location, lots of lovely bars and restaurants, felt very safe, clean, modern and very well equipped with everything we needed for a great city break.

Downside was: Communication wasn’t good, we messaged several times to ask about an airport shuttle but they didn’t reply until the day we arrived to say it wasn’t available and the apartment was very hard to find with no map of where all the different blocks were. It was also quite noisy from other residents as the walls were very thin.

Great location, room and staff

Very friendly and helpful staff on front desk. Luckily apartment was ready early so were able to check in on arrival at 1pm. Great location close to many sites. 3 separate balconies in the room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, the room smelled like tobacco and the bed was very small and uncomfortable for two people. It was not a queen bed but rather a sofa bed. Besides, getting to this hotel was hell as there is a construction nearby and we couldn’t access the area in car, neither did we know where to park or how to get to the check in address. In their profile they don’t mention any thing about the impact of this construction in the check In Process and it’s been going on for months now. Other than that, the room was clean and the personnel was helpful and attending.

Nice and clean place, good people at the front desk.

Impossible to get to this location by car, which wasn’t in the hotels.com location details. You park the car at a paid garage, and walk for 7-10min to get to the location.

The area is really sketch during the night, but nice during the day

Also, contrary to the booking we did not get any perks for being a silver hotel.com member
