Realmente me gustó el lugar excelente ubicación , muy céntrico de todos los lugares turísticos, el único inconveniente que tuve fue que el aire acondicionado me dejó de funcionar al 3 día la señora me trató de ayudar pero me dijo que había que esperar al otro día por mantenimiento, yo ya salía al día siguiente, lo bueno es que fui en una época que no había calor pq uniese sido una mala noche .

Perfect for what we needed. Stayed 1 night. Good location to see Valencia. Very cheap room. It is small as the title suggests. But we were always out and about. We just needed a clean bed and good shower. The air con was outstanding too which was so important as we walked about in 36 degrees most of the 2 days.

The property need a lot of upgrades to get 3 stars as advertised. The room we had was not cozy but very small. If you have 2 people and 2 luggage then good luck to be able to open them.

Cama muito confortável, roupa de cama boa. Chuveiro quente. Super bem localizado. Um pouco pequeno, a cama ocupa quase todo o quarto, sobra apenas o espaço de circulação, então não tem muito onde colocar as malas caso sejam muitas ou grandes. Mas como estávamos em duas pessoas apenas com mala de mão foi tranquilo. Muito bonito e aconchegante.

Although the front desk was business like. Our room was for the price substandard. Was not happy with the worn out flooring and bathroom area. Loose and missing tile pieces from bathroom floor. No shower for separator from toilet and entry of bathroom. Hardly room for two pieces of luggage to get around our bed. Noisy from outside.

My bedroom had a bed (decent queen size), a desk (no chair), a wardrobe (no shelf) and basic bathroom. Enough for a few days, but nothing fancy.
Place was clean, the personnel decent. Door was open at all time, which is nice but then feels a bit insecure. Especially since there is no place to leave luggage after checkout, so beware that they will stay in the hallway (I ended up using Bounce and leaving it in a properly secured placed in a shop).
Overall, decent for the money, but do not expect anything more.

It would have been nice to have been told there was major construction going on in the hotel prior to or upon arrival. We were woken up at 8am and lasted all day until just before 6pm. The construction debris came thru the air vents and soiled our belongings.

Posizione eccellente! Consigliato.

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, si trova veramente a pochi passi da Piazza della Vergine e Piazza della Regina e a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. La zona è piena di locali e ristoranti per ogni gusto. Il personale alla reception gentile. La camera e la struttura in generale sono davvero molto carine e con grande potenzialità, ma hanno sicuramente bisogno di una sistemata. Nel complesso, assolutamente consigliato!

We had a lovely first day, the man on the desk was very friendly and helpful. We explored the city straight away as the rooms are in a great location. However in the morning we were met by a rude lady working at reception who was disinterested and also gave unhelpful advice to a disabled woman in front of us.

The hotel does not store bags which is a real shame and no alternatives given.

Una pesadilla.
La habitación estaba muy sucia, con montículos, chinches en el baño y chinches en las sábanas. Además, el inodoro estará mojado porque no hay cortina de baño ni espacio para la ducha y está ubicado al lado del inodoro.
El wifi no funciona, le pedimos ayuda al recepcionista pero ni siquiera le importó e insistió en que funciona perfectamente. fue muy grosero.
Había una mancha amarilla en la colcha de la cama.
El hotel tenía un olor muy extraño e incómodo y en general estaba MUY MUY SUCIO.
Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo y no pude dormir por la noche debido a los ronquidos de los hombres de al lado…. Incluso podemos escuchar a la gente afuera hablando.
Recomendaría NO reservar este hotel, ¡arruinará tu estancia en Valencia! A nightmare.
The room was very dirty, with mounds ,bugs in the bathroom and bedbugs on bed sheets !! also the toilet will be wet because there is no shower curtain or room for shower and it is located next to the toilet.
The wifi doesn’t work, we asked the receptionist for help but he didn’t even care and insisted it works perfectly. he was very rude .
There was a yellow stain on the bed cover.
The hotel had a very strange uncomfortable smell and was overall VERY VERY DIRTY.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything and I couldn’t sleep at night due to the snoring of the men next door…. We can even hear people outside talking.
I would recommend NOT to book this hotel, it will ruin your stay in Valencia !

Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Location is good thats where it ends. The superior king with balcony is a shocker - concrete bath in the bedroom, chair all tattered and torn, no aircon working which is not too bad until you try to get to sleep. As others have said there are some really noisy people above (we think its a flat) and thry did not stop until 4am. At 7 am they started making noise again. Awful avoid at all costs if you have to go make sure its not room 301. Receptionist rude and uninterested more interested in her phone. No phone in room so make sure you have your clothes at hand at 2 am to go down complain to hotel otherwise they will just say you should have let them know. Given one star because i cant give zero. No support from Expedia either if you have issues you sre on your own.

There was a strong smell in the reception area, as in restroom. Room was clean, had a nice balcony and bed was comfortable but there was a big bathtub right next to the bed kind of weird. The upstairs room had wooden floors sound it little loud, someone kept on walking back and forward till 2:00 am

The hotel is located in a very quite area of the city center but this is the only positive note about it, the building is old and neglected, there was constantly bad smell walking from the street to inside the reception or the room. The room was peculiar, there was a huge additional shower taking most of the space in the middle of the bedroom, next to the bed and the sink was also located there. The ceiling was squeaking noisily when the people of the above room were walking up and down, waking me up in the middle of the night often. The last but most terrible thing of my stay at the hotel was the rash on my skin carried by little red bloodsucking parasite that were populating the bed. My skin still hitching while I am writing this review!

Good location - Strange hotel, not very clean

The hotel is in a brilliant location and the staff are helpful but the rooms are not too clean, there was fluff and hair on teh floor coming for under the bed, there was a shower in the actual room that didnt work, the shower in the bathroom was grotty and the bathroom door was a wardrobe door on kitchen door hinges - the ceiling was a strange quality of workmanship too. Car park ticket was stamped - the man at the car park ticket had no idea about giving a discount with the stamp we were given - so no discount. Otherwise it was ok but would not stay here again, much cleaner places for the money in the same area.

Booked 2 rooms x 4 adults (2 couples). The pictures of the property & rooms are stunning.
Hotel cannot be accessed by a vehicle - so we parked and carried our luggage about 1/2mile. The have discounted parking; but it’s a few miles from the hotel. So, we decided to park in the plaza lot. 1 full Day & night at €20 - which ti me is a bargain!
Upon entering, the lobby smelled a little weird. Possibly because the hotel is surrounded by different restaurants.
I selected & booked 2 - superior rooms with king or queen bed, private bathroom & terrace/balcony with city view.
The room assigned to my parents was beautiful - 12-15ft ceilings; Terrace/Balcony with a nice view; Comfortable, king bed. And quite spacious x an older building.
Exactly what I pictured the hotel room to look.
However, the room assigned to my husband & I was HORRIBLE!
The room was not clean. There was a rug under the full-size bed, that needed to be cleaned or tossed in the garbage. Parts of the floor were concrete - as if the room had not been finished. The open concept bathroom had a curtain instead of a door (weird) & no curtain around the shower… the water went everywhere.
No terrace: just a small, pop-up window on the ceiling.
No high ceilings: room has a funky shape and I hit my head 2 times when I straighten up. I’m 5’2, so you can imagine the height of the section of ceiling.
We felt EXTREMELY disappointed. Especially since we had the other room to compare.
We stayed in a broom closet!

it's not what you expect from am accomodation, toilet didn't have a door, just a curtain, two showers in the room where it smelled as mould, the walls were dirty and the ceiling was way to low even for a 1,61 m height person.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we were able to get into the room early, which was great. Checkout time was noon, and we were able to leave bags behind reception. The only downside was the size of the room, which was very compact, but ok for one night. However, room was clean and we had our own bathroom, so overall pretty good.

This location of the hotel is superb and you are within walking distance of most attractions.

We had difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi 80% of our stay. The receptionist was kind and attempted to reset the Wi-Fi twice but it did not help.

There are two restaurants located close to the hotel and as Spaniards have their dinner late, it would only be quieter only later into the night. It was not too loud for us, but you are able to hear their conversations.

Awful , I am 65 years old and have traveled the world .Let me stress I am not usually fussy about where I stay.
The check in was advertised on your site as 2 p.m. I got in at at 3.15 p.m
A tiny room with virtually nowhere to put your stuff.
Dreadful soundproofing - the noise from outside went on till 1.30 ish every night.
Inside the room I could hear the guests next door - don't think they were loud ,but I could make out virtually everything they said. At times it felt like they were in the same room as me.
I asked for a wake up on the day of my departure - staff said they would do this - but it didn't transpire

Stylish hotel and super close to everything so perfect location. The rooms were big but the downsides were that some of the staff couldn’t speak English (I think some were inexperienced or students/on work experience) and struggled to tell us how to get to the beach.
Room itself was gray but little things like Mo door handle on the bathroom and the whole bathroom getting wet once you had a shower as the water didn’t drain properly. Beds comfy but you can hear a bit of noise from outside (cathedral bells chiming and noise from the restaurants).

Our shower was not on an angle and did not have a lip. So the water ran everywhere when someone took a shower! When you look all the wooden floor and the sides of the walls are soggy and permanently wet. There was probably mould under there. Yuck. Front desk staff didn't speak a lot of English and weren't overly helpful

The room were given was double sized as advertised but for some strange reason had x2 double beds leaving no room at all for movement, I wouldn't stay again.

Good reasonable centrally locate for a mini break

Great two night mini break. Stayed solo but beware there is only a curtain to the bathroom so any big bathroom business would not be very private. Loved the location right behind plaza de la reina a hop skip and a jump from all the major sights in the centre of the old town. Check in staff were friendly. Please note the hotel operates a no frills concept where you purchase or rent extras. No problem but good to know in advance. I read a review and was armed with my own shower cream. The room looked into a light shaft so was quite dark but as I was out the whole day not a problem and it was great for sleeping.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

So the first thing you notice walking in is the incredible stench of waste in the hotel lobby. The smell is unbearable and I thought I was going to vomit - the staff even asked if I was alright.
The first room they gave me looked half finished. An attic room with the shower NEXT to the bed (so all the water would run onto it), the toilet covered by a limp curtain, cardboard on the window to cover a broken blind and marks all over the walls. I changed room and this was equally depressing, with a curtain to cover the toilet, no soap in the bathroom, barely enough light to read and walls so thin I could hear my neighbours breathing, never mind having a huge argument as they were. There was no option for breakfast and the wifi was practically non-existent.

I work in tourism and have had my fair share of people complaining for no good reason about perfectly fine hotels. I have never done this in my life but physically could not stay in that hotel a second longer and had to leave. The staff, although friendly, told me there was no way to get a refund through them. Frankly I couldn't stand it and just left. Such a disappointment.

Central hotel that did the job!

We used the hotel as an alternative to staying in a hostel for a long weekend.
The hotel is very central, not even one minutes walk from Placa de la Reina. Even with its central location the evenings were quiet.
The room was very small and did lack furniture. A bedside table/box and a small built-in wardrobe with three coat hangers. We asked for more but were told no! The en-suite shower room was nice with rain style shower head. I do think they forgot that water splashes when they designed it though. You could could hear other guests coming in and out of rooms but generally the room was quiet.
We did not have much dealings with the staff. The ones during the day did seem able to speak English which was helpful but that was not an important factor. I'm not sure if the reason I got denied more coat hangers was due to me asking a 2am after a few sangrias! I was also not sure if the interesting night receptionist could understand my request.
Overall the hotel worked great as a place to stay but we did not spend any time there.

This was not the best place I stayed at on my travels, but it was definitely amazing for the price we paid. It was really cheap but excellent location and very clean. The bathroom was kind of annoying because the shower didnt have a door, so the entire floor would be flooding by the time you were done your shower. Other than that the bed was super comfy and the room was clean. Not alot of walking space in the room itself (but no one spends that much time in the room anyway). Nice big windows and pretty view of the little street below. Hotel staff didn't always seem interested in our questions, and although the hotel is cheap, even if you want to use the TV you need to pay a deposit for the remote (which was weird - but we didn't care for the TV anyway). Overall it wasn't my favourite place, but it was worth every penny.

The hotel's location is just perfect if you want to see the city center. It is a little bit far from metro station. We tried a little to find the exact location of the hotel for the first time. The stuff was very good. There were no air-conditioning in the room (there was no need when we stayed) but it may be unpleasant in summer or winter.

部屋は清潔でしたが、リクエストした部屋と違っていました。
さらにリノベーションが不十分でバスルームの扉の内側に取っ手が無く十分に扉が閉まりません。さらに、寝室内に恐らく以前使われていたバスタブがそのまま残っているなど不満な点はありました。
観光地の中心部にあるので、このような状態でも問題ないと思える方にはオススメです！スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。

Empezando por lo positivo: el personal de recepción muy atento y amable. Sin embargo, las fotos son muy engañosas. Muestran terrazas y habitaciones amplias que o no hay o no se parecen en nada a las pequeñas. La que nos tocó, un zulo, con los muebles viejos y bastante cutres y nada de luz. La cama muy cómoda, debo reconocer. El baño se ve viejo, con óxido. En algún momento descubrimos una cucaracha. Para más inri, por la mañana a las 08 empezaron con obras.

Pas terrible, le personnel sympa, mais alors faire des travaux dans les chambres d’à coté de bon matin qui nous réveillent, sans parler d’un malade qui a taper sur la porte de chambre voisine comme un psychopathe et ça au moin 5-6 fois, sans gêne et le personnel n’a rien dit. Franchement nul cet hôtel, et très mal isolé du bruit extérieur, je ne le recommande pas !

Prachtige locatie midden in het centrum tussen de winkels! Simpele kamers met genoeg verbetering mogelijk.. Prima hotel als je toch alleen maar de hort op gaat!! Personeel is erg aardig en regelde ook een taxi voor ons om 4:00 ‘s nachts.

Siamo arrivate alle 4 del mattino ma per fortuna siamo riuscite ad entrare! Anche se la struttura non risponde al telefono e non risponde alle mail. Ma comunque è andato tutto bene per fortuna! Consigliata! Centralissima! Facile da raggiungere.

L’hotel è situato in una zona centralissimo vicino alla cattedrale e alla loggia della seta.
Nel complesso per il prezzo pagato andava bene.
Difetti: le stanze non venivano realmente pulite, rifacevano il letto e non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani in 4 giorni, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi al personale della reception.
La nostra stanza non aveva la finestra ma solo una vasistas. I muri sono molto sottili infatti si sentivano parecchi rumori
Pregi: prezzo, bagno grande e anche la doccia. Zona perfetta

Overall, this hotel provided adequate service level, however, the place is more than simple. Our room was a gloomy, windowless one, but, at least, the shower cabin was comfy, and the bed was quite good, too. There was no problem with the cleanliness either, and the staff members were friendly. The biggest advantage is the location. You can take nice walks in the neighbourhood to explore the beautiful sights of the city.

This place was absolutely horrendous. If you have any respect for yourself and your well-being DO NOT go here. The hotel is moldy, when the AC is turned on it smells of sewage. There wad a cockroach in our room.
When we asked to be refunded the lady at the front desk would not let us finish our sentence. She kept interrupting us and being super defensive. Finally we found an airbnb in the neighborhood out of town and the lady said that cockroaches and smell of mold is normal because it is located in the old town. But it is clearly that the building is not well taken care of. I hope I will be able to add the photos I took to show how terrible it is because the photos on the website are completely unrepresentative.

Mooie ligging maar dat is alles wat dit hotel 2 sterren geeft. De kamer was extreem vervallen en heel erg klein; we moesten douchen en naar het toilet letterlijk naast ons bed. Verschrikkelijk, voor ons nooit meer.

Positivo: la gentilezza del personale, la posizione centrale e le grandi finestre con balcone. Letto comodo.
Negativo: bagni da ristrutturare completamente, piastrelle rotte, rubinetti arrugginiti. Muri macchiati e ammuffiti. Pulizia lascia a desiderare. Sedie distrutte. Alcune luci non funzionano. Camera al secondo piano molto piccola.
Pare che lo ristrutteranno a breve. Speriamo perché ha del potenziale.
