The room and location are great but the administration is awful!

Repeated early morning banging on our door to ask about a breakfast that we’d already declined.

After checkout, they hounded us on WhatsApp saying we left our luggage so they couldn’t clean the room (it wasn’t our room or luggage).

Most damning, they sent my wife the access codes to the hotel AND my room, when she messaged them with just my name and travel dates (NO booking number and NO identification were asked for)…it could have been anyone that they gave it to.

Very low price, so some shortcuts can be excused, but giving out the room code to an apparent stranger is unforgivable. Will NOT be returning.

Lamentables condiciones, sabanas sucias, llenas de pelos de los anteriores huespedes, no estaban cambiadas ni limpio.
Ademas, para confirmar que no estaba limpia, no habia ni toallas cuando llegue en la noche despues de trabajar.
Tuve que usar ropa mia para cubrir colchon y almohadas y poder dormir.

Great location, though can be noisy at night. Still, the view and convenience is worth it. Room was fine: a little rough around the edges, but comfortable and standard.

The staff was excellent: great communication, super helpful map/resources, and clear rules. Check-in was incredibly easy and fast, and we were allowed to check-in early for free. Very pleasant team and great for non-Spanish speakers as well!

Excellent experience and excellent location! First of all this location is spectacular. It’s literally in the center you just walk out the front door and you have all major attractions. The hotel has great communication with their guest. They give you the check in instructions several days in advance and they send you a video on how to actually locate the hotel when you’re dropped off in the center. Make sure you watch the video, otherwise, your GPS system will have you going in circles. I forgot about the video but once I looked at it, I was able to find it. It’s quite simple in between McDonald’s and another cute restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants shops, and live music surrounded around you. With my room I was able to look out my window and see all of the major attractions like the cathedral. They do offer a breakfast service, and usually will coordinate with you. If you want a breakfast they gave you two options, as well as the option of coffee or hot tea. It’s basic, but it’s better than nothing, and it’s quite charming because they do what they can’t to go above, and beyond. Of course, if you don’t want to be disturbed to have that option as well, and they’re very good about cleaning the room and giving you fresh towels. Excellent Customer Service. Be mindful if you are noise sensitive. Not too bad for weekday, weekends can get a bit noisy up until 11pm, but worth it because of the location. The city of the arts science is 15 min drive 32 min walk.

Perfect location, reasonable price

Perfect location with walking distance to most of the things to see. The room has everything you need, the bed is huge and there is enough space. The standard may be not so high when it comes to the bathroom, but it is reasonably priced. Sound isolation is lacking though, lots of sounds coming from both outside and neighbour rooms, so it is difficult to sleep in in the morning. Very nice staff and we got a complementary breakfast served to our room a couple of times. I would come back here.

Un buen alojamiento céntrico y económico.

En el mismísimo centro de Valencia, un lujo para recorrer a pie lo mejor de Valencia. La habitación pequeña pero limpia, confortable y con lo necesario para estar a gusto. No hay recepción in situ pero están muy pendientes de tu llegada y de que no tengas problemas con la recogida de llaves. Fue una sorpresa agradable que nos trajeran un desayuno a la habitación gratis. Lo recomiendo si no piensas estar mucho tiempo en la habitación porque lo prefieres dedicar a visitar la ciudad.

Favorite place in Valencia

Our stay was perfect in room 1E, we had a lovely window on Plaza de la Reina , there was an elevator or stairs, it was self service to get the key and return the key in a combo lock box. That might be difficult for some but we are active boomers and it was no problem. Each day Nadine brought a breakfast cart to to room at the designated time.

The thermostat controls were responsive. Large room with fancy chairs overlooked the busy plaza, but with windows shut and the AC working, one could shut the windows and exclude the noise.

It has a great location and view—very central. Coffee is a bit too scheduled for my taste, as when I'm on vacation, I don't like being told when to get my coffee. I never felt the hot water in the room; I informed the clerk, but it was not fixed in three days. It's nice if you like cold showers.

This stay has been absolutely amazing! Room has beautiful view with a balcony that comes with two little foldable chairs to sit on, bed is decently comfy, bathroom is roomy, abd staff is so kind. I can’t have gluten and even though their complimentary breakfast menu didn’t have options for me, they went out and bought me some gluten free items to eat! So kind!!

We loved the location of our room. Check in was good and had good instructions. Room was lovely, however cleanliness and levels of maintenance in the room could be better. Guesthouse in a safe and convenient location

Convenient and safe location. Entry to property is at Placa de la Reina with many tourists and shops opening till late. Got very clear instruction about check in by email. Happy with cleanliness of my room. Shower cabinet is spacious, and separated from toilet which is also spacious. Water changed to cold in the middle of showering on two nights, but got back to hot pretty soon. Bed and quilt were fine. Pillow was very comfortable. Got nice surprise of bar fridge in the room, and daily complimentary breakfast of Coca de Ilanda, a typical Valencian sponge cake, coffee and orange juice brought to my room.

This place is a little quirky and the room is small. However, the location is everything: you're within steps of the Cathedral, downstairs you have a wonderful gelato store on one side and a great little coffee shop on the other. If you are the kind of tourist that only comes back to the room to shower and sleep, then this place is for you. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is strong, and the water is hot. Ana, the on-site manager at night, is a gem! She goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable.

Struttura pulita, centrale quindi molto comoda per prima volta a Valencia. Personale gentile, ci ha offerto anche la colazione in camera, ma noi ne abbiamo usufruito solo ultimo giorno per comodità nostra. Unica pecca al bagno non è presente il bidet. Per il resto comodo, ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei.

Ottima esperienza, posizione eccellente, balcone con affaccio su Plaza de la Reina, facile raggiungere tutte le bellezze da visitare a Valencia .Estrema gentilezza dellngost, colazione servita in camera da José gentile e sorridente parla un ottimo italiano! Chiaramente affacciando sulla piazza la struttura non è affatto silenziosa! Ma in vacanza poco importa. Aria condizionata, frigo e asciugamani in camera. Molto consigliata.

El alojamiento es adecuado, con una cama cómoda y una buena ducha. Sin embargo, el único inconveniente fue el ruido, ya que se escuchaba claramente el flujo de agua de otras habitaciones, el ruido de las ruedas de las maletas y las voces de la gente en la calle, lo cual afectó negativamente mi descanso durante la noche.

Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva! Se si arriva prima del check-in è possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura gratuitamente. Viene servita la colazione dolce o salata all' orario desiderato (è possibile modificare l'orario e la colazione in caso di necessità). Non c'è una regolare pulizia della camera durante il soggiorno quindi bisogna tenersi gli asciugamani (ma non è assolutamente un problema). Viene fornito anche sapone liquido per le mani e doccia schiuma per corpo e capelli. Avevo preso una camera che non si affacciava sulla Plaza de la Reina e non ho avuto problemi con rumori fastidiosi. Tuttavia i serramenti non isolano dai rumori esterni quindi in caso di confusione si sente (meglio portarsi i tappi per le orecchie per sicurezza). La temperatura della camera non è regolabile, la nostra a novembre era impostata a 22 C°. Non tutto il personale parla italiano/inglese ma con il traduttore non è un grosso problema. La posizione è ottimale per girare la città!

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Elektrokamin und Blick auf die Plaza de la Reina und den Dom! Leider noch Baustelle aber trotzdem ok! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt! Kleines Frühstück wird angeboten!
