Outstanding hotel in the best location of Valencia!
This is def going to be our choice coming back.
Everything about this boutique hotel was excellent. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and all-around welcoming. Especially Juan Manuel at the desk - who went out of his way every time. The staff in the rooftop cafe/bar where they serve a delicious breakfast made to order were thoughtful about everything they did.
In the room: we had a balconey that looked up the street into the Cathedral Square - yet the room was blissfully quiet at night. Bed & bedding: excellent. The decor was understated elegance. Bathroom was roomy, great BIG shower, bathrobes all really lovely. Our room also had a small kichenette we really only used to make coffee and keep things cool, but it was nice having the option. As a larger room it had a comfy couch & big tv well positioned. Staff noted (from passport?) that it was my birthday. When we came back from lunch there was a bottle of bubbly and some chocoates with a birthday greeting!
Really cannot fault anything about this hotel. Would absolutely stay here any time we're in Valencia. Thanks so much!

Amazing location, staff and facilities. We stayed at the superior double room and it was perfect a 2 night stay. Only thing that let it down was the strange odour that lingered in the reception, lift and corridors. Sewage issue? Would be nice if the hotel installed air fresheners. It hit us every time we entered the hotel.

We did not eat breakfast there but the hotel was in a perfect position to see València town . You could step outside the hotel straight into the square where there are lots of restaurants

Lovely pre-xmas break. Comfortable room and great location. Lovely breakfast choices in small chilled breakfast area with rooftop. Close to square and great restaurants/ shops. Local market only 10 mins away.
Only downside for hotel, you could hear noise from other rooms and outside door. No lobby area to relax but small bar in the upstairs breakfast area. Would love to go back!

Hotel was great. Very nice rooms, great location for exploring and very friendly staff. Only issue was we could hear music between 12:00 & 03:00 think it was from one of the neighbouring properties. But it was not that bad and didn’t wake us up if we were already asleep. Would stay again anyway so was not that big an issue.

In the heart of the cultural areas, the Venetia is a well kept hotel with comfy rooms and lovely staff. It can be a little noisy and the pool is more an out-door bath tub but the terrace is peaceful and provides pleasant views of the city.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The room had a little kitchenette with everything you could want in it , including washing up stuff. I’ve never seen such a big closets in a hotel. Excellent bed excellent linens and towels , slippers gowns. Bathroom was well. Stocked. Iron ironing board coffee machine nice little sitting area in the room. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Right on the Plaza de la Reina, which is near to just about anything you might want to walk to..
lovely rooftop, sitting area and bar with a very small pool. View from the rooftop is pretty neat too.
Very close to the cathedral, the bell rings till midnight and then starts again around nine in the morning just be warned. But I’m sure anywhere around this area you’ll hear the bells.

Beautiful stay at this lovely hotel
The location was perfect, all the staff are so helpful and friendly, we had an issue with our fridge and they did everything they could to sort out the problem. Thank you for the upgraded room. So looking forward to returning to the hotel. Please thank all your lovely staff, from the receptionists to Avril and Andreas fir his amazing Margarita cocktails. The best in Valencian, might I add.

A great place in a fabulous spot. Spring for a superior room and you won’t be disappointed. We really enjoyed our stay, being steps from Plaça de Reina but down a quiet side street can’t be beaten. Reception staff were lovely and friendly and the rooftop bar/sun deck are a real bonus if you want to escape the heat late afternoon.

Lovely hotel, in an excellent location! Staff very attentive, Rooftop barman Sebastian made the best cocktails we’d ever had, would highly recommend them! Breakfast staff were also excellent, great options available. The rooms were spotless and the small rooftop plunge pool/jacuzzi was a welcome addition after wandering around the city! Would 100% recommend this hotel right by the cathedral square, couldn’t fault it!

We really appreciated the small kitchenette in the room and fridge which was perfect for lunches. The pool area on the rooftop is small but great area to cool off after a day exploring the city. Great property.Walk out the door and you're steps from a very active square and neighborhood with restaurants and shops and church. I felt very safe walking around. Carolina, at the hotel front desk was so helpful,very nice and very kind. Thank you, we didnt experience that level of kindness that often on our trip.

Fab little hotel just off one of the main squares. Lovely rooftop area and small pool. Breakfast is available with a small choice but good value for money. Only a few rooms have windows which don’t open onto enclosed light well so if you are bothered by lack of light then ask for a street facing room. Layout a little odd in the room but spacious and ok for a few days.

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Valentia Cabillers

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Valentia Cabillers. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Valencia. The location couldn’t have been better; situated right in the heart of the old town, it made it easy to walk to all the key sights, restaurants, and shops.

A special mention must go to Avril at the bar, who was an absolute star. Her warmth and friendly conversation truly enhanced our stay and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Overall, great value for money and a place I would absolutely return to. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valencia!

Fantastic location, quiet but next to the square . Bed comfortable and large , breakfast room terrace lovely, nice area and great views.

Room was dull, had one small window and was all decorated dark grey and black , bathroom had poor lighting none over the shower , a bit of a depressing room.

Breakfast was average quality, portions mean for example one chocolate pastry between two of us , same breakfast ordered two days on the trot , 2nd day it had no ham , we had to go in and ask for additional coffees . We felt uncomfortable with the whole experience as if we had to beg .
On a practical point the 'pool' is not a pool to swim in , it is a plunge pool, to cool off in .

Hotels strongest card is its location right next to the Cathedral right in the heart of Valencia’s old town.
Useful to have little kitchenette with proper size fridge.
Rooms spacious and comfortable.
Usual niggles regarding air conditioning that is impossible to control,not enough charging sockets,but this applies to so many hotels.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Having the roof terrace was a bonus.
Overall throughly recommended.

Right in the heart of Valencia!

We had a really nice stay here. It is a little bit awkward getting here by taxi because they cannot get to the door of the hotel. You have to walk through the square with your luggage, so if you don’t have a lot of luggage you’ll be fine. There is no closet or dresser in the room for clothes but the kitchenette and little sitting area was nice to have especially if you are staying for several days. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Valentia Cabillers was a fantastic spot. Set up in a building dating back to 1459 it is a fully modern hotel located right next to the Cathedral Valencia and the Placa de La Reina.
The entire old town is reachable on foot from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and included yogurt with fruit and egg, ham and avocado with toast options. Coffee and orange juice were delicious
The bar/restaurant is on the top floor and gives beautiful views of the surrounding area and is a must see
Room had a comfortable king bed with a kitchenette and sitting area All modern furniture and the whole room was very clean. Our room was on the first floor and came with a balcony.
Could hear passerby outside talking so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs or a noise machine.
We were there during the early part of Fallas so we could hear the bands and crowds in the morning but things usually quieted down by 11 pm.
Overall a great hotel to stay at. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was recommended by a friend that resides in Valencia. The hotel is located just a few steps from Plaza de la Reina and many dining options. The Plaza and the Cathedral are must see, we sat at the Plaza just to take it all in.
From the moment we walked in, we knew our stay would be wonderful. Friendly, helpful staff, and rooftop terrace, with a small pool, it felt homey. We were surprised at the accommodations, as we expected a bedroom, not a little studio apartment, with every comfort imaginable.
Can't say enough good things about this place. Wish we could have spend all our vacation there!!!

This was the 3rd city on our trip and our stay here was just ok. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was the little details that were not comfortable in the this hotel. The bedside tables and lamps were very low and hard to use. There was no shampoo, conditioner or boxed tissues in the bathroom. There were no robes to use. The staff was friendly, and the location was very nice. Getting a taxi to the hotel was difficult, we were often dropped off several blocks away. This was a difficult walk with luggage for my Grandmother.

What I liked about the property was the location, the cleanliness, daily cleaning of room and linen changes. The Suite had a sofa and a kitchenette which was very useful.
The rooftop terrace was a bonus with a lovely view of the City.
Staff were helpful and efficient.
Downside;
I think the room needed more drawers for folded clothes and underware or maybe more shelves and hooks.
The wall hooks for the bathroom robes fitted in the bathroom were hard to reach. Wardrobes were not easy to open and close, so the negatives are in the planning and installation of the fitted furniture.

Location is exceptional- literally, a few steps from the Valencia Cathedral ! It’s safe/ walkable to everything!
The only aspect that wasn’t optimal was that our room felt with no ventilation- the AC was standard for all rooms-we couldn’t change the temperature.. we tried to open the two windows that we had- but a sewer smell was alway
present- also, we had no vanity space aAt all- just the sink-!
They have a newer hitwjya few steps further- I will probably stay there next time- customer service was great and polite- 😁

The staff were very friendly especially Avril who served the breakfast. The room was big with great shower and kitchen facilities. Even though we were on 3rd floor we had a few ants. The air conditioning wasn’t cool but the fan recirculated air so it was a little warm one night. Rooftop bar was good.

Lovely property, excellent customer service, daily cleaning available— nice to have little kitchen. Noise was fine off the town square but there was a festival Falla celebration on so naturally some noise couldn’t be avoided like fireworks. The rooftop terrace was a really nice spot to end the days with a drink. We had trouble with ants one day in the apartment but maintenance resolved swiftly and management handled brilliantly. We had a delicious complimentary breakfast on the terrace.

Nice hotel. Pity about the building work next door

The hotel and the staff were very nice.
We did have a couple of issues.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom.Howsver the hotel did apologise and gave us a bottle of wine.
There is building work going on next door and on one day in particular the noise was from 8.30am until 19.30
We did ask to be moved but the hotel couldn’t do until the following day to a much down graded room
Fortunately the building work next door eased off
The hotel is a good position in the old town as long as you don’t mind city noise and the bells from the cathedral
It is a very comfortable hotel and the staff are very friendly

This property was not easy to find because the taxi driver didn’t realize (?) there’s a difference in Cabillers and Cavallers streets. After asking 3 people (so very nice!) for directions, we finally found the place. It’s located on a small street off Plaza de La Reina. A spacious room for European hotels, with an efficiency kitchen. The staff is wonderful and speaks English very well. Go for the breakfast. Many choices, you can get repeats on the food and drink and there is rooftop dining in the morning if you choose, The price is less than anything you can get in the area. The Plaza is a busy location, but this hotel is quiet. A very nice place.

A very friendly, well located hotel just off the main square. My only reservation was that our suite had no exterior view, only the central shaft of the building - rather disappointing. Otherwise, the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. The best thing was the roof top terrace, and the staff up there couldn't be more helpful. The barman made beautiful Margaritas at night and Avril was the essence of great customer service for breakfast in the mornings! The plunge pool also was a welcome refreshing relief after the heat of the day. Woud we come back again? Yes we would!

This property is worth every star that it earned through superior management to the most fantastic employees we have ever met. Everyone was so genuine, friendly, professional and beyond helpful.

THE LOCATION: perfectly situated to the cathedral but there’s so much more. It’s in walking distance to the MERCADO CENTRAL, great restaurants and pubs, shopping and sightseeing and transportation.

THE HOTEL: the rooms were amazing and comfortable. (They need to raise the bed tho and the shower floor is slippery - Altho their oversized washcloths on the shower floor solved that quirk.) the suite was spotless and well maintained. The breakfast/bar and outdoor seating on roof was spectacular.

THE STAFF: starting with Avril in the 4th floor bar. Truly the highlight of our stay. She’s very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly. We visited many times just for her. Erick during breakfast was also a star, sharing many of the same fantastic attributes. The hotel was well managed and maintained. Everyone and I mean everyone was super attentive to our every need. The front desk staff was equally amazing, friendly and professional (Angela, Karlos and there others that I regrettably forgot their names). This is a must stay for us anytime we return to Valencia.

This hotel was absolutely superb. I visited this hotel with my friend on a girls trip and it was just what we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had the classic Suite). The roof top bar was gorgeous with lovely views and the drinks were reasonably priced. Although small the sun beds and pool were just right for us. Lovely to lie in the sun and read a book or go for a plunge in the Jacuzzi Pool to cool down from the sun. The staff were incredibly helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel with its perfect location.

Great location, and staff very accommodating, unfortunately due to my sickness bug we were room bound for 24 hours with no natural light or fresh air as room was inner. Not great for our 30th anniversary weekend but these things happen!!

Wonderful stay! Had a lovely suite on the second floor. Cleaned everyday. Comfy bed. The staff were all brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Pool a little small but OK for a quick afternoon dip to cool off. Hotel is really close to some good quality restaurants and easy to walk to bus/metro stops within approx 10-15mins. Bells from the nearby cathedral did ring each hour and quite a lot more during the hour of 9-10am. Overall I would recommend this hotel to any family and friends looking to visit Valencia.

Lovely suite in a perfect location.

The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the hotel is lovely. Even our budget interior room had windows and natural light. Rooftop pool, bar and terrace perfect areas for relaxing. Excellent service from really friendly, helpful staff. Kitchenette great and location ideal with handy shop round corner and off a beautiful historical square in centre of old city.

Our air conditioning was a life saver. The front desk man was so pleasant and the woman at the rooftop bar that we met twice was extremely helpful and kind. We loved the mini kitchen and cooking options and were able to cook up our fresh shrimp from Mercat Central. Thank you!
