I think this hotel is nice and well-styled. However, I requested 2 beds and got 1 small double for us 2 friends. It was hard to sleep, and I think we got the smallest room, in a corner. It was efficiently designed, so we could stow our stuff, but I would have appreciated the larger room and 2 beds I thought I had selected.

The hotel was perfectly located with easy access to Valencia’s charming old town, ideal for exploring the city on foot. After long days of sightseeing, it offered all the comforts we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. Despite its central location, the area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. Although we didn’t have the chance to dine in the restaurant, it looked inviting and well presented.

I enjoyed the character of this hotel and its location for touring the old city on foot is superb. The traffic noise from the main road is noticeable. You cannot drive a car to the hotel due to street restrictions but I was surprised at the availability of free street parking.

Unfortunately this property was entirely inadequate during our stay. The room was very dirty, including used spoons and glasses from previous guests left in the room, a dirty toilet and half-used toilet paper roll, a dirty floor. We left ample time for the room to be cleaned as we arrived at the hotel at 6pm - checkin was at 2. We were honestly disgusted by the conditions. We let the front desk know and all he did was shrug and apologize. Later, when we brought more concerns to him, he offered to change our room but at that point we were already settled and didn’t want to waste our one and only day in Valencia moving rooms. The bed and pillows were also incredibly uncomfortable - my husband and I had the worst sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming factor is it’s location.

It is a very nice hotel with all amenities that I need during the stay. The location is extremely good, very close to the old town. The breakfast is good too. Unfortunately there is no working desk in my double room, which is not very easy for working.

Not what we expected. Mold in the bathroom, dust on vents and many surfaces, water leaking from the shower wall, weird smells... The walls are paper-thin. You can hear the people next door talk and more. The elevator broke while we were there.

Great location in the old town but the rooms look into quite street. Even though there is no overnight parking the hotel is easily accessible by car with the city parking in close proximity. Comfortable large rooms. Good breakfast. In addition the hotel can arrange for tickets for Art and Science Centre which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

I loved this hotel. From the period features and pretty rooms to the very friendly and helpful staff. Location great too, just a few mins away from the main square and towers. Easy to get to from the airport as well, metro stop is about 15 mins walk away.
If you’re a light sleeper maybe ask for a quiet room as you can hear traffic. Really didn’t bother us though.

Really good location with lots of tapas bars down small streets and squares dotted around. Also very near the bus stop for bus to the beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms well decorated, comfortable and clean. No black tea bags or coffee provided in the room, but having read this in previous reviews we brought our own. Also no fridge in the room for milk or beers. Would definitely recommend.

We spent four nights at this hotel and we loved it! The architecture and decor of the hotel is gorgeous and a great experience. Our room was very comfortable. The highlight of the hotel was its location to the downtown square with tons of restaurants and bars. We loved every minute we spent in Valencia, and this was a great part of our trip.

This is a really lovely individual hotel with great character. The location is literally minutes from the Cathedral and the park which was ideal. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars at hand. Would definitely stay again, especially in one of the superior room with huge roof terrace.

Lovely 3* hotel, close to all the amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful especially when I forgot my charger! A few improvements could be made e.g slippers in the room, some air freshener and a heater for the colder autumn nights.

Great hotel on a fairly quiet street. The staff were generally really helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and well-equipped with efficient air-con. We appreciated the supply of bottled water each day. A lovely place to stay in Valencia.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern with a lot of character. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The location is on the edge of the historic town. It is a 5 minute walk to the main plaza which was great. Finding it by car was tricky as it is on a small side street and the main streets have the street signs on the buildings. The parking is safe in a public underground parkade for 22 euro a night around the corner. Lots of places to go for breakfast in the main square if you choose not to pay for it in the hotel. We would stay again.

We had a very good weekend. The most pleasing part being that this hotel is so central. Having walked and cycled quite a distance along the riverbed, which is now a beautiful park, it was easy walking to the old town to a variety of restaurants.

Very cool hotel near old town Valencia. This hotel had plenty of space inside with a rustic timber and terracotta tile ceiling for a very cool look. Our room also had a private balcony with seating for 6. The balcony had limited views of the skyline but it was a nice surprise.

Nice hotel - excellent, polite helpful reception staff. Floor in bedroom and bathroom hadn't been cleaned - very dusty and hairs everywhere. Air conditioning not particularly effective but it was unusually hot - very convenient location for old town and for catching cabs etc. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

The hotel is very central for the old town and the Turin Gardens. It was about a 10 min walk from the Almeda Metro station and so very easy to access.
We felt breakfast at over €13 a person was expensive so we didn't try it, there are plenty of bars near by for a good breakfast.
We had a great deal from ebookers so weren't surprised to get a room next to the lift with a window without a view. I have to say though we slept really well, didn't hear a thing and the room was very dark. The bed was very comfy and the rooms cleaned well every day. The reason I gave it 4 not 5 was the towels could have been fluffier! That really is the worst thing I can say about the hotel - if I got a good rate again I'd go back.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 800 metres from the nearest metro station and closer than that to the main plaza of the city. The hotel is very clean and full of character. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return

Nice hotel but not great for the price. No tea or coffee making facilities and no bar fridge. Breakfast charge the most expensive I have experienced so far in Spain. Why is it that you have to pay for a full breakfast when all you need is a coffee and croissant?

The hotel is located close to a noisy major road. First was spent in a front room, and we had to listen to music all night, a radio was left running all night long in the building under renovation across the street. The hotel staff was kind enough tp give us another room on the back side of the hotel, much quieter but with a strange smell, which we were able to get rid off after leaving the window open all afternoon and evening. We will not stay again in this hotel, mainly because of the location close to the noisy road. The staff was very nice.

Ad Hoc organised a taxi transfer from the airport for us which went very smoothly. Arrived before check-in time but received a friendly welcome and our room was ready. Dropped our bags off and went exploring straight away. The hotel is perfectly positioned for the old town, just off the ring road in a very quiet street. We could walk everywhere. The room was beyond our expectations and was both clean and quiet. Wifi was excellent too. Overall a great hotel for a long weekend in Valencia.

Two things were bad about taking the hotel-recommended taxi. Firstly, it came to almost €19 not €16. And we later found out that the Metro would have been €3.80 each not €5.50 as the hotel claimed, so a significant difference between Metro and taxi in the end (€7.60 compared to €19).
