It is a nice hotel in great location with courteous and helpful staff. Was slightly mislead by the pictures of the upgrade room we chose. We thought we were getting a really large room with a canopy bed. Instead we got a small room with a large outside terrace. The terrace was a little shabby and could use a little love but it was a nice place to sit in the fantastic weather we had. The room overall was a little dated as was the lobby but it is a solid 4 star hotel. The other great thing about this hotel was you could pay for a late checkout. For 11 euros each additional hour. This was incredible and really made our stay!

We had a very good stay at this hotel in Valencia. The location is excellent and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered healthy and fresh options.

The only downside for us was the parking. The hotel uses a car elevator, and our vehicle was too large to fit. If you are bringing an SUV or a bigger car, I recommend confirming the size limits in advance. That said, there is a public parking garage about a 2 minute drive from the hotel, which worked fine for us.

Overall, a great hotel with a very convenient location. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel for so many reasons. It was very comfortable bed and room overall was nice. Appreciated the a/c especially. I couldn't get the coffee maker to work after the first time but it could be user error due to no instructions.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the city yet situated in a quiet side street only 6-10 minute walk to various areas and plenty of shopping, food/dining options around. There was a tourism office literally next door where we got our 72 hour discount card for free metro, bus etc and discounts to various places. Even free tapa and wine in the central market. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

After a small mixup with our room it was rectified by the lovely check in staff and our room was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the bar staff were great and the drinks were delicious. The furniture on the terrace could possibly be updated slightly, though. Overall the stay was made better by every member of staff we encountered - always smiling, happy and helpful!

Over all the staff was good. However, the room they gave me was on the first floor on the Main Street. Very noisy. When i asked to move me, they just had maintence come spray some liquid on the AC . Then the TV Remote did not work and of course, they did not have another. Not a location to stay at if you want to rest

Lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping were wonderful they even serviced our room late one afternoon because we slept in . Valencia is easy to get about especially from this hotel . Just ask the front of house staff and they will get you there .

We stayed 3 nights, but on the first day, we found that the aircon didn’t work. They didn’t have another room available, so we had to sweat it out(June). It wasn’t super hot, but with the balcony doors open for air, there’s a lot of noise till 2am, so no sleep. We were moved to a similar room the next day, but lost the balcony. Staff did what they could, and discounted our stay slightly. Overall, I recommend enthusiastically.

We couldn't fault the staff they were so kind and helpful.
The lobby area and bar/restaurant were beautiful.
Can't comment on the food as we didn't use the restaurant.
Our room although pleasant and large with outside terrace was in need of some maintenance,certainly not worthy of 4stars.
Unfortunately we were next-door to the maid's cupboard and had a large terrace above us so noise was also an issue early morning and evening.
For a short break this hotel is great

Close to Everything!

The Vincci Palace Hotel is conveniently located in Valencia so it's a really good place to call home for a few days. We were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to visit or grab a taxi out from with little delay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is wonderful. My only feedback is that the walls are pretty thin so you may hear the guests in the room next to you talking, but that's about it. For the value, it's worth it.

Great hotel mitigating wet weather effect

The hotel delivered a service and facilities which enhanced our stay. As it rained on 2 days we used The lounge area which was comfortable with friendly bar service and assistance as required from the reception staff. The bedroom was well equipped and comfortable.
The only issue was difficulty over internet connection for our mobiles.

The location of the hotel couldnt be better if you want to be central...10 min stroll from Colon metro station direct connect to airport 3 euro pp each way...10 minute walk to centre of Valancia and 10 mins to central market and also on the edge of the oldtown...we went for superior room for the outside space and were delighted we did...comfy bed great shower and outside terrace with furniture...breakfast was great but i could see how it would be repetative for longer stays but for 4 nights it did us fine....if i had one negative comment it would be superior room should come with coffee machine rather than a kettle and papercups and some daily bottled water....freebottle on arrival but not replaced......on saying that place was spotless...staff very friendly so would have no hesitation in recommending

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Breakfast was generous and there was lots of choice. It’s a short stroll to the main sights and it was only a seven minute walk from the Metro. We booked a basic room and it was excellent for our four night stay. Reception also very kindly allowed us an extended check out until three o’ clock. The hotel is also a few doors away from the tourist information office which proved very useful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Vincci Palace Hotel. I had asked for a room with an accessible bathroom and am pleased to say that it was just that, whilst still being stylish - no mean feat!

The variety of fare available at breakfast was just lovely, with something to suit even the most choosy of customers.

Without doubt, though, the strength of the hotel is the staff. They were all friendly, professional and efficient, but also very welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I have to give particular mention to the team on Reception, though. Alejandro, Nuria, Tania and the rest were just wonderful. For one thing, they tolerated my attempts at using Spanish with humour and understanding - even when Spanish became Spanglish! In addition, I have mobility difficulties and had hired a mobility scooter for my stay but needed help to get this in and out of the building each day via the - very discreet but efficient - lift. Despite being busy, the staff were always ready to help with this task and went out of their way to make me feel that it was not an inconvenience in any way. A special mention too for Nuria who helped me to book an antigen test at a clinic in the city and then provided me with a map and directions to make sure I was able to find my way easily.

The location, very close to the Ciutat Vella, is just minutes away from all the charms of this beautiful city, so could not be more convenient.

All in all - excellent!

The hotel rooms are dark dingy and small.It is all rather dated.I had a balcony but you can’t use it as it’s blocked off.There is a roof terrace (very small) no bar,two sun beds and two tables and chairs. It’s obviously not cleaned much as I went up there and found a glass and empty bottle ,it was still there two days later.Staff were friendly but I would not stay again.

The hotel was very good, but did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room, which I really missed. We did have the breakfast option which offered many food choices.
The location of this hotel is excellent. The Colon metro station is about 2 blocks away, quite an easy walk with luggage. It connects to four lines including line 3 to the airport. About 4 blocks in another direction is the first stop for the Hop On/Off bus, and both routes stop at this location. There are two companies; buy ticket for the red buses (more expensive). The green buses (sorry, can't remember the names) only come half as often and I don't think the commentary was as good. I can say this, because we ended up taking both when we were disappointed with the first company.
The hotel is within walking distance of almost everything you will want to see. The historical museum, toward the zoo on the red line of the Hop On and easy to miss because of the distance from everything was very good and we wished we had allowed more time. You can watch many videos of your choice of different time periods.
The bullring has a museum and you can walk around in the bullring. The Hemispheric and associated buildings are a must see.

The location of the Vincci Palace is great, but be aware that is on a busy street. If your room faces Calle de La Paz, be prepared for street noise.

Also, the hotel is heated and air conditioned by floor, which means that you have to live with the temperature set. In our case, the solar gain on our side of the building meant the room could become a bit stuff.

The staff is very helpful in answering our questions.

Vinci Palace was great all around. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and just all around kind. Ana at the bar in the evening took care of us like a champion. The rooms were well stocked and clean. Great water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet went well beyond my expectations for the price. It's located in a nice central location within easy walking distance to many parts of the city. The beach is still a cab/metro ride away. We would not hesitate to return next time we are in Valencia.

Very pleasant hotel in a good central location. Five minutes' walk from the Cathedral, Corte Ingles, Plaza del Ayuntamiento etc. Super efficient and friendly staff. The only difficulty we had was the wardrobe door which jammed against the chest of drawers. However we pointed this out at checkout so hopefully will have now been fixed! Will definitely return here if possible.

A good hotel in a central location. Rooms were large and clean - great bed and bathroom and I was given a quiet room.
Two things, however. I had breakfast elsewhere as they couldn’t accommodate my vegan diet despite the buffet breakfast. Also, the cleaning fluids/ bleach used to clean the rooms/ bathrooms was extremely pungent and made my eyes water. I really think this needs to be looked into for health purposes.

I was very disappointed...
It was not as central as I would have liked. A long walk up and down a long narrow street full of buses and traffic to get to the central area - and back.
I hated the black bathroom and small washbasin. It was difficult to see anywhere.
The whole decor of the hotel (and the room - 303) was dark grey and black. Quite depressing at every level.
I resented the fact that there was no electric kettle so that I could make myself a cup of coffee.
For a 4 star hotel, it didn't match my expectations. I would not stay there again, even if I were offered accommodation free of charge. I was pleased to leave after my 3 stay stay.
I regret to report this - the staff were great - but having been asked my opinion - this is how I found things.

The surrounding area is nice, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was extremely over-heated though, and while the room did have a thermostat it didn't work. We asked for assistance from the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do. We even asked for a fan and we didn't get it. Although the room had windows, it was not possible to get a breeze. There was a patio space that was nice. Its a decent hotel but very impersonal.
