As the sign on the front desk says, this hotel is an 8/10. I would say it’s closer to a 7. The room is very bare bones with nothing on the walls, nowhere to hang anything, minimal places to plug things in. Not an inch of carpet anywhere to deaden sound in the room or hallways. It’s impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Front desk staff is very nice which is a huge plus. The rooms don’t have electronic keys for some reason and they make you leave your room key in a basket up front whenever you leave the hotel. It’s just weird.

Very dated. Small room with old furniture, fixtures and fittings need updating. Shower over the bath which leaked everywhere. Awful, awful breakfast in a poky room. And there's no water fountain and no water in the room. You have to buy it from the vending machine. Unbelievable.
On the plus side, the beds are comfortable and the reception staff very helpful

Great little spot!

Great little stay near the Heart of Valencia, rooms were clean and cooled with the Aircom (needed in July) with all the amenities I needed.

No minibar or coffee in room, but with so many cool little places nearby you really didn’t need it.

Only issue was the WiFi was very weak in my room, besides that fantastic!

Overall good

Overall is good this hotel. Relationship price quality is fine, the bed is super comfortable. Be aware that the Glassdoor from the shower can easily be out of frame and need for maintenance to repair

A city center hotel, very convenient to the central square and most of the major sights. Value for money. Small buy clean rooms, some with balconies ovrtlooking the street There is also a large roof terrace where you can enjoy warm sunny weather.

The positives were:
A. This hotel is very well located,
B. The staff acted very quickly to tell the occupant of another room on the floor that there was no smoking even though they were smoking and then used an air freshener in the corridor to remove the smells.
C. The staff willingly put an air purifier in our room the next day to clear the smoke smells.
Unfortunately there were quite a few negatives that offset the positives:
1. No active ventilation for the bathroom which opened onto the main bed area so all smells and moisture went to the bed area,
2. The toilet was not bleached daily and smelled badly on arrival,
3. The floor was not vacuumed,
4. Our bed's top sheet went missing one day,
5. The shower floor towel on our second last day had a blood stain in one corner,
6. There were no tissues in the room,
7. There was no fridge (even a small bar fridge),
8. The a/c didn't work (we were told it would only blow warm air given the time of year which would too warm for us),
9. No security check when retrieving the room key from the front desk,
10. No smoke detectors in the room.

Ir was a nice stay,the room was spacious and clean although it didn’t have AC, but a ceiling fan. August was really hot and would have really appreciated the AC. The breakfast was decent but could have offered a variety without the same things over and over again

Sweet hotel but confused my satnav.

Nice location but one way system and awful amount of traffic lights made the motorcycle trip tedious. Friendly staff who recommend good places to eat. Central market is fantastic. Hotel pretty good and would come again.

Hotel room so small with a window overlooking overgrown space full of pipes & industrial looking units, so depressing.
Shower took 8 minutes to even warm up

Dans l'ensemble c'était correcte. Toutefois, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas Demandé 4 fois de corriger la situation. Bref, 3 nuits sans climatisation. Petit déjeuner très peu de choix. Hôtel bien situé pour découvrir Valence. Bon choix de restaurants à proximité. Bon acceuil.

For a double bed room, the shower needs an update, im spilling water outside the shower tub. Needs to redesign the whole thing. Generally the place is clean and safe.

Location was worth the very basic hotel accommodations - walkable to everything we wanted to see, safe, and clean. Also old building so very noisy between rooms next to, above, below, especially the plumbing!! That said would stillconsider staying again because of location!

Nice place, worth it

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Looks simple but that’s all I needed because I was going to be outside most of the time. Outside of the hotel it was super hot but in the room it was cool and I slept good. It’s quiet and the WiFi worked great. Would stay here again. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly and really helpful - I was upgraded to a triple room so it was a great size and had a good view. The bathroom was a little outdated but functional. There is a nice roof top terrace with good views of Valencia. The location is great - right in the city centre and really close to the main attractions. Unfortunately the WiFi was slow and disconnected at times. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Great Location, however it was a little noisy in the morning with the construction. Hotel is being updated, rooms are nice but the bathrooms need to be upgraded. If you are planning a quick trip to the city and are looking for the convenience of the location this is a great hotel.

Great location, short walk from train station. Staff great. Rooms really tiny, walls very thin!
If in Valencia for R and R book a guided walking tour at the tourist office in the square, well worth a morning or afternoon stroll and you get to discover lots things not in the pamphlets.

Plus Points: Located centrally 500mts from Valencia Nord Station and a short walk to the Town Hall square. Excellent check in staff, very helpful and English was spoken. Nice roof terrace with rooftop views across the city.
The reception area was modern and clean.

We had a room on the first floor 111 which was clean with a bathroom.

The basin plug was broken and I reported this when we checked out as we were there for only 1 night. The shower/bath could only be used as a shower due to the Taps/Valve.
The room was quiet for a city centre and the a/c system did not appear to function as the room was quite warm.
The lift was rather antiquated but worked fine.
Overall for a 2* Hotel for a short stay it was good value and I would stay again but would probably go for a different room.

We really liked this hotel and the location. Very simple and functionary room. Clean and comfortable. Wifi in room was strong. Only problem was air conditioning was lousy. We were told the whole hotel is on same thermostat & only services a few times a day. Hot room, but doable. Would probably go back.

O ambiente é agradável, o atendimento simpático e ágil. A localização é excelente com muitas opções no entorno. O quarto é amplo, o chuveiro bom. As amenidades de banho razoáveis. O ar condicionado não funciona. O café da manhã bonzinho. Enfim, tem uma relação custo X benefício aceitável.
