This hotel was in the most perfect location!!! It was close to everything and we loved exploring the neighborhood. It was easy to access an uber less than half a block away on a main street. We enjoyed our stay and it was easy to communicate with the property on whatsapp for questions and other needs.
The air conditioning worked super well and the shower/bathroom were both very clean and had great water pressure. It was great that the TV easily connected to Netflix/Youtube. They lent us an iron to press our clothes. The room size was a tad small (in true European-style) but was very updated had enough space for my mom and I to spread out our luggage comfortably. The balcony was cute too.

Cons:
- Was a bit strange not having a doorman or in-person staff to support or answer questions. (whatsapp was helpful though)

- The elevator was a bit old and sketchy (but it DID work)

- One small critique was that the only area to hang clothes was too short for dresses or pants… a few more hooks on the walls would’ve made this a bit easier to keep clothes / towels more neat.

- Two chairs or stools on the balcony would’ve been a nice touch

Overall would stay here again!

Disappointing. The room was slightly bigger than the double bed with no space to place or open luggage. Couldn’t access or use TV. Weak Wi-Fi signal. Lift had problems. Phoned for assistance (call centre) but with no physical presence in Valencia, apart from cleaning staff, no one was able to help. Digitally run hotels, although a good idea, don’t help when an actual person is sometimes needed.

There is no staff. We had a couple of problems and I think we were talking with a robot. We asked several times for the Wifi code and it kept giving us an AI generated response the elevator on a couple occasions did not work the electric on several occasions went in and out.

Hotel is unmanned but we had good communication via WhatsApp. Room was compact but everything we needed for a short stay and the location was great. If staying longer than a few days there is very little space for clothes. The room had a mini fridge that we weren’t aware we were getting so that was a bonus. On the 4th & 5 th floors there was a water dispenser, microwave and coffee machine.

Great place to stay and get to explore the city of Valencia. The only things that could use improvement are to negotiate a better parking rate, and also ensure power does not go out every 20 minutes. It does come back immediately, but it is something to consider getting fixed.

I have been in this house and very disappointed.
I don’t know how Expedia collaborates with this house. They don’t have reception they don’t have nothing. When you asked for room number and code number they completely confused and they don’t know what is going on with the room I booked and pay before go there . I took 3-4 hours to negotiate with Expedia and this house finally to send me room number and code number until 10 :00 pm . I do not recommend this place

Great location, minor problems

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, in the heart of Valencia’s Old Town, near lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and stunningly beautiful architecture. Some minor problems: the smell of the plumbing in the bathroom was quite bad, especially in the morning. I’ve heard that often happens in older buildings. Putting an “airwick” or a similar semi-permanent deodorizer in the bathroom would be a very good idea. Also, the front door is heavy, and the instructions for opening it weren’t entirely clear. We had to help two different groups of clients open the front door.

Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The location couldn’t be better — it’s close to the train station, the metro, and it’s a nice walk into the city center.
It is simple, but so comfortable and very clean. We had a small balcony, WiFi, toiletries, and our room was made up fresh for us for our serving night.
We will stay again, and we will refer to our friends.

I was so disappointed because they did not refund one day. Instead of staying 4 nights we only stayed 3 and they charged me 4 even though I cancel that night days in advance.
Hotels told me to write and send them the full invoice for them to talk with Nommads but the result was the same. No refund
Also, they gave us the wrong room code and we stayed more than 20 minutes waiting for them to fix it.

Clean hotel, central location

The location of this hotel is excellent -- super walkable location and you're able to get pretty much everywhere from here. The only thing we didn't love was the size. The room and bathroom were very small and it felt like we had zero room to open our luggages and still walk around the space. Loved that we had a tiny balcony and we could hear all the street noise outside. There's no check-in desk or lobby, but the team helped us check in via Whatsapp when we were having issues. The only downside of not having a lobby was that we couldn't leave our bags anywhere after check-out. And it's on a walking street so you have to carry/drag your bags a couple blocks before you can catch a taxi. Everything was clean and they had AC, so overall a nice stay.

The building has absolutely no insulation between rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that’s happening in the rooms next to you, it was impossible to sleep.
Tiny rooms also. I would Tata’s here again.

Overall, good stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Moderately dirty/dusty floor. Very good A/C which worked well to cool room quickly. Lots to do within walking distance. Only downside was large amount of sidewalk noise present but to be expected. Would stay again.

Pessima accoglienza. Non c'è un.check in all'arrivo come scritto sulla prenotazione e pur sollecitando online abbiamo aspettato
il link per inviare i ns dovumento e fare ogni operazioni dalla strada senza possibilità d'accesso nemmeno in una hall. Effettuate le registrazioni ci danno codice di accesso alla camera già occupata da altri (esperienza poco rassicurante). Avvisati del loro errore ci hanno dato una camera la cui serratuta elettronica era rotta ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre un'ora per accedere con la chiave fisica. Unica risposta le scùse dall'operatore.
Nei giorni di pernottamento la.stanza è stata pulita una sola volta e abbiamo dovuto aspettare la donna sempre per il problema della chiave. Le stanze sono molto rumorose sia per la strada che per le stanze vicine (eravamo al.4 piano.in.centro,)
Il lavabo a penzoloni e con danni. Camera doppia pagata oltre 120 euro a notte. Lato positivo: ottima posizione. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Check-in was after 3 PM even though the time was 3 PM.
The bed had hair from previous guests, and the bathroom had two wet, used towels hanging.

There was no hot water in the shower, and all four pillows smelled dirty, as if they hadn’t been washed.

I reported all this to the hotel, but they took no action.
By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
If you don’t mind a bathroom with used towels hanging, no hot water, and pillows and blankets that feel already used, this hotel might be for you.

El check-in fue después de las 3 PM aunque la hora era a las 3.
La cama tenía cabellos de huéspedes anteriores y en el baño colgaban dos toallas mojadas y usadas.

La ducha no tenía agua caliente y las cuatro almohadas olían sucias, como si no se hubieran lavado.

Informé de todo esto al hotel, pero no tomaron ninguna medida.
Sin duda, el peor hotel en el que me he alojado.
Si no te importa un baño con toallas usadas colgadas, sin agua caliente y almohadas y mantas que parecen ya utilizadas, este hotel puede ser para ti.

Un incubo di problemi, tolti quelli sarebbe ok

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, poco distante dalla metro Xativa e a due passi dal centro storico. Il check in non è stato semplice in quanto non ci era mai stato inviato il messaggio per completarlo online (in struttura non c'è reception) ma chiamando il numero ho trovato una cortesissima Erika che ha provveduto subito ad inoltrarmi il link e a mandarmi i codici di accesso del portone e della stanza. Meglio contattare prima la struttura per il check in.
c'è un piccolo ascensore ma per una persona sola, abbiamo quasi sempre preferito le scale. Al piano 4 e 5 sono presenti un tavolino e una macchinetta del caffe + microonde e dispenser di acqua.
La stanza era molto pulita, anche se con un odore di 'ritorno' dal bagno, letto comodo con un piccolo armadio a vista, il bagno ok completo di tutto. Il problema più grosso era la corrente discontinua dello stabile, la prima notte ogni 20/30 minuti si interrompeva e ritornava, con luce d'emergenza che si accendeva illuminando a giorno la stanza e clima che suonava ad ogni riavvio. Quasi la stessa cosa la seconda notte (ma si verificava anche lungo il giorno). La terza notte totale blackout dalle 22 alle 2 del mattino e poi sempre problemi di sbalzi di corrente. L'ultima notte ormai sfiniti per il non dormire direttamente blackout dalle 22 alle 7 del mattino, quindi 4 notti senza climatizzatore e con ben poco comfort.
Se risolvono questi problemi all'impianto, per un paio di notti a valencia è una soluzione valida ad un prezzo ok

La peor experiencia, el código ingreso a la habitación no funcionaba, luego solucionaron dando un tarjeta. El Aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, se apagaba a cada rato, lo reportábamos y no solucionaron, tuvimos que dormír con mucho calor, desagradable y molesto. Al día siguiente lo reportamos y nos dijeron que podíamos cambiar de hotel pero hacerlo por nuestra cuenta, algo imposible ya que teníamos un tour de día completo. Lo peor y más inaceptable que al llegar a la habitación a altas horas de la noche nos dejaron sin nada de electricidad y por ende sin aire y luz para hacer nuestras cosas. Lo reportamos y les valió madre, que pesadilla. Este hotel no debería ser promocionado por ustedes, un total engaño y exigiría una compensación por esta espantosa experiencia

La vista del cuarto, simplemente hermosa. El único detalle fue que no me mandaron un correo de confirmación con las indicaciones. Sin embargo, eso no afectó la comodidad y buen servicio, ya que se comunicaban directamente a tu número en caso de que se ofreciera algo.

Falta de recepção física apesar do conforto

Em termos de conforto é um ótimo lugar, mas como experiência não acho que recomendaria pela falta de recepção física e armários para guardar as malas. Se você chegar antes do checkin esteja preparado para esperar, porque não achei que são flexíveis para antecipar mesmo que haja disponibilidade. Minha sugestão era que fosse reiterado melhor e logo no início da descrição do hotel a questão de não ter recepção física

Muy buena opción para viaje relámpago. Es un hotel remodelado con habitaciones modernas y cómodas. El tema que puede dificultar la visita es que no hay recepción y toda comunicación es por correo.

It was difficult opening both doors ( main and bedroom) with a code. It took a minimum of 4 attempts.
Only one person allowed in the lift at a time. We didn’t know this as we couldn't read the note taped to the lift written in Spanish. We thought the lift was not functioning.
The room was fine.

Great location and great room.
I though have to mention, the hotel is unmanned and got a checkin system from hell, basic it could work find if you knew about it and could checkin in goo time in a relax inviroment with internet. But arrive and find out is another side.
