The hotel was on a side street, location was very good. The bed was good and the room was warm. Reception personal was very friendly, breakfast was good. They also had bikes to rent and it was easy to cycle in the town.
The only thing I did not like: the isolation between the rooms was really bad, You could hear the neighbor coughing.

Breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs were terribly old and even when re-made they were solid then she poured liquid eggs on top and broke it up to serve (so tasted like sawdust / raw egg). Chorizo and salchichon were also very low quality tasting / too strong but with no real flavour. Fruit and pastry selection was okay but limited hot food, no fried or boiled egg options and staff weren't very approachable.

Staff were very friendly. Location was excellent -close to main transport and tourist sites. Breakfast was also value for money.
Room was spacious and clean - just lacked key amenities like a room safe. Due to location was also quite dark- was 7th floor with window overlooking a small courtyard.

Hay elementos importantes a la hora de seleccionar un hotel. La primera es la ubicación en base a las necesidades, perfecta. Luego un cuarto limpio, amplio, con una buena cama, una buena almohada un bano con buena ducha, todo, impecable.
El personal del hotel, genial y finalmente el desayuno, con todo lo que se precisa. En resumen, volver sera un placer. La sorpresa es la película que les toque como ambiente.. Ghostbusters !!

My flight was canceled so I didn’t make it to the hotel. I have another reservation when I leave Valencia so I hope to make that stay.
Love this hotel! It is clean, the people are friendly and it is conveniently located in central Valencia. My husband and I keep coming back for those reasons.

A good breakfast was built into the price of the stay, which is nice, not a separate tack-on charge. Staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly, advising. Other staff is also very nice, cleaning and the breakfast attendants. The property is conveniently located close to the train station and old town. I would say the hotel manager or couples shouldn't sit at the one 4-person table in the breakfast area when larger parties are crammed around little tables. That's just inconsiderate and rude.

Great location that is downtown, and walking distance from the Valencia Cathedral and Central Market. Very close to both metro and train stations. Coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff were friendly and gave recommendations for places to go and eat.

The decor was very nice, and the room was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Valencia Nord station is a 3-minute walk away, and there are many places to eat nearby.

It's my second time in this hotel and I'll go back. The staff os very friendly and helpful. Local is great, breakfast has a lot of options. The only downside was the air-conditioning system, which was turning off during night and you had to get up and turn it on again.

Room service was great! I brought a bottle of wine from Villena and was able to order a bottle opener and wine glass from reception! The only improvement that would benefit greatly would be for the TVs to have an amazon fire stick with Netflix / Disney+ etc. to watch the movie of the themed room.

Our room was a good size with comfy bed. Themed rooms to movies - ours was Out of Africa. Good breakfast selection although room was busy at times food choices were refilled promptly. Older style lift slow but wasn’t an issue for us. Recommend for the location and friendly staff.

Obviously, the decor theme was their calling card, combined with great location in the city. However, the worrying elevator size (about 2' x 5', I kid you not) and steep stairs make one wonder. O erall though, great location close to everything, including the train station and old city sites, and it was clean and had helpful staff. We had a room with an unwanted bunk bed taking up room, so that detracted from the room itself, which was otherwide fine.

A Room You Can't Refuse

This hotel was definitely unique with its film-themed rooms. By luck of the draw, I got the \"Godfather\" room. An oversized image of Marlon Brando in the titular role hovering over the bed was a bit odd. Better than having Hannibal Lecter, I suppose. Otherwise, I really have no major complaints with the room, other than the fact that the thermostat didn't really seem to work. The building is on the older side, but otherwise well enough maintained. The service and the folks at reception were friendly and helpful. And the price is right given the very central location. I would stay here again.

I do understand it's a film themed hotel but to have Auswitz images across a bedroom wall , a scene from Schindler's list and bullet holes over one wall is utterly disgusting. How can anyone think these scenes are appropriate. No-one can relax in that environment. I was there as a break during chemotherapy treatment. I do not want scenes of death in my hotel room

Great hotel! The staff, at all times, was friendly and willing to help when recommendations or assistance was needed. Rooms were efficient, clean, and well kept. Location was central for most attractions and very walkable. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area if needed.

A last minute booking in Valencia. We had the family room. The hallway has the two bunk beds, which suited my teens but might be a challenge for younger children as the railing for the top bunk is not sturdy. The main bedroom is a good size with a balcony, the bed is huge and very comfortable. One AC in the main room services the whole suite. It hadn’t been serviced so didn’t cool properly until my husband serviced (cleaned the filters) it at midnight when we realized the kids room would not cool if we didn’t. The toiletries are great (Ritual) but the room did not have a rubbish bin which was strange.

Great location, funky \"movie\" themed little lobby & rooms, comfy beds. \"Welcome Pickups\" is a great service. Staff wanted to help with our needs. One problem: first suggested restaurant was some distance away. I had to request that they call to make us a reservation. Staff should have offered to make the call before we set out on foot as it turned out they had no availability. So they suggested a nearby better choice. Remote control for the thermostat did not work well. There was not a single English tv station. I suggest getting CNN international or one with current world news.

We just needed the one night and found the room was acceptable for the price.
The breakfast looked good but we choose to eat in one of the many nearby cafes.
A couple of things detracted from our stay
There was always a bad odour in the elevator.
I found the bed was too short for me to stretch out.
There is an arrangement between the hotel and the local parking garage to provide 24hr parking for 17 euro but the garage is 300m away and not obvious when driving to the hotel.

Great family friendly room. Description on hotels.com did not do it justice. Felt more like a suite. Door to separate off kids area. Good storage and balcony area with view over city. Excellent central location. Parked in secure underground car park half a mile away for 15 euros a night.

The bed is too short for average people and too small for one person. The bathroom door makes the bathroom almost unnavigable. A desk was a nice touch but. With the tv, blocks the way to the other side of the bed. In short the room is very badly arranged for the size. It was not a comfortable stay at any price. Maybe for s single person it might have been more bearable. Location was very nice.

Small typical European hotel downtown. Tiny rooms. So-so bedding but the worst was being next to the old fashioned elevator. Way too noisy late into the night and very early in the morning. Window looked out into nothing but air conditioner units.

A few minutes after we checked in the elevator broke, just when we’re going to take our luggage to our room on the 6th floor. Ugh! The staff was not even helpful, and seems like they were hiding in the back, because they were nowhere to be found. Broken pieces on some of the stairs steps.

This is a 2 star hotel (basic accommodation) in the best location. It was clean and everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room definitely could use refurbishing- there were marks on the walls and permanent stains on the curtains but I have no problem with that as long as the room is clean and it definitely was. I loved being in the center of everything, lots of restaurants within 15 minutes by foot and the hotel is located on a very quiet alley so the only problem I had with noise was the one night a guest (s) left a dog alone in the room above me and it cried/barked/howled for hours. Not the hotels fault and it didn’t ruin my stay. All other nights were very quiet.
As long as you accept that this is a two star with few amenities, you will get a clean room in an ideal location for a very good rate.

Perfect area so close to train station/metro and shopping/site seeing. A little noisy I’m sure I hear my next door neighbour snoring. Great decor however my room- you would not need to be sensitive to the meaning of the film theme in my room or you would never have slept especially if you have viewed these films. Ha ha. Great shop at back of hotel on Main Street for water/drinks snacks etc.

This is almost perfect place to stay in Valencia. It super close to the station and also very close to the main square and tourists attractions.
The staff was super welcoming. They have 24h reception. Also, they dealt with my non standard request very well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service! I can totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Valencia.

Good basic hotel in pedestrian street (very quiet) in very central Valencia, a great location for sightseeing or travel stop. It's a little bit \"theme park\" with cinema decoration, but not over the top. (Especially nice marble cutting on the stairs with an almost-completely hidden stained glass balustrade.) Our room had a nice little balcony looking on the pedistrian street. The air-conditioner was replaced with a portable unit, but we didn't need to use it. Free bottle of water, no fridge. Very many places to eat within a few minutes walk (try Los Toneles in C/ Riberes if you like tapas in the street). Estacion del Norte about 3 minutes walk and worth seeing for its fantastic art nouveau tiling, Plaza del Ayuntamiento about the same distance.

The hotel is in best location, location. inside Hotel is Tiny stairs, small elevator, good breakfast. We come from Barcelona by train and hotel 2 minutes from the train station.
If you wanna live in a right centre of Valencia it's the best hotel for the price.

Our family room looked exactly like at this picture. There one bedroom with king bed and bun twin for kids. Nice delicious breakfast. Central location of hotel, 5 min walk from metro station (we came from airport). there are lots of restaurant and cafe around, McDonald's and shopping stores. 15-20 min walk to Old Town, we bought walking local tour to get more information. It was nice. Area is safe around hotel and nice. Even we park a car for 15 min in front of hotel to upload our baggage in the morning at the check-out. Recommend this hotel.
