Location, location, location. Wonderful set up. Big comfy King Bed. Grocery shop next door like 50 feet away for your fresh baguettes, olives and freshly squeezed oranges you do yourself for 5 Euros. The patio is shared by 2 flats but no one was next to us so we went into the hallway to access the patio twice.

This was a clean and modern little flat in a very central area of town. I didn’t like that I couldn’t communicate with anyone from the property except through Whats App. There is no one on site to help you with anything or check you in. Coming from out of the country, I found this very frustrating. Even when I messaged on Whats App, they wouldn’t answer a basic question, like is there luggage storage. Just so you know, there are only two lockers for storage on site, but there is a luggage storage place you can pay for just two minutes away.

Had a wonderful stay at Voghe - would not hesitate to come back if we're back in Valencia. The location cannot be beat - so close to the old town and everything it offers. The bed was great, room was large, shower was amazing, and a fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to save a little $$ on meals.

I will say that one of our neighbours had a room full of bachelor party boys who were quite loud - you can hear everyone. But that was just the luck of the draw.

We were in Valencia for Las Fallas and Voghe Premium Flats were ideal. Spacious and well decorated, with everything that was needed for a short stay. Excellent location in central València with all amenities close by.
Would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to València.

Don’t expect good communication or empathy from the property. Trains were cancelled to go to Valencia because of the floods and they refused to respond to my calls/emails/messages regarding refunds. Had to get an expedia agent to call the property and they said they would offer to rebook but when I try to reach out there was no response. Horrible experience.. would not recommend

We had a great time at our Voghe apartment. The host was great and provided all the information we needed for a swift and easy check in.
The apartment was clean, well appointed, in a great location for exploring the city but in a quiet area - great for a good nights sleep.
We were also able to store our luggage after check out.
I would highly recommend this apartment.

This hotel is very close to the train station and in a very walkable area. You must check in with the hotel at the neighboring cafe where there is also breakfast available. There are 2 spots for luggage storage at the physical hotel, but if those are full you must pay for a locker storage around the block. This was a little bit difficult to do, but otherwise was no problem. The room was extremely spacious with a queen size bed, a couch that became a full size bed and a small table with chairs. With 4 people in the room we did not feel squished at all. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank You

I think this aparthotel is overpriced

I think the aparthotel was overpriced. I travel around world spend maybe around 300 night at year in hotels. So I can perfect know when a property have a price really high don’t offer a great value. For example this property don’t have free parking or any extra amenities pool or gym or laundry or complementary breakfast so deniftely need to recheck the price. The area look very nice but definitely the space is small specially for 4 people I total understand the American people we have higher expectation specially when we are travel to another countries. I can paid perfectly $300 at night but the property maybe real value is $200. Thanks

The apartment was fine. Great location, close to the centre with lots of supermarkets and a handful of bars and restaurants nearby. However the apartment we stayed in was not very soundproof so you can hear the people in the apartment above and you can hear the cleaners chatting in the corridor outside. Luckily I had my ear plugs. We didn't get a balcony or terrace with sun loungers as per the photo's either. There was no mirror or full height mirror in the apartment except a bathroom mirror. The sofa was abit grubby and dirty because it was made from a cream material. The code to be able to gain access to the apartment came quite late in relation to when we were landing. Maybe a few hours before which led to some anxiety. Other than that everything else was absolutely fine. The apartment was very close to the bus stop for the bus from the airport which was great for ease. All in all a good trip.

The property is beautiful and the code system is made us feel very secure in our flat. The location is 15mins walk away from the Old town and 15mins car ride away from the beach with worked perfectly for our itinerary.
The only downside is that certain areas of the floor were dirty and the cups and cutlery needed to be washed before use. We also ran out of shampoo, soap and toilet paper and wished more consideration was put into the fact that we were three people staying for three nights when calculating quantities.
Overall, we would stay again at this flat or othe Voghe properties.

This property is modern, spacious and very located to all the best sites in Valencia. Walking to from the apartment was a breeze. The only negative is that this is not a hotel and doesn’t have a front desk/ reception. Only communication is through WhatsApp or mobile. The apartment could use more basic amenities (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, a mirror located outside the bathroom etc). Overall a wonderful property well located in the heart of Valencia. I would stay again.

Amazing experience with family (2 kids and 2 adults). Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc).

Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away.

Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central.

Would highly recommend for families and couples.

The apartment is in a great location. Other than that, everything about the apartment is very basic. For our 4 nights of stay, they gave us 2 pods of coffee, 2 tiny vials of shampoo and gel. There’s no soap in the bathroom and zero supply in the kitchen. When I told the office that there were no supplies, I was told that there’s a supermarket nearby where I could buy my own supplies. We arrived very tired from a long trip and we couldn’t even wash our hands in the bathroom.
I had to follow up to get the entry code for the premises. They were supposed to contact me a few days before arrival. But no one did. I had to do the chasing to get the code.
No service provided. When I asked if they could order us a taxi to take us to the train station, they said they can only send a taxi if we are going to the airport. The reply to my What’s up sent in the morning was answered only in the late afternoon.

The property conditions are great, good setup and well kept. My only downside is that other properties of this type (not hotel rooms) also provide daily cleaning service, this one did not.

Additionally, at the time of arrival our train arrived way before the check-in time; and although it was clear they would provide early access if available, property management didn’t answer to my messages/calls about if the place was already available - and they could easily provide the option of luggage storage (they have that option advertised) or just answer “sorry, we really don’t have an option for you at this moment “

This was an excellent stay for us. The location was terrific, very close to many of the main attractions and sights, as well as metro and bus stops. The apartment was roomy and well maintained.

The kitchen allowed us to have some flexibility with our food needs. The sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked and the room needed more sheets, pillows and blankets, but overall a great place to stay.

I am fully disappointed by the described situation

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. And this was NOT that I expected for staying there with my family including 2 small children and paying enough expensive price for the room. I called to property two times but they didn’t pick up the phone. Then I sent written request to them via WhatsApp to change the room but they rejected to do this. I am fully disappointed by this situation.

Very nice apartment in a convenient location. The journey to and from the airport was very quick and easy via underground, as the station is 5 minutes walk away. We could walk to most of the places we wanted to visit and eat at without much effort (including a longer walk to the City of Arts and Sciences). Would consider staying again on a future visit.

The property itself was clean and equipped with essentials. However, there was a very strong smell of freshener in the downstairs hallway, which we think was to cover sewer smell from somewhere else.

The apartment looks modern and was comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower. The only negative for me was very low pillows on the bed, and no spares available to get more height. Fairly quiet at night, no noises coming in from outside - but we could hear upstairs neighbours moving furniture early in the morning, so walls may be on the thin side.

Communication was ok, we got everything we needed. However, receiving check in details was a bit last minute - left to the morning of our arrival, and only after we got in touch to ask. Also, we were told check out was at 11am, but our entry code gor deactivated before 10am and we got locked out. Had to buzz reception to get a new one, which luckily was quick and painless.

Whoever came up with this apartment idea is a genius. Nice apartments, comfortable, just wonderful. Anonymous use (never meet anyone.). I am from the Artic and the air conditioning is wonderful. Wish I could stay longer than one night. Location location, location. By the Train station close to the Main market and the old city destinations. Reasonable price. In my 2 week vacation in Spain, this was my favorite place and I stayed the least amount of time there.

A very good option for an apartment in the middle of Valencia. Do be aware though that the whole process is done electronically (over WhatsApp or similar) and if you are someone who wants hotel facilities (eg room service etc) there’s none of that. Personally only issue was a lack of a bag store. So just consider this while booking.

The apartment is in a great location, easy to get to the historic center and for several buslines. The apartment was stocked with what we needed. It was nice to have a washing machine available, but we struggled with how to use it! We managed and ended up wirh clean clothes! The washing machine is on the terrace. We had several questions upon arrival and received quick responses. Both beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again!

It is a very spacious flat and close to everything. We only stayed one night but we were able to sleep comfortably. The pull out couch is fine for the kids. The building does not have a parking. The train station is only 5 minutes away by a taxi or 15 minutes walk.

Big apartments in a great location

We had a studio apartment. It was really big, modern and extremely quiet and clean. We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up, and it was, so we ended up with two beds the size of King beds. The location of the apartments is brilliant, near the Hop on, Hop off tour which has a stop near the old Bull Ring, near the main train station and metro, near a church, near a supermarket and a 10 min walk to the central market and the Cathedral and St Nicholas churches. Would totally recommend. There isn't a reception, so you use codes to enter the building and apartment but you can contact with any questions via what's app.

It had stylish, contemporary decor, everything looked new, nice quiet apartment. We were able to walk to all the interesting places in the old city from there. Just be aware that there is no receptionist. Entry codes to the house and the apartment are provided electronically just before arrival via WhatsApp. Fortunately my friend had the app and received the message. I would not have received it otherwise or let them know that you want to receive messages via email. Also: there are only two lockers for luggage if you have time before check-in or after checkout, and they may be occupied. We asked them to let us know when the apartment was ready, and they did. Overall a great place to stay.
