The property is near the main market and in the heart of the city. However the walls are thin so you can hear neighbours arguing and walking past your bedroom window. The concierge service is so helpful and friendly. The laundry area may need some cleaning as the machines have a lot of mould. One time I was drying my towels and someone left a wet floor mob in it to dry as well. But overall good place.

Lovely building, very decent apartments, very friendly and helpful staff.

The only downside were that the beds are ROCK HARD and you only get 1 thin pillow each. That will suit some people but we found it. Very uncomfortable!

The property is ok, although the bathroom would require some work and the sink was really odd.
It would have been nicer to have a kettle in the room.
The staff was courteous.
The location was quite central, however quite noisy.
The most off-putting aspect was the amount of prostitutes and men outside the property for the entire day. That was really uncomfortable for our children.
I would take it into consideration if you're planning to visit as a family.

Bugs crawling all around room

1st room we went in, the toilet does not flash. We asked for another room. When my husband & recipetionist moved the matress to other room, our daughter saw dark red stain on bottom of matress looks like blood. We found bugs crawling around the room, look like bed bugs. There are no staffs after 6pm. We were really scared and helpless. So we had to book another hotel and ran away. This place refuse to refund us any money even though I paid extra for refundable options. DO NOT book this place!!!

Wonderful property, seems like a \"VRBO rental apartment building\"? Front desk has people there, very helpful folks. Not the greatest location, but not bad either - and, for the price, very happy with our decision to stay here. All the amenities we needed, very nice place!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on first floor. Very spacious and enough storage. Everything provided for our 5 day stay, except for a kettle! I would advise emptying the kitchen bin after a few days as given the heat, ants aim for leftover food.
The area was very convenient to get about Valencia either walking or by metro - same line as Airport.

Positives: Helpful staff, washing machines and dryers, bike hire on site, close to the Mercat Central, price competitive.

Negatives: quite noisy at times with a yapping dog down the street frequently barking and some other guest noises like shutting of doors and from adjacent apartment; one direction from the property (towards the north and northwest) a bit sketchy with hookers and dodgy looking guys - the other route in and out (towards the Santander branch) is fine.

I really loved staying at Flats Friends Soho Suites. We had 2 weeks in Valencia and the apartment was perfect for my family. We absolutely loved the area, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was a water leak in one room that didn't get dealt with during our stay but it was just a minor issue. I would definitely come back if I was in Valencia again.

The building and apartment were just perfect and I want to highlight the great wifi since I was working and had to take several video conference calls and the quality was flawless! Location is also very good, in the quiet part of the old town but right next to a prostitution hub which didn't make it safe if you're with a family or on your own. Also, there could be more toiletries and coffee in your room instead of having to get it from a jar at the lobby.

Great location, good sized apartment

could not fault the location right behind the Mercat central. staff were friendly but a couple of things were missed - I asked for another duvet as the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. We also got stuck with 2 small children waiting for a taxi in the rain. I called the hotel and they promised to send me a WhatsApp with the bus stop we needed but that never materialised. also there was no kettle so had to boil water for tea. plus sides - great location and guy on desk was helpful and seemed to speak more English than the lady. Helped us find the metro and the science museum.

Valencia Old City Apartment Review

The location was absolutely perfect! Our host was great, he had to \"guide\" us to the location during the last night of the Fire Festival and all the streets were closed off. He was very patient and met us on the street to show us exactly where the apartment was since it's a small street off the main avenue. The apartment was very clean, a little bit sparse. The beds were okay. We were located right in the Old City and walked everywhere! The Central Market was 5 minutes away - that was a treat - so much to eat and choose from! Parking was in a garage a couple blocks away, not very expensive for two days.

Great location.

Check in was straight forward and efficient. Return airport transfers booked by the staff were on time. The location is perfect for exploring beautiful Valencia. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for our 4 night stay.
The incessant dragging of furniture by other inconsiderate residents, day and night, was so annoying. Definitely not Flats Friends fault but maybe a brief about not doing this can be included into the check in process or felt pads put onto the chair legs?
All in all a fab little apartment, great for a short stay with lovely, helpful staff.

Reception people were lovely and really helpful. Flat was also really clean and good room sizes. Location was also good however was a little scary walking in the night as away from main roads. Was a little noisy too as could hear group of people next to us but overall a great stay for two nights.

We have nothing good to say about this stay. Overall it was a bad experience in every aspect. Rude and not helpful front desk. Wrong and misleading check-in instructions, ours was late night check-in(which was informed in advance) and we provided with wrong floor and apartment number we had a tough time sorting out our check-in. They had onsite parking which can be accessed only when the reception is open for 6 hours in day. Room and kitchen items was not clean, TV was not functional and hot water was not available in shower. Highly not recommended for even a shorter stay

Good location with good transport links and attractions close by. Apartment had an ill fitted shower that flooded with every use which was very frustrating. Upkeep of apartment wasn’t great, needed a fresh coat of paint and you could see that the shower leak was an on-going issue as the skirting and walls were peeling from water damage.

We had to check-in late and the instructions that were given were very clear - great communication. We managed to find our keys and park our car in the garage smoothly. The apartment was clean but the kitchen could use a little bit of cleaning as some of the pots and pans were a little dirty. In general, we enjoyed our stay - many sockets available and great location.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Passing on advice and information about the local area. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which really was home from home. From lots of towels to comfortable furniture, kitchen utilities and very clean and modern. We highly recommend staying at Flats Friends Soho. Car parking is easy and situated next door via a car elevator. Without a doubt 10 out of 10.

- Given room on ground floor, and you could hear EVERYTHING outside the building/upstairs/in the hallway. Woke up many times because of the noise

The apartment is clean and spacious and the location is excellent, close to everything you need, grocery stores, restaurants, bus, metro, etc. The only complaint is that the laundry room is just next to our apartment (separated only by a wall) and there were guests still using the washing machine and drier 2-3 o' clock in the morning! It could be quite noisy. The hotel is, however, located in a very quiet neighbourhood, so it is very quiet if no one uses laundry room after midnight.

Not exactly a place to rest

This place is let down by several things:
- The immediate area is still being regenerated...not the prettiest.
- Even though it's new, the soundproofing is pretty poor and you can hear footsteps, voices etc.
- It attracts a young crowd in groups that come to party and often do not respect others' rest.
- There is no 24h reception/concierge so none of these issues gets addressed on the spot...you have to complain the day after...so the offenders may have left by then.

The place has been running for 1 year, so hopefully they will address these issues soon. Otherwise the price is reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful (when they are there), and location is good. I will however not be returning.

Beautiful hotel apartments with lots of space.

I loved staying at the Flats Friends Soho Suites. The facility is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Emma was my favorite. She was so helpful and warm. I loved the room. The windows open so you get fresh air. The kitchen is huge and the bedroom and bathrooom are modern. I would definitely stay here again !

The rooms were in an ideal location, very clean and spacious and the staff were great.

The market is just around the corner and is amazing.

However you heard everything from other rooms, with yapping dogs and other guests keeping us awake.

A nearby bar also had prostitutes and their clients outside 24/7. While that wasn’t the fault of the rooms, it was off putting

Very nice modern apartment, and very helpful receptionist, very clean apart from one of the bathrooms which had a very unpleasant smell. We reported and despite some attention it did not rectify and we were unable to use that room during our stay. Luckily there were 2 bathrooms.

Also although the apartment is located very near to Central Market & Cathedral in a renovated modern building and it looks as though the rest of neighbourhood has lots of renovation still going on there was a very seedy street just to left of apartment, Although no one approached us it could leave some people intimidated.

Personale super disponibile in tutto e location perfetta per muoversi ovunque. Unica pecca lo scarico del lavandino della cucina che ahimè non sono riusciti a sistemare e che purtroppo si riempiva per poi svuotarsi molto molto lentamente. Il bagno infine non rispecchia lo stato del resto dell’appartamento e onestamente andrebbe un attimo sistemato.
Per il resto il soggiorno è stato perfetto e piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista.

La cosa che ci è piaciuta è che qualsiasi cosa hai bisogno per cucinare ( sale, olio, zucchero , caffè , ecc ) lo trovi gratuitamente nella hall
Inoltre trovi lavanderia a disposizione con lavatrici e asciugatrici e ovviamente detersivi e anche un distributore per bevande e caffè
Super consigliato !

COSA CI È PIACIUTO: 1)la struttura di per se è abbastanza gradevole, alla reception ci hanno accolti con gentilezza. Il personale molto disponibile... 2)c'è la possibilità di depositare i bagagli in attesa della stanza; 3)le camere ben tenute e riscaldate..su questo NULLA da eccepire. 4) A 100 m dal mercato CENTRAL e dal centro; 5) la metro (L3 o L5) dall'Aeroporto arriva alla fermata Angel Aguimera (600 m dall albergo); 6) supermercato Dialprix conveniente e molto vicino per utilizzare la cucina. COSA NON CI È PIACIUTO: 1)appena varcata la porta dell' albergo, a destra sono presenti prostitute (diverse di notte) con altri uomini che presidiano gli angoli...Uscire e soprattutto rientrare la sera anche verso le 2130 ci metteva a disagio e ci dava timore soprattutto con un bambino piccolo.. presente polizia in giro; 2) edificio ubicato a stretto contatto con altri edifici. 3) Non è elegante chiedere agli ospiti che lasciano l'albergo di buttare la spazzatura. Questa è una recensione obiettiva su quello che abbiamo vissuto.

Tolle Lage, nur nicht die Nachbarschaft.

Grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung.
Die Lage ist super…Tagsüber… Nachts gibt es ein Problem mit der Nachbarschaft. Einer der Strassen kann man „Frauen der Nacht“ sehen. Zum Glück gibt es viel Polizei Kontrolle.
Ohne das Problem mit einer dieser „Frauen“… hätte alles super gewesen.

Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr zentral. Leider gab es im Gebäude andere Mitbewohner ( meist junge) die einen riesen keach machten. Das Gebäude ist hellhörig. Hab mit ohrstöpsen aber sehr gut geschlafen. Sonst wohnumg topp. Würde icv nochmals buchen.

Les appartements ne sont pas insonorisés. Ni en dessous, dessus, ni sur les côtés. Nous entendons absolument tout entre les appartements.
A côté de cela, l’immeuble est propre et les appartements biens équipés. Le personnel est sympa et agréable. La question de l’isolation est le vrai point noir.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, modern und sauber (wirkte alles ziemlich neu bzw. gepflegt). Die Gegend war nicht so einladend (Straßenprostitution vor der Tür!). Auch die Nachbarschaft sehr laut und hat uns in der Nacht erheblich gestört.
Ansonsten sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Mercat Central, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Tanta attenzione e cura verso il cliente.. zona molto centrale ( un pò rumorosa nonostante internata ) struttura pulita luminosa e ben arredata. Peccato solo per la strada adiacente l'appartamento piena di prostitute già dalle prime ore del giorno.

gli appartamenti sono in ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico. Le condizioni in linea di massima sono buone, peccato la pulizia e l'insonorizzazione. il personale della reception è veramente disponibile.

Appartamenti spaziosi e dotati di tutto. Praticamente in centro a meno di 100 m dal mercato centrale e dalla città vecchia.
Lo consogllio anche per chi, come noi, viaggia con bambini.

Appartement tres bien situés mais très écho tres peu insonoriser. Nos nuits fût troublé par des voisins turbulent. Pres du marché publique et parc .
