The hotel is truly beautiful, especially the gardens — they’re absolutely stunning. This place holds a very special meaning for me, as it's where I proposed to my wife, where we got married, and now returned to celebrate our 10th anniversary.
That’s why it was so disappointing to see that the hotel didn’t seem to care about the occasion at all. They offered to “decorate” the room with a couple of towels and a bottle of wine for $100, which felt more like an upsell than a gesture. I wasn’t expecting anything for free, just a small thoughtful detail to make the stay feel special.
In every other hotel where I’ve celebrated a honeymoon or anniversary, I’ve always been made to feel appreciated — here, it honestly felt like they didn’t care. Even during checkout, no one asked how our stay was, so I didn’t get the chance to mention that the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working.
It’s a shame, because the place is beautiful, but the lack of warmth and attention really affected the experience.

El hotel no cuenta realmente con 3 albercas como lo marca la publicacion , 1 es un chapoteadero para niños, solo tiene 1 mt de profundidad y es la más grande. Los sábados y domingos solo hay buffet de desayuno con un costo bastante elevado, la comida no está buena. Adicional pedí una habitación con terraza para poder disfrutar los jardines y nos tocó una habitación arriba justo del restaurante. No recomendaría este hotel. Adicional nos encontramos varias cucarachas alrededor de la alberca con jacuzzi

Of all the places that I have traveled and stayed the Hosteria Las Quintas is one that I would highly recommend. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend that you add a some chairs in the sitting area that we had and an extra chair in the room. Loved our suite and the outside sitting area. Congratulations on the conferences you are hosting we were there during our stay.

The problem is that in reality the hotel doesn't offer what expedia says. I booked a double king bedroom. No such room exists in that hotel. In reality are two double beds, with a concrete base that makes it impossible to put the beds together. I have a 4 year old daughter and a year old baby that required a king bed. In the pictures they show a kids area, that doesn't exist anymore. They also say rooms are sound proof which they are not. Sadly my baby woke up and cried at 1AM, and the management sent and angry dude to try to quiet us down, since 2 other rooms complained.
Also, everyone asks for tips, even room cleaning staff, which is not common for any other hotel, specially in its tier. Cloration of the hot pool must not be good as my children came back with a tummy and ear infection. Finally, almost all the staff seems grumpy and maybe poorly paid.

Property is in a great location and the grounds were beautifully kept. Grocery store is accross the street and can retrieve MEX currency from the ATM machines. Uber was simple to get around. Our favorite resturant for breakfast was only 2 blocks down the road called Pueblo Mágico Restaurante.

This little piece of property really opens up big when you step in from off the street. You’re greeted by friendly staff at the service counter and a concierge is present to take your bags to your room. The grounds and the rooms are well maintained and great care has been taken to ensure that you forget about what is outside the walls of the hotel. Our room has a great view, and the restaurant has okay food. An issue that I found, however, was that we were asked how much of a trip we wanted to provide rather than give us the option to leave a tip based on the services provided. This led to a very uncomfortable moment because we decided in the moment to leave a tip in cash on the table. After the looks of disapproval from the woman who finished our bill, we left. Remember that tips are not compulsory, and the service provided want above and beyond that would make me want to provide more.

We arrived there late in the evening and it was very pretty. The place looked like a garden and was very clean. The reason I am giving 3 starts is because we did not have hot water in the shower. We reported it and we got hot water until the next morning. Also we are vegetarian and their restaurant did not have anything for us to eat except a \"cheese pizza\". We had to go away to find food we could have.

My experience at check-in was terrible. I booked at suite with a king bed and a terrace (suite king terrace) but the hotel tried to give me a small, dark standard King room. I was suspicious when the paperwork the gentleman at the check-in desk gave me to sign said \"King terrace room,\" not \"Suite king terrace\", but he reassured me it was a suite, which it was not. I returned to the front desk, asked for the manager, and a nice lady came saying the manager was out but she would help me. She tried to tell me the room is not meant to be like shown in the pictures at booking, but I replied I fully understood that but the SIZE of the room and its overall amenities must match what was booked. She took me to another room that, while still not matching the size and amenities, was much larger and nicer than the one they tried to \"sell\" me, and she said it was the last one they had, so I took it. In the Expedia website, the terrace suite king shows at 377sq ft (35sq meters), but the first room they tried to give me was barely 250 sq ft (23sq meters), measuring with the iPhone \"Measure\" app. The room I took measured at about 320 sq ft (30sq meters), so still much smaller and less amenities than shown in the pictures, but I kept it because it was late in the day and I was there for a family event. I was mostly bothered by the evident lack of honesty of the gentleman that check me in after I asked him directly if the first room he was sending me to was what I had booked.

I have stayed in this place twice, and everything has been great so far. The staff are always helpful and friendly, the gardens are amazing, pools are nice and the food is great. I absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Additionally, the restaurant is beautiful and the waiters are amazing! I would rate with 10 stars if I could.

Sound travels everywhere in the buildings. From your room you can hear everything in the hallways and adjacent rooms. There was a party next door, called reception several times and they wouldn’t stop it. They had a karaoke machine in there ffs.
The pool is very small and water temp was chilly. The gym is terrible, one half working treadmill.
