We really enjoyed this hotel — the location and the staff were excellent. The only thing that could be improved is having more space or closets in the rooms to store clothes and luggage. The rooms are small but comfortable.

If you’re going to the beach, the reception provides umbrellas, large towels, and beach games to take with you. The hotel is close to the Valencia City Hall, El Corte Inglés, and other shopping stores.

Very warm service

The front desk, I'm not certain if her name is Ines B, but if it is her, she's warm in her welcome. And she even noticed that it was my birthday on the day of check in and very very sweetly left a present of Valencia flavors in the room with housekeeping. We are happy with the room and its location. The bed is not the comfortable. There's also no air-conditioning in Feb, so be prepared to let some cool air in from the balcony. It's not super noisy at our level 2 from ground. Shower room is nice with amenities.

The Perfect Hotel

AMAZING stayed just for one night for east transport to airport from Denia. Upon arrival was greeted right away the lobby smells fresh and clean. The check-in was quick and the staff was so friendly.

The rooms are perfect size, modern luxe and comes with converter charger for phones, etc.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants and felt rather safe, plus hotel gives security code for on premise access.

Hotel is in very central location. All major old town sites are can be reached by foot. Rooms are very small, suitable for a short stay. Rooms are quiet despite central location. It takes about 30 min by bus #31 to get to the port/ beach.

The moment we walked into Oliveira Rooms and we were greeted by friendly reception staff, we knew we would have a good stay. We had a ‘biggy room’ which slept 6 but was perfect for our family of 4. It was spotless, had a mezzanine sleeping area with a terrace & excellent A/C which was an absolute must in August. Reception leant us complimentary towels & umbrellas for our trip to the beach, which was a lovely touch. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone should they visit Valencia.
PS, the restaurant underneath the hotel (not related to it in any way) was also excellent- the tasting menu was 30Euros and delicious

Oliveira Rooms Rock!

We loved our stay in Valencia! Oliveira Rooms is a small boutique hotel in the center of the city but off the main street so it is quiet and peaceful. Our room had a small balcony, comfortable large bed, and a lovely modern bathroom. Everything was clean and we had decent space for our belongings and to move around even though we chose the smallest room. We even had a fridge which we appreciated. The front desk staff was always very kind and helpful. The room was just steps to all the major sites and we felt very safe in the area.

The hotel was very stylish and the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful, and great English (I also heard them switching to different languages for other guests).

The rooms that we saw are small though, so take that into consideration if you like a lot of space. On our first night the bar downstairs was playing loud music (but not on subsequent nights).

The location was great for shopping, eating out, markets and the old town, with great public transport links to other places such as the arts and science park.

I would happily stay here again.

This was a perfect location for our stay. Staff was lovely and professional. They reserved a taxi for my departure and had a converter for us to borrow. Clean, comfortable room, close to everything but still véry intimate and quiet. We would recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. I was greeted with a nice bottle of vermut and crisps. I received complimentary water every day which was something that I valued.
The hotel has recently been refurbished and is stunning. Location is great and pretty crntral. For a solo trip the room size are fine but for a couple not sure. However hotel has all you need for a nice vacation! I highly recommend it

I booked two nights for Las Fallas climax. Location was great so close to the main square. I read reviews saying room was small, anyone been to London now that's small. My double room was a decent size, good private bathroom. Only point I would say is that the shower doors did not close together so water went outside the shower. I had a lovely little balcony. So many toiletries, definitely not stingy. Without breakfast I had to go and look for my own as the restaurant next door didn't open until later. Hopefully will stay there again at a more reasonable non festival price in future.

Absolutely amazing location, close to all attraction, shopping and bars and restaurants also very good public transport links, Metro is only 4 mins walk
Very clean and done up room and good shower , no closet and very small rooms
Service is great . Helpful and friendly
I suggest if you looking for transfers use their service as it’s cheaper from the airport it’s €20 for upto 4 people ( Taxi ) and back to the airport is €15

Loved out stay at Lotelito! First time in Valencia, and so glad we picked this hotel. Centrally located to the Ciutat Vella (Old Town) and Ruzafa areas—less than 10 min walk to the Central Market! The market is a can’t miss. We had breakfast there every day! The room was a quadruple with an American size queen bed (my English MIL informed me English queen beds are smaller) and queen size sofa bed. Perfect for my husband and I, and my MIL. The beds were so comfortable! Excellent after a long day of walking. We had a kitchenettte with a glass top stove, refrigerator freezer and microwave, and double stainless steel sinks. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d want to make a simple meal: pots pans plates bowls silverware toaster kettle coffee machine and more that I probably didn’t see because we didn’t use it much. A nice separate table made the room feel bigger. Bathroom and showered were great! Reception was so helpful and friendly as well. Was also very easy to order a taxi for anything including the airport. Would recommend everyone visiting Valencia to stay at Lotelito!

We booked Lotelito but due to Covid-19 it is currently closed, but the hotel administration relocate d us at no extra cost to a really nice apartment hotel very close to the hotel's location. The room was very clean, modern and with the right space, and the location is great. Would definitely stay here again when going to Valencia.

Friendly staff, modern, well supplied. Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to almost everything! The only downside was noise from the bar / restaurants below. If staying in one of the rooms right above (we were in 108) it made sleep a challenge as it was loud at night and started to wake a bit early.

very well located, just few minutes walking distance from the train station and metro. City center and Ciudad vela right next to it. I was traveling with my mom and asked for changing my room and they did it immediately for a disabled accessible room which was more comfortable for her. The check-in was easy and kind. Also, discounts for taxis to the airport if you reseve them on-site

The hotel is centrally located, easy walking to everything (metro, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants etc.) The rooms are small but nicely designed, good clothes-hanging space -they could use some shelves or drawers for folded clothes. The hotel is very attractive, very clean, staff very helpful -and there's a nice restaurant downstairs. I'd stay there again.

Stay in the smallest room in Spain! Not so bad

Staff was helpful, everything seemed clean, but it was difficult to park in the area, and the bathroom sort of stank -- but that's just the poor sewer systems in Spain -- so many places have that same bad bathroom smell. Comfortable bed and a strong AC. But also THE SMALLEST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! Even little windows. Almost seemed like a room for children. But it wasn't even bad -- more of a silly experience. It reminded me of those micro rooms you hear about in Japan. Strangely though, the bathroom was decently spacious. Might not stay again, but I would recommend just for the comical experience of staying in the smallest room in Spain!

This hotel is in a central location and it's easy to get around to the major tourist attractions. The rooms are very small so opening the balcony door is a hassle, but nice once you get through it. Front Desk is not 24 hours so don't forget your key card if you're out late.

Shops 1 min opposite direction but in side street. 4adults in loft apartment, 2 double beds in long room with shower/toilet n kitchen at one end with microwave, hob, fridge, sink. All toiletries inc. toothbrushes/razor. Bus from no hard rock, 2 min walk to Oceanogràfic, fab beach also short taxi ride away. Would recommend for solo traveler also as hotel just off main road but not lonely area,

Good in overall but can be better

The hotel was fine in overall. The location cannot be better (all the places you might want to visit while staying in Valencia were only few minutes walk), and the guy at the front desk was responsive, kind and helpful. The only things I was not very satisfied with the hotel were the room cleaning service and the water (which is extremely weak in the shower and the shower cannot be relaxing and refreshing with that water!!). I stayed 6 nights and the towels and shower mat were replaced every night, but the water bottles and teabags (which are normally provided everyday if used) were not filled except for the first night I checked in. Also, the room was very dry and small so the blankets produced a lot of dust, but even after the room cleaning service, there still was lumps of dust rolling on the floor. (The room cleaning service definitely needs to be proved)

Great location! Near a metro stop. Tons of great shopping nearby, and many places to eat within walking distance. The central market is an easy walk away as well.

View from the balcony was nice! The room is small, but clean.

Reception desk is not 24 hours but they are very nice and a number to call outside of reception hours is provided.
