Room is clean， location is also good. However it is extremely unfriendly for driving. If you drive there, be aware you can’t reach the hotel because the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. We drove to about 100m away from the hotel with google map. But took us 2 hours to actually get to the hotel. Also parking is about 200m away. So if you have luggage’s like us, you will need to drag you luggages all the way to garage as you can’t take your car to the hotel to load the luggages. Lots of efforts and very frustrating. The hotel should have mentioned in the description. At least give instructions in the check in section.

because we were Expedia customers, they put us in a lesser category room. I had paid for a premium upgrade and was put in adjoining room with somebody with only a single door between us. We could hear every sound they make, and they could hear every sound that we made.
The hotel first told us that they were completely full when I complained about being an adjoining room made for families or four people traveling together. The poor lady next to us was sick all night, long vomiting, which kept us awake finally, when I stated I was gonna give the hotel a bad review only then did they decide to move us to another room next-door that was completely empty

My boyfriend and I checked in very late because our Renfe took a longer ride than expected. Hotel Receptionist at midnight were very friendly and greeted us so kindly when we walked in. I already had great expectations to this hotel.
Definitely enjoyed our stay with a lovely view of the street. AC was not working at the time but we luckily stayed during some cool days, so we got lucky. We were able to open the balcony doors for the breeze to come in, so that helped too. Very clean room overall though.

The hotel’s location is perfect—right on the square and very close to many restaurants. The property is beautiful inside and out, but we had many issues. To start, there are only two elevators and one of them wasn’t working. The air conditioning in our room also didn’t work. I called the front desk to request a room change, and they told me it was a central problem they had been dealing with for several days. Their solution was to send a pedestal fan (photo attached). On two nights, the power went out in the early hours, so the fan turned off as well. On the second day, the TV lost its Wi-Fi connection and it took them half a day to restore it. A very nice hotel in a great location, but overall a poor experience. First and las time there.

We LOVED this location! Right in the heart of the action, with a bar connected and a restaurant too if you didn't feel like walking far. Our room was lovely, everything looked perfect and our room was cleaned each day by staff. We loved opening the window to hear the street noise below during our siestas! Only 15 min to the airport. Would highly recommend!

In this case, the pictures are much better than the reality. While the front of the hotel matches, what you would expect, the lobby furniture looks dated and used. However, my main complaint is with the room. Wow there is certainly nothing. Nice about it, I would say emphatically. It is the worst bed. I can remember sleeping on. It was rock hard… Almost ridiculously so. Very disappointed, as it’s hard to enjoy your vacation when you don’t have a good night sleep

We were offered the 8th or the 11th floor at check in and opted for the 11th, thinking about the views…..
That was the wrong decision as we were next to the gym and roof terrace.
It was really quiet until very late when some people decided they wanted to find the terrace and bounced around the corridors, shouting, whistling and even singing, seemingly oblivious to the fact that there are bedrooms on this floor too and that the gym was closed.
So my advice is to avoid the 11th floor!
Other than that, the hotel is lovely, the room clean and the staff at reception were really helpful and friendly.

This was a repeat stay for us, having had a wonderful experience last time we stayed at Melia Plaza. On this visit however, neither my husband or I could sleep due to an ongoing, loud, reverberating, wooshing noise coming from above. Sounded like it might have been due to an air conditioning unit on a rooftop or something of the sort. Hard to tell whether it stemmed from the poroperty or a neighboring building, but either way we could not sleep as a direct result. The hotel staff attempted to be accommodating and did move us to another room

Once we walked into to our room, we notice a an odd smell. Shortly after, we noticed that the air-conditioning did not work. And it was extremely warm in the room. we mentioned this to the front desk to a gentleman who had green eyes and platinum/grey hair (not Raul) and he seen bothered that we even approached him about the situation. The next day, when checking out the same gentleman helped a couple that was standing in line behind us. A couple behind us even mention that we were first in line to check out and he proceeded to say that it was OK that he would help them first.
Overall, the property is very clean and in an overall good location! I would probably stay here again if it was my last resort given that the AC didn’t work in the room had a weird smell

Superb central position ideal for sightseeing, the hotel is comfortable and the public spaces are well-patronised. Our room was spacious with lots of storage, the shower was excellent and the coffee machine worked well. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice of hot and cold food, the coffee was good and the staff were cheerful and helpful. When the hotel was full the breakfast room got crowded at popular times.

The hostel has an easy, laidback atmosphere with warm and helpful staff on hand to help steer you towards the best beaches, bars, sights and sounds of Valencia. If a lazy day indoors is what you need then feel free to lay around in the lounge, watch a movie or just cook up a batch of whatever you're craving in our fully-equipped kitchen.
