Everything was excellent. However, we were charged for our stay even though we had prepaid. When we were refunded the currency exchange was different and we lost money. We should not be out money because of their mistake. Unfortunate since it was a nice stay.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were issues with the water temperature one morning and the next morning the shower turned on and dripped loudly the next. The pool area could use more seats and our small patio could have used a couple of chairs and small table. Overall a good value for the price.

If you want to be in the center of old Seville this lovely property fits the bill. Close to the central market and other attractions and less than a mile from the station. Rooms were well appointed and modern, the roof deck plunge pool was refreshing and the staff were so helpful.

Great little hotel in the heart of old town! Can walk to all kind of restaurants and shops (Central Market is a minute away). Big rooms, clean and comfortable, although bathroom was a little dark. Incredibly gracious and helpful English-speaking staff. Highly recommend.

It is a basic hotel room with everything you need. Nice big shower and separate toilet. The shower is glass and is directly in room so perhaps not a great choice if your not travelling with a partner. We didnt use the pool, it is small and there are only a few chairs available which were all occupied when we were there. Breakfast is very simple but has everything you need except coffee..only a nespresso machine.

Hotel is in a great location to explore the wonderful city of Valencia, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is decent, with enough variety to satisfy for a few days stay, hotel is clean, with quirky, contemporary feel to it.

Alex at the front desk was amazing! He was incredibly friendly with many recommendations. The first night we had no air conditioning in one of our rooms and had to double up. Alex immediately refunded the room. The hotel was in a good location. Pool very small and needed reservations to use.

Thank you to Preston at Reception for all your top recommendations. Very helpful! The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to most sights and lots of restaurants and cafes. Slightly poor lighting in the room and strange arrangement of the basin and shower but very clean, spacious and pretty quiet. Would recommend.

Great location and great service

All the desk people were so kind and helpful! We had an issue with the air conditioning, which was the only negative but they tried many times to fix the problem, then upgraded us to a better room with good air conditioning. And the location was close to the train station and all the wonderful architecture of Valencia.

This is a great hotel option if you want to be close to many interesting attractions in the city including the market, the botanical gardens and more; even the arts & sciences complex is a pleasant 45-minute walk away.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay, and gave good recommendations for places to eat. We also dined at the restaurant Karak, which is beside the hotel, and it was an amazing experience.

Misrepresented

Hotel was misrepresented online. The pool and outdoor terrace are the reason we booked the hotel and both were closed and under construction. Additionally, the restaurant in the photos is not welcoming to tourists. Recommend staying elsewhere for the cost.

Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. Ceiling mural was lovely. All toiletries provided. Cleanliness was maintained daily.

All reception staff were polite, friendly and very helful.

The outlook of the hotel wasn't great but the location was perfect for access to the old town and was a short walk from the metro.

Three Night Leisure break

The hotel feels clean and comfortable, and ideally situated a short walk from most major tourist sites,
It was a two minute stroll from the central market .
We didn’t include breakfast based on previous reviews, I think it was okay, but nothing hot. Plenty of local Cafes and bakers around.

Very disappointing hotel for the price. Location is fantastic, but the beds are really unsupportive and thus uncomfortable and our bed for two people was two singles pushed together, which kept rolling away from each other. The shower is huge but the draining is poor so you end up showering in an inch of water , which is not pleasant. The pool is very small and the receptionist insisted we had to book and could only book for an hour even though at noon on a Monday, it was absolutely dead. The other One Shot hotel was much much better.

Lovely hotel

A modern, clean well located hotel in the historic area of Valencia. Hotel staff were very helpful. Small pool area on roof which you have to book to use. No coffee/tea making facilities which we missed. Air con great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

You can’t even stop to unload bags for check in ! Absolutely not for people traveling by car! Room was small but nice , breakfast was terrible ( no hot items) Very limited! Wouldn’t recommend!

Wonderful hotel, great location right in the centre of Valencia. Lovely room, clean and tidy. Used the pool a few times and that’s a lovely addition to the hotel. Didn’t take the breakfasts at the hotel as we were so close to the many local cafes. Staff are very friendly and helpful and could not have helped us more. When we come back, we’ll be staying here again.

Awful ‘bathroom’ layout

We were charged an extra €30 to ‘upgrade’ so as to guarantee twin beds! Feels like a scam. The bathroom layout is awful - the toilet, shower and sink are in different rooms! You can see in to the shower when someone else is showering then when you’ve finished and you want to dry off you step directly in to the bedroom from the shower before walking across the room to get to the sink which is also in the bedroom. Ridiculous layout, what’s wrong with a bathroom?!

Great hotel in central location, can walk to most landmarks in the city. The hotel itself was very clean and service was of an excellent standard. Room had everything needed, apart from a kettle, which they can give you at reception anyway. The lady on reception, Saray, was extremely helpful and made our stay so much nicer. Would 100% book again

The only downside is there is no parking at the hotel and guests have to find a car park with the special rates for the guests at the hotel which as a stranger to the city was not easy. It still cost 30 euros for 2 nights!

Beautiful room...excellent service by Andrea and Saray (with a special thank you to Jessica for resolving our issue with the hotel stay).

The only unfortunate issue is that there is a corner supermarket next to the hotel and a truck arrives at 4am to unload groceries. Also during our stay there was garbage pickup outside the hotel at 3:30 am.

The room was very spacious, especially beautiful was the ceiling (see pic). One suggestion would be to have a coffee machine available in the room.

The hotel location is excellent with access to restaurants, sites, and shopping.

Again...thank you Andrea, Saray who worked at the front desk...two amazing ladies...and also to the Owner/Manager Jessica. So nice to see outstanding service still lives these days 😎.

The room is not what I booked nor paid for

We booked a standard room more than 1.5 months ago but was given a disabled room which shower area has no partition and water was weak. The bed was also smaller. Despite our expressed dissatisfaction, the change can only be made on day 2 and we have booked a total of 4 nights. The advice for travel by the reception was not as informative nor the best though she appeared to be helpful.

Nicely designed building and great position in the city centre. The staff were so helpful if we needed information or things like a plug adaptor or kettle. The pool is fantastic after a day wondering around and the terrace is really nice to relax on too. The room was very clean, air conditioned and nice layout. The only minor thing was that there was a stain on the ceiling where there had been a leak and the gutter always dripped on to the balcony so we couldn't use it. Otherwise Great!!

Stayed in a beautiful suite which was so spacious modern and clean. The bathroom is quite open which may be a problem for some people but we found it trendy. Nice patio just a shame there are no chairs. Good amenities but weren’t replaced daily. Amazingly comfy bed, slippers and robe.

Staff were great, very attentive and helpful always going above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Aperol in the sunshine!

Superb location just off central market and 5 minutes from cathedral. You cannot order drinks ,coffee etc from the hotel. There is someone on reception 24 hours for advice/help but that’s it. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel where I bought coffee for room and hotel gave us a kettle to use.
We didn’t have breakfast and at €14 didn’t look that impressive when you can have a sandwich, coffee and juice from around €6 to 7 in one of the many cafes.
We visited the beach area and there wasn’t much there, just the beach and a handful of restaurants, was soo pleased I chose central location, for us the best place to stay.
Took advantage of roof terrace,but, there are only 4 loungers!
Prices very reasonable, aperol €4.50 and in the sunshine!

We stayed here just for one night but found the hotel to be stylish and well located. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was actually the best breakfast we had over 2 weeks in Spain. I did not love how open the bathroom area was to the rest of the room, but no big deal for one night. We also thought we would be able to get a crib in our room, since we indicated we had an infant in our booking, but that was not the case since the cribs are not stored on site. The location is very convenient to all of the downtown area.

Fantastic hotel

I loved the location and loved the hotel. It is very new and the room was very comfortable and quiet. Great bed and pillows. The shower was great. The young women at the front desk could not have been friendlier and more helpful. They pulled out maps and gave recommendations (everything from bus connections to the best restaurants for paella, etc.). I loved being able to walk three minutes over to the Mercado Central to get fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, in the morning. The location is outstanding. One of my all-time favorite hotels.

Hotel was in central location but now views as rooms overlooking courtyard or narrow street. Nice terrace with pool on top but was closed as early season and did not seem to have privacy from nearby buildings. Room was good size and nice clean decor but with few small problems that I would not expect in a hotel that has been open for a year. Balcony door could not be open/closed properly and shower was getting blocked very easily.
Brakfast was disappointing as no variety, no orange juice and service was a bit disorganised.

This hotel was amazing! The staff are very helpful and always greet you in a lovely way. On our first night staying there we asked for recommendations for places to eat and the staff were more than accommodating in helping us find a nice place. The room was fantastic. We stayed on the top floor with the sun beaming into our room but we could cool down if needed. The location was amazing too with a short distance to local squares and shops. Would totally recommended this to other visitors to Valencia.

I stayed in the Jr Suite (room 208). The room was nice, maybe a little awkward was the little room as you enter the room, had a couch and is where the closet, suitecase stand and safe were. Felt a little cutoff from the main room. The free breakfast was a bit scanty. Not a lot of options...no cheese to go with the meat. Whole fruit, not precut. They do offer you coffee and eggs cooked to your liking.
