This is a full apartment, one bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Balconies overlooking the plaza in the heart of old town Valencia. Modern, clean and well appointed. No manager onsite. They will give you the access code to the building and to the apartment key. Apartment is in a pedestrian area. If driving, do not follow Google maps, it will send you into restricted pedestrian areas. Locate the nearest parking garage and walk from there, It will be about a 10 minute walk.

Went to Valencia during the festival of Falles. The hotel staff communicated prior to our trip to make sure we knew the celebrations would extend into the night. I really appreciated their clear communication. The room was more like an apartment (with a kitchen etc) than a hotel room. Easy walking distance to a lot of interesting attractions. Very English-friendly.

Loved the neighborhood, and this big quiet apartment. We were shocked at how great a location this was. Other than the construction noise during the day on the building next door it was extremely quiet. Well appointed, but a few imperfections. Huge bath tub, but small hot water tank, meant the baths never happened. Washing machine had no spin cycle, so we washed out clothes but squeezed out by hand and dried slowly over a few days. Few international TV channels. Basically the music channel. Clean, but the floor was a bit dusty and behind the toilet could use more attention. Despite these small annoyance we'd return and recommend.

We arrived during the last day of Las Fallas and our room was not yet ready. The staff in the office was very helpful however. I should also add that the office was initially hard to find. The room itself was an apartment and was very roomy. The furniture was a little tired but the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent being steps away from the market and within walking distance of most sights.

It was a wonderful 2 week stay in every aspect. Living Valencia provided very nice, comfortable accomodadations within easy walking distance of just about anything you wanted or needed to see. The Central Market is less than a block away, and there is a small express supermarket is just a little over a block away. Ten minute walk to the Cathedral, and more restaurants that you can imagine in any direction you choose to walk.
We considsidered other apartments and hotels, but we are so happy we settled on Living Valencia. It is locatwd in the heart of the city that has so much character.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - close to shops, restaurants, transport and all. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel downtown Valencia. I will return there for my next trip.

Nice location in Valencia
The Living Valencia is on a small square in a nice location in central Valencia. We were allowed to check in early, which was big help to us. Having an apartment with a kitchen was also an advantage. The only negative issues were that the sofa bed was not very comfortable (springs seemed damaged), the bathroom door did not fully shut, and the air conditioning was not very effective.

However, on our second night - our key cards stopped working so we could not enter our apartment. We ran the emergency 24 hour number..... and no one answered.... We rang 10 times....
there was nothing we could do, but we went to a hotel (luckily we found one at 1am!!) for the night.
When the office opened the following morning, they were very apologetic & offered to refund us the cost of our hotel. The person ‘on call’ did not answer the phone.
It was a difficult situation- Pablo in the office was very understanding and helpful.

Ok, so the apartment was basic, but the staff were brilliant. Everything was so close to hand, it made up for everything else.
So much to see and do. Walked over 60k in the week we were there. Didn’t get time to hire bikes! The old river walk is a must do, fascinating.

We had a wonderful time in Valencia. The city is beautiful, they were playing a world cup tennis match, Germany vs Spain so there were lots of people. Our apartment was quite large and comfortable with many amenities. Claudio met us even though we arrived on the weekend, very helpful and courteous. Do not miss walking by the beach and port.

Loved Valencia, and really pleased we stayed at Living Valencia Edificio Apartments. They were perfect for our requirements.
I would stay here again, and would certainly recommend them to anybody. Just one slight flaw, was the toilet cistern had an annoying leak, however I stress this did not affect our enjoyment of these apartments. For location they are perfect, 1 min from Central Market, and only 10 mins from Xativa Metro Station.

The place is hard to find, there is no signs that catch your eye, and it took us a while to find it, as gps kept running in circle. There is a lot of noice and commotion from the outside. There was a terrible smell coming from the outside, amost like a sewer. The hallway was very dark and creepy and the room was outdated.. the only good thing about this place was the staff, very nice and helpful! Not what I expected at all..

The apartment is in the perfect location to explore this beautiful city. Staff are friendly and helpful and can book tickets on your behalf for many attractions. The room was comfortable and well equipped for cooking food bought from the very close-by central market which is a must-see. Other top places to visit are the Bioparc (zoo) and the city of arts and sciences.

Ducted air conditioning was great and solid wooden shutters kept outside noise to a minimum.

Another major issue was the electric kept cutting out and the keycard wasnt reading our room keys which was highly frustrating.
Other than that the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and modern. I would definitely return but get your showers and electric fixed first. Thanks for a memorable stay

Comfort in Valencia Old Town
Excellent, well equipped apartment situated in a quiet square in old Valencia. Comfortable furniture & high quality fittings. Perfect location a quiet square yet just around the corner from the shops & restaurants of central Valencia. Added bonus was a bicycle hire shop (with very helpful owners) a few steps from the front entrance! Highly recommended.

Living the Valencia Fallas
Living Valencia were very prompt to reply to any queries I had before my trip and kindly arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport. The driver was great, very professional and gave us loads of great tips for our stay. We arrived late (23.00) and the driver got the key from a safe. The flat was clean, spacious and very comfy, perfectly located and much better than I expected. It is in easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants and plenty of buses at the town hall square. The building itself was quiet which is exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. WiFi was exceptionally good and the kitchen has all mod cons to cook (there's a kettle too), although there are so many restaurants around we didn't really use the kitchen. The staff were very professional and happy to help us with tourist tips, buses, keeping our luggage while we caught the last fireworks and a driver back. Valencia was beautiful and when I return I will definitely stay with Living Valencia again.

This well equipped apartment far exceeded our expectations for the price point and location. Not for the partying type, guests sign contracts to keep room clean and to not make excessive noise past a certain hour (11pm I think) or face penalty. Again, exactly what we had been looking for... Look forward to returning..

A pleasant surprise
The apartment was much more than we expected: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, living room and bathroom. Every room was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the excellent internet access. The apartment is located in the city center, making it a great starting point for sight-seeing and access to buses to reach attractions outside of the city center. We arrived and departed in the train station which was approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

A very clean and spacious apartment, excellently located in the city centre for our visit to Valencia. The only issue was a plumbing smell in the kitchen area, which was reported to the apartment operators.

Good value for your money. The location is a walking distance from many of the beautiful's city landmarks, there is an elevator and the apartment was clean and renovated :-) It was hard to find this very small street, so I recommend to have a printed version just in case and to \"learn\" the area in advance. The concierge is very nice and friendly! Feel free to ask for advice and quick explanation. Spanish people are very warm and friendly. Good and safe area.

Tom tom found the location without a problem. The accomodation has all you need, we ate out and their is a huge choice, many very reasonable. The only issue is that the sofa bad was not comfortable for our young adult daughter.

A pesar de estar en el centro, no hay mucho ruido. A destacar no hay servicio de recogida desde la estación de Joaquín Sorolla como indicabais solo desde el aeropuerto,aunque hay un bus gratuito que te deja en la estación del norte,muy cerca del alojamiento.

Lo que más nos gustó del apartamento fue la ubicación del mismo. Muy céntrico y próximo a los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. El apartamento 3 y 5 no cuentan con aire acondicionado centralizado como sí tienen el resto de los 6 aptos que tienen. Solamente tiene un aire de suelo que apenas climatiza la zona en la que estás haciendo insoportable la estancia, el descanso y el confort en plena ola de calor. La lavadora del apartamento 5 está hecho polvo el tambor y nos dimos cuenta cuando nuestra ropa salió completamente agujereada. Nos pidieron los tickets, algo que dudo que conserve el dueño de la ropa que se compra, todo ello para eludir responsabilidades. La limpieza es discutible porque el embellecedor de los azulejos del baño tiene dos dedos de polvo. Conforme pisas en el suelo notas que hay baldosas sueltas por todo el apartamento. Los balcones y persianas creo que no los han limpiado en meses y creo que con el tiempo me quedo corto. Este mismo apto 5 no dispone de cortinas, se cayeron o arrancaron y allí se quedaron al techo los restos de lo que era el soporte de la barra/agujeros del taladro.....un largo etcétera que no cabría en esta descripción

Dalle foto sembra tutto più nuovo e luccicante,non manca nulla eh, ma una rinfrescata ad elettrodomestici e bagno ci starebbe. Bello sarebbe avere un letto matrimoniale in camera e non due letti affiancati singoli, preparati come singoli, quindi si dorme vicini ma non sulle stesse coperte. Da rivedere gli scarichi della cucina perché emanavano cattivo odore e magari alla reception avere più info sulla città visto che chi arriva potrebbe non saperne niente..

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het is natuurlijk geen 4 of 5 sterren hotel, maar de ligging is perfect en tijdens een stedentrip ben je toch niet vaak in je appartement. Helaas verbleven wij in een appartement waar het behoorlijk stonk. Maar met de ramen open viel het op een gegeven moment wel mee. Het personeel was vriendelijk en als we om een andere kamer zouden hebben gevraagd was dat misschien wel mogelijk geweest. Al met al een aanrader, vanwege de goede locatie, prijs/kwaliteitverhouding en vriendelijke receptie. Verwacht niet teveel dan zul je ook niet teleurgesteld zijn.

L'appartamento è in centro, in una posizione comodissima per visitare la città e molto vicina sia alle fermate della metropolitana che alle fermate dei tram.
Noi abbiamo raggiunto ogni parte muovendoci a piedi (50 min circa per la Città della. Scienza e 50 per il Bioparco) passando per i giardini del Turja.
L'appartamento non è nuovissimo, ma è piuttosto grande. Direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo!

Appartamento di buone dimensioni, ottimamente distribuito negli spazi interni e completo di accessori! L'aria condizionata autonoma è utilissima: la città è umida e calda, e l'esposizione del palazzo è a favore del tramonto. Un capiente frigorifero permette di aver abbondanza di fluidi e cibi freschi. Il fornello a induzione è di semplice utilizzo. La cucina ospita anche una lavastoviglie e una lavatrice, anch'essa utilissima per permanenze di una certa durata. Nell'appartamento troverete stendibiancheria, asse da stiro, ferro da stiro, phon per i capelli, scaldabagno, stoviglie, pentole, bicchieri, posate, caffettiera... Tutto quel che può rendere ottimale la vacanza in un appartamento! Ma per utilizzare il tutto, dovrete fare una spesa immediata:non troverete neppure un goccio di detersivo per i piatti o per il bucato, di sapone per le mani, bagnoschiuma, e di strumenti per la pulizia quotidiana dell'appartamento, considerato il fatto che le pulizie avvengono solo prima del vostro arrivo, e alla vostra partenza... Anche il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola non è prevista, salvo che la permanenza si prolunghi oltre i 6 giorni... Non ci si sono asciugamani per la cucina né asciugapiatti. Molti spazi di appoggio e armadi capienti! L'ascensore garantisce comodità, ma solo dopo aver superato una dozzina di scalini che vi attendono all'ingresso. La comunicazione è difficile: le giovani all'accoglienza, non sono ineccepibili nel comprendere altre lingue, inglese compreso.

Reservamos para dos areas y al llegar solo nos habían separado una. Nos movieron a un apartamento que tenía el suelo sucio y en un toilet uno no se podía sentar porque la tapa estaba rota. La primera noche La electricidad se fue unas 6 veces en el apartamento pq tenía los contactos dañados. Nadie nos llamo según lo acordado para resolver la situación de lo que habíamos rentado, versus lo que nos dieron. Tampoco vinieron a resolver la situación de la electricidad ya que la segunda noche volvió a ocurrir.
El area localizado es céntrico. Dice tiene estacionamiento, pero no, hay que buscarlo como a unos 8 mins de distancia. Tampoco tenía aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Nuestra reserva fue realizada con 7 meses de anticipación.
