The rooms don't have their own bathrooms. They're in the hall. Buthe there are sinks in the rooms for most grooming needs. There is no food service in the hotel, but there are dozens of restaurants within a few blocks radius. There is a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. Ithink a microwave would have been helpful.

The Best thing about this property was the central city location and ease of getting transport between the Hotel and Valencia Airport . The worst thing was that the Room did not have a kettle , cups or basic cutlery which has never happened to me before on wherever i have stayed over my lifetime , on discussing this with other guests the lack of these seemed mainstream in all rooms

The front desk staff were frustratingly friendly. The wifi did not work and the A/C unit was on the fritz - it sounded like a baseball card in bicycle spokes. The last day there was no hot water. But the front desk staff were friendly and claimed no knowledge of the issues … the location was central though. Transferred to another hotel the last night which was profoundly better at a lower price. Would not recommend.

Starting with an ideal location(very central), good WiFi connection, good AC, and one friendly staff; aside from this we suggest to Avoid it!!
Starting with the main point this is a Hostel not a hotel.
*horrible smell of sewage all times at the main entrance (inside the immediate entrance as outside the smell is clear and fine).
*noise all day/night, 2am, 3am, 1pm, 4pm. We could hear people walking, banging the doors, showering, talking, and our room was the very last one by the wall. The noise came also from the staff themselves, “unaware” that guests were trying to rest, sleep or just get on enjoying a quiet time.
*we took a private room with its own shower, yet the bathroom is way too small, standing shower between a column and a shower head that kept falling, toilet sits also giving trouble not staying up.
*lack of proper pillows.
*tv only in Spanish, no news or movie channels we could enjoy(English).

Nightmare station

Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of checking in.
The room had rust all over the bathroom the hallway had paint cans left in it the wall across from my room had just been plastered and left unpainted and the smell of bleach was so strong my eyes were red and burning (you would think the room was clean from that it wasnt our sheets were also dirty) As if that wasnt bad enough. My boyfriend and I found the 2nd floor bathroom and the 1st floor bathroom were flooded. Water was literally streaming from the light fixture which was still on. For obvious health and safety reasons we left at 2 am and had to find another place to check in. We went back the next day to demand a refund becasue the # for the emergency line they had wasnt working. They refused our refund even though we were not staying there because they \"fixed\" the issue. Absoluetly disgusting.

Super friendly staff! The room was way nicer than a typical hostel. Only downside was some construction going on in the room next door while I was working from the room, but most people wouldn't have noticed. I will definitely seek these out to stay next time I'm in Spain.

There is an issue about closing the door with the card key that you have to keep in mind , other wise it will close with a big and loud slam .

A location, a cleanliness, a staff

Apart from a location that is close to a train station, it's seriously horrible. A room is incredibly small and there is no hanger to hang a coat or anything. A staff was pushy when I was going to book the room. The staff couldn't communicate in English language that much so a check in process was seriously slow. A bathroom and a toilet were filthy(I found someone's urine on a toilet at the very first time that I stepped in the toilet +_'+) . There were scratches all over a floor and a wall.

We had to call a number in order to enter the building for check in. I do not recall this being indicated on the Expedia page and we did not have a working cell phone for the country. After booking I had tried to contact the hostel without any response for a few minor things that I wanted information about.Luckily someone else needed to check in at the same time as us. Once the gentleman showed up we were provided with the code for the entry and our room key. We entered our private room with ensuite. We had requested 2 beds there was one and only one pillow The room had no window nor was the air conditioning working. The taps in the bathroom were not working. I got lucky and someone else who was coming in to the hostel had a working cell phone and I was able to call them to come over. On his arrival he was able to get the taps running and seemed very angry while doing all of this. He played with the remote for the A/C and eventually wandered away. He showed back up after a few minutes and was able to turn the unit on with the remote, assuming he changed the batteries. Once he left we began noticing that it was getting really cold in the room. We tried to adjust the temperature to again discover that the remote control was not a not actually functioning still. It was approximately 10 degrees in the room and there weren't any blankets, only 1 sheet. I've slept in an ice hotel that I was warmer in.

For the value. Price is right. You could do worse than this. Im on a double bed alone and room is spacious enough for one person. Not for two though. Room experience is not great but good place to sleep after a long day of doing tourism around the city. Hotel conditions are good. Juan at the lobby desk is supee friendly and helpful.

A small room without windows

We arrived at 8:40 pm. Nobody was at the reception, and the door was locked. We called, and after about 30 min somebody came. He spoke no English, gave us the key to the windowless room and a code for the front door, and left again.
The street, in front of Nord train station, is very unpleasant.

Stayed here for the moto gp weekend and found the room a bit over priced for what you actually get.
The room was however clean , tidy and comfortable .
Not enough credit can be given to the manager tho, he went to great lengths to help us and was such a pleasant guy. Nothing was to much. Thankyou Juan Marcos.

Great Location- super clean!

The hotel was just opening so new everything. I had a huge bed, fridge, WIFi and shared a bathroom although I never saw anyone as we were mostly all out seeing Valencia. The management were lovely and helpful and you can walk to the city centre and places of interest easily .If you are a bit tired or less mobile catch a taxi as no trip will be that long. If you have trouble with stairs ask for the ground floor as steps up to the other levels.

Pas d'étagères dans la salle de bain pour y mettre nos affaires personnelles
Wc sans espace devant donc obligé de se mettre en biais pour faire ses besoins
Présence de personnes qui squatte devant l'entrée de l'hôtel (suspicion d'activités illégales)

Vaatimaton, mutta edullinen.

Huone oli siisti ja puhdas. Muuten hyvä, mutta ikkunaton huone (nro 103).. Varatessani en huomannut tästä mainintaa. Huoneessa ei ollut vaatekomeroa eikä mitään mihin laittaa vaatteet. Hinta oli edullinen mutta odotin vähän enemmän.
Sijainti Valencia Nord aseman vieressä ja vanhan kaupungin laidalla oli erinomainen. Samoin liikenneyhteydet, metro ja bussit lähes kaikkialle kaupunkiin olivat ihan vieressä.
Henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta.

Chambre lugubre, pas de fenêtre, salle de bain pleine de poils et chevaux, pas d'eau chaude, du bruit et des cries de 23h a 7h que nous partions. Fuyez et demander au autorités de fermer cette établissement.

Al lado de la Estación del Norte, donde comienza el casco antiguo y se puede ir andando hasta la estación de AVE Joaquin Sorolla. Tienen consigna para equipajes y es muy limpio. Es una gran opción para una visita a la ciudad de 3 ó 4 días porque tiene muy buena ubicación y al lado tienes línea 10 para la Ciudad de las Ciencias y 7 a la playa.

No lo recomiendo eso es un cuchitril de mala muerte ,sucio ,viejo, ruiidoso,se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciones y para el estado en el q está es muy caro de precio por una noche ,jamás vuelvo.

For a night maybe fine, but that's about it.

The hotel is bad. My bed was dirty, the safe a rosty box, a lot broken and in bad conditions. The shower is extremely tiny if you are not a slim person don't go here. The only positive aspect was central location, the friendly guy at the reception plus the quick checkout by placing the card in a box.
I'd not come again. First and last stay for that high price of 83. That hotel should not cost more than 40.

Von außen ein altes Gebäude, auch innen bis zur Rezeption ... das Zimmer schlicht und einfach - gegenüber des Bahnhofs Xativa ... Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und für einen Aufenthalt zum Übernachten absolut ausreichend. Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab - wurde am nächsten Morgen sofort behoben. Nur am Abreisetag kaltes Wasser im Bad. Ansonsten für die Preise empfehlenswert.

Les : L'hotel est bien placé, proximité vieille ville et metro en provenance de l'aéroport. Autres points positifs, la literie et la pression de l'eau.
Les -: Celui-ci est bruyant (perceuses à 8h30 et 21h30, presences de jeunes qui discutent de chambre à chambre la porte ouverte, escalier très bruyant.....), pas du tout isolé phoniquement. La douche manque d'une porte (projection d'eau dans la SdB), pour utiliser les wc il faut être amputé des membres inférieurs, volet roulant très fatigué, le coffre fort de la chambre a sa façade qui a fondu telle une oeuvre de picasso, presences de moisisures aux murs, manque de prises electriques.
Pour résumer, l'hotel a bien besoin d'une cure de jouvence. Le quartier ressemble esthetiquement à celui de la Gare du Nord (Paris) en un peu moins cosmopolite et criminogene.

PARA NADA RECOMENDABLE, no es lo que aparece en las fotos, la habitación era súper pequeña, no tenía ventanas y tenía un baño compartido justo enfrente que olía fatal y apestaba toda la planta, en la recepcion (cuando estaban), no nos solucionaron absolutamente nada, estaba todo muy sucio y se escuchaba absolutamente todo.
Vergonzoso el engaño, con dos noches reservadas la segunda nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel porque daba bastante asco estar allí.

Está muy bien situado, es en el centro de Valencia. Hay estaciones de metro cerca y también paradas de taxi, así que el transporte es fácil. Tienes muchos restaurantes y bares cerca.

Logement bien placé, il est au centre de la ville de Valence. A proximité y a des stations de métro ainsi que des arrêts de taxi, donc c'est facile faire des déplacements. Il y a des restaurants et des bars à côté.

La llegada fue bien, solo q el día anterior envían un mensaje q no leen, luego, avisamos q llegaríamos muy temprano y necesitabamos guardar las maletas y hasta las 10 de la mañana no hubo nadie en recepción. Ese fue el único inconveniente.
Por lo demás muy bien todo, habitación de un tamaño aceptable, con baño pequeño dentro. Muy limpio todo y muy tranquilo. La ubicación es inmejorable puede ir andando a todos los sitios.

No habia nadie en recepcion y tuve que marcharme con el equipaje porque tampoco contestaban al teléfono y no sabía donde dejarlo y a que hora podría volverlo a recoger.
