This small, boutique hotel is lovely. Spotless. The location is PERFECT. the breakfast as great. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s simple, but great for the price. We had room 601 which has a wonderful terrace overlooking amazing Russafa.

The hotel is very convenient to both Valencia Estacio del Nord and Joaquin Sorolla, although the latter is a bit of a walk. Gabriel, the concierge, was an excellent guide to the city and provided some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. Rooms were spacious and clean, and made the vacation a lot smoother. Absolutely would stay again.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti in questo hotel in occasione della maratona di Valencia. La posizione è ottima, perchè è a metà strada dal centro di Valencia e dalla città delle arti e delle scienze (partenza della maratona).
Il quartiere è ricco di ristorantini e bar.
Il prezzo dell'hotel per questi 3 giorni era esagerato (350 euro a notte, colazione compresa).
Un prezzo onesto sarebbe al max di 100 euro a notte.
Le stanze sono molto piccole.
Noi abbiamo alloggiato al sesto ed ultimo piano e ci siamo trovati bene.

Colazione ottima.
Sino alle 22 c'è la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di caffè, the, acqua nella hall dell'hotel.

Tutto perfetto.
Come già detto, l'unico lato negativo è stato il prezzo, ma era nella media di tutti gli altri hotel di Valencia causa maratona (purtroppo!)

Comfortable hotel in a vibrant area of Valencia. A tad noisy in the evenings as there are bars nearby, but we didn’t mind. The only issue was our room’s airconditioning let us down so we had to keep the windows ajar for some of the time. Overall, a fantastic stay! Breakfast was amazing, not huge, but lots of healthy options. Staff friendly and attentive.

Friendly reception staff, good coffee machine in reception, and above all in an excellent location right in the heart of Ruzafa.
The room had an immensely overpowering smell of some sort of fragrance and the air con was ineffective and quite noisy, but as we were only there for one night it didn’t pose too much of a problem. Other than that the room was nice and clean with free bottles of water, which is always a nice tough, and a modern and well equipped bathroom.

Room was clean but really small so hard to move around with 2 people and luggage. Bed was too hard for me. Shower temperature fluctuated so had to be careful so you didn’t burn yourself. I will not be recommending this place! The description of amenities is inaccurate! I booked this place because it stated they had laundry facilities! They do not have laundry in the building only a laundry service that you have to book 24 hr in advance …. Please read the description and do better. Also the walls are so thin you can heard everything that is happening in the entire hallway of the floor. On our vacation we were woken up early morning to sounds of hammers and working, no warning or anything. Very inconsiderate for guests. Extremely tiny space, for the price they charge they should not be booking this room for 2 adults. It’s ridiculous …. Extremely uncomfortable. Will never book here again. I only gave one stars because cleanliness was ok, everything else was a huge disappointment. Staff are not helpful.

The front desk lady was very welcoming and nice. The room met our expectations. Little details make all the difference - bottles of water at arrival, free toiletries, fluffy and pristine towels.
Coffee available for free at the front desk until late.
Options of renting a bike.
Helpful advise on the surroundings.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the check-in throughout our stay to check out, fantastic experience! The concierge went out of their way to help us get a taxi and move our dinner reservation when we couldn't find a taxi on our own. Great location to everything! Highly recommend!

Great walkable location, and also convenient for finding taxis. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. I felt so welcomed! My first floor (not ground floor) room had a delightful balcony view of the street life below, and was clean and updated. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and beautifully presented.

48 Hours in Valencia - mixed feelings - staff service friendly & good throughout, breakfast excellent, shower just perfect. Negatives - my standard double felt a bit cramped, walls thin, so some neighbour noise from rooms and corridor. Warm days, not feeling 100% on departure after regular use of AC (worked well) to stay cool. The area is attractive, off the main drive so traffic noise limited.

Ear plugs work wonders. I enjoyed my stay at the Petit Palace. Please be advised that the hotel is located in the Ruzafa neighborhood of Valencia which becomes a party place to go and enjoy the festivities during \"Las Fallas de Valencia\" spring festival in March. And, that is awesome since you are surrounded by the party dynamics. Other than keeping that one detail in mind when I booked my room, I slept like a baby past midnight because ear plugs worked wonders. ZZZzz zzz zz zzzz.

Everything was fine with the room, but the noises in the hall made sleeping and rest hard. If it wasn’t the family with the kids, then it was the Italian couple. and when the other guests were finally quiet, then was the cleaning service started with opening and closing of doors and banging around. I miss those double doors we used to see in hotel rooms.

A perfect Valencia stay

We stayed 2 nights at Petit and had a fantastic time, the staff were super-friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, VERY comfortable bed and the shower had all the amenities. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, bars, bus lines, metro and train station so really ideal. The fact you can get a free bike from the hotel is an added bonus.

It was a great stay! My room was really nice. It had floor-to-ceiling doors that opened up to the street when I want to see and hear the city and was totally quiet when I closed them. The bed and bathroom were really comfortable. The fridge actually worked and there was a safe. Also, the breakfast buffet has great options, like tons of nuts and fruits. They have three free bicycles, which are available about half the time and are just as good as the public bikes. There are bike paths everywhere. The staff is very laid back, helpful, and friendly.

The neighbourhood is amazing. This might sound strange, but the area reminds me a bit of Berlin's Kreuzberg and Prenzlauerberg before gentrification. There are tons of small cafes, bars, and stores--even a cafe-bookstore open afterhours.

The hotel is modern and well located less than a 10 minute walk to a metro station in a great district with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. The fare from the airport by metro was only 3 euros. The room and terrace were immaculately clean, bedroom was a bit small in need of an upgrade (room 601) and the hospitality tray only had tea bags there was no milk or coffee. The bathroom was perfect.

Was a bit disappointed at check in and during our stay about not getting told anything about the hotel we were only given a key and reminded that we had booked a terrace room with no breakfast. There was no information in the room. It is only on our return home that we note that guests can get free coffee and pastries and use bikes which we were not made aware of.

It was nice to have a balcony with great views

Petit Palace Ruzafa is a very nice \"boutique\" style hotel, with excellent service and accommodation. The area is great for restaurants and night life. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia, particularly for comfort and convenience.

Great private terrace and comfy room

The hotel was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It's situated in the lively Ruzafa area where there are lots of bars and restaurants, but the room was quiet. The private terrace,with sunbeds,table and chairs, was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. It's close to the metro station, Xativa, convenient for the airport.
