NOT WHAT IT SAYS IT IS!!! LOCATION was horrible, the “city view” is just a building. Horrible customer service. Our sinks were clogged, we had 5 people sharing one washroom. The receptionist was TERRIBLE. Incredibly rude saying things like “it’s not my fault I’m not responsible”. We asked for the manager and apparently he was “too busy” to speak with us. The receptionist refused to give us her name when asked. She was tall, short hair, with glasses. Please, I beg you, don’t make the same mistake we did.

One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage. No way to find parking space at least during our 2 night stay. So don’t drive if you can.

Great Hotel in Valencia
I rented a two bedroom apartment and was very pleased with the stay. Hotel is a short 15 minute walk to the center but there are many nice cafes and bars right outside the door. The apartment was HUGE and had all the conveniences needed for a great stay. WIFI worked well, bed was comfortable, and the washing machine really helped for our longer stay. I would really recommend this hotel for a great stay in Valencia.

Very good condition. Brand new. Clean. Great location for transportation, walking and the city center. You don’t get a balcony like it shows in the pictures unless in the 3 bedroom unit. That should be specified on hotels.com. I’m here three weeks and like to sit out when I work. But that’s not huge. The biggest and maybe the only drawback to the place is the paper thin walls and the unending rudeness of others. Noise comes from all sides vetween the leaning people and the units on both sides. At 2 AM I will still be listening to the people next door carrying on. But if you’re not noise sensitive, or you like to make noise or let your kids scream and run up and down the hallways all day and night, it’ll be perfect.

The property was in a convenient location to the museum and restaurants. It was walking distance from the train station so no need to take a taxi. Once we arrived we rang the office and were buzzed in. After checking in, we left our luggage in their office so we could walk around and get a bite to eat before the apartment was ready. The apartment was clean, well decorated and spacious enough for a small family. We had 3 in our group which was perfect for us with 2 bathrooms. We experienced a couple of issues which we made them aware of at check out. There were people talking loudly, laughing and playing music from a close by gathering which kept us awake until 12:30-1:00 every night of our stay. We also noticed that we didn’t have hot water the first morning so we located the water heater panel on the wall above the washing machine outside the kitchen. It was set on low so we turned it up to Max. The following night, my sister was taking a shower and the water went cold after a few minutes into her shower and never warmed up.
The beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. The heater worked great and kept us warm as there weren’t extra blankets in the rooms. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there so we spent more time in the apartment than planned. The couch and chairs were comfortable and we were able to find an English news channel on TV to keep us entertained.

Beautiful, clean, bright and very spacious apartment in a great location. The check-in process was all online and very smooth and easy, and we were able to access the on-site parking facilities with our room code directly, which was very convenient. The kitchen is modern and was perfect for making our own breakfast, although it was not equipped for greater culinary endeavors, as there was just a couple of pans (no pots) and not a lot of additional tools. Not an issue for us since the area is full of great restaurants and offers plenty of takeaway options as well. We worked from the apartment one day with plenty of Zoom meetings and the wifi was very fast and reliable. We would happily stay there again during any future trip to Valencia.

Amazing stay for a family of 5 adults and 1 child. Really close to the station - 5 minute walk. Apartment was clearly deep cleaned and all furnishings to a high standards. The beds were very comfortable. Huge kitchen and two modern bathrooms. Gelato place around 5 minutes walk and a great cafe full of cakes and empanadas. 10/10 I would stay again.

Muy buen apartamento aunque a mejorar sobrecostes
Espacioso y en buen estado. Decorado con detalle. Muy luminoso (una habitación no tiene persiana) y la climatización perfecta. Como punto negativo la escasez de productos que te dan, ya que te dejan un kit de bienvenida pero con una sola unidad de cada cosa y eso te obliga a comprar papel higiénico, papel de cocina, bolsas de basura, pastillas lavavajillas, detergente lavadora...muy insuficiente en ese sentido. También destacar el excesivo sobrecoste por extras: 10€ la perdida de la tarjeta del apartamento, 4€ cada toalla extra...

Wat wel goed aan de appartement was dat het groot was, de locatie, vriendelijk receptie. Wat niet goed was de staat van de appartement. Hele dunne muren zodat je de kan buren horen praten (zelf gesnurk).
De afwerking van de badkamers mag weer eens bij gewerkt worden. De douches die niet genoeg warm water gaven.Wc (keuken)papier dat jezelf moest regelen(betalen) als het op is.

El apartamento más económico era grande, bonito, y muy limpio. Céntrico. Defectos: no tenía balcón o terraza, y faltaban cosas básicas como sal, aceite, alguna capsula de cortesía para el café, bolsas de té...De todas formas, lo recomiendo.
