Marina was amazing. She met us at the property, was very polite and explained everything we needed to know. We had a few questions etc about València that she was able to answer and also provided us with an airport transfer and bikes to rent!

The pros: the apartment is very spacious and has two big beds. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a stunning view of the city and is in a great location.
The cons: the check in was a disaster. I knew that we would arrive late, so the host arranged for me to pick up the keys after hours. The issue was it was in a property across town (very inconvenient) and the door code she gave us was incorrect so I couldn't even get in. Luckily I tried desperately for an hour to try random codes until I guessed the correct one. This crisis could have been averted with a more automated check in process. The apartment also had a rancid smell which never went away. And despite having a kitchen and coffee maker, no coffee pods or any useful kitchen staples were included- not even salt or oil. It seems like that usually is a standard practice for rental properties. Also be prepared because this unit is on the third floor and there's no elevator.

Since we wanted to see the area and not necessarily be at the beach, it was an excellent location to do that. The apartment was nice. The downside was three flights of stairs with our luggage. The apartment was comfortable, but the main bed is up in the loft which we did not use because we don’t wanna climb downstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. We were instructed to turn the AC off every time we left and it took us about five minutes to get the remote to turn it off for some reason.

We had a wonderful stay in Valencia! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The flat was spacious, and comfortable, with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice balcony. Traveling with our 1-year-old was easy, as the host provided a crib, which was a huge help. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone visiting Valencia!

There are many stairs, so be prepared. Also the street sounds of Valencia at night are heard, though we didn’t mind, some might.

Great place to stay. Very central to all the main visitor attractions. Bed was so comfortable and room was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. 50+ stone steps to the apartment door so be prepared for a workout!!

Valencia is an amazing city with so much to see and do! Bubuflats is in a vibrant and lively part of the city. We stayed in a beautiful apartment which was our base for lots of exploring. A nice stroll around the area reveals lots of bars and restaurants within its winding streets and many must see places ( such as the cathedral ) only a short walk away.
The host made us very welcome and was very kind allowing a slightly later than planned check in and arranged a taxi to and from the airport. It was such a happy holiday for us.

We really liked the location. It was ideal to go anywhere for tours or dining. We walked everywhere. The host was really helpful. I would only mention that the shower facility could’ve been better. But it was overall a great place for us.

A really good place to relax and be a part of the city. The owners are very nice and helpful. Location is great, in the middle of historic Valencia. If you're visiting and have a car with you, be sure to figure out parking ahead of time, as the area as a whole wasn't built with cars in mind.

The apartment shown above was not the one we were given. we asked for a bath and got a useless shower which did not work properly there was 56 STAIRS to get to your front door The place was not somewhere we would recommend

Beautiful place. Everything was put and arrange really carefully. It has a nice living room, dining room and kitchen. Perfect for families or a couple. But just keep in mind there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so if you have a baby with stroller or reduce mobility will be difficult.

Host was friendly and met us at the arranged time, showed us everything in the flat and how it all works. Flat is lovely with everything you will need - full kitchen, laundry and bath room. A little hard to locate the flat. Area has many eateries and a short walk to main city and rail station (20 minutes). Overall was a nice, secure place to stay overnight.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this spacious apartment in the old town, which was convenient to the central market and other sights. Host was friendly and helpful. Loved that the windows opened onto a smaller market hall to let in fresh air and light. However, those with sensitive noses or are light sleepers should note that the bedroom door can creak loudly; Valencians are known to party until dawn so they may be loud beneath the windows; the smell of sewage is relatively strong in the bathroom (but this isn't something the hosts can control). Also, the floor leading to the bathroom was damaged, which may potentially be a trip hazard but we didn't have any issues. Hopefully that will be fixed in the near future! Overall, not sure we'd stay again, but not because of the apartment itself; we might stay somewhere closer to the train station because the wending streets make it kind of hard to find a cab when you really need one (like in the rain trying to get to the train station!) and the nearest metro stations are a 15-min walk.

• Very stylishly furnished and spacious apartment
• Important to note: Since the building is a listed historic property, there is no elevator and the windows are a bit sound-permeable. So be prepared for a bit of a workout to reach the third floor—and maybe bring earplugs

¿qué no me gustó? NADA. En general el apartamento es más bonito de lo que aparece en las fotos que son tomas parciales, está decorado con un gusto exquisito y super original. En una zona inmejorable y con todas las comodidades, tiene un encanto especial. Y Marina y Reno como anfitriones fueron super amables, facilitandome la entrada a una hora anterior a la prevista. Ce n'est pas un hôtel style plutôt chambres d'hôtes. Très bon emplacement en plein vieux centre de valencia. Un seul bémol extrêmement bruyant. A eviter lorsqu il y a des fêtes ou si l'on vient vraiment pour se reposer. Sinon l'endroit est tip top pour la visite et le shopping.
