Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room well appointed and equipped, excellent breakfast choices, all delicious and plentiful.
Lovely rooftop bar.
Parking convenient and although tricky to navigate well worth the cost. The hotel even offered for their driver to take it out of the garage back to the main entrance.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel smells clean as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional and friendly, the towels and shower are luxurious, the bed is so comfortable, you can set the temperature of the room to whatever you want. The soaps, shampoos and conditioners smell wonderful and fresh. The room is quiet. I wish this was an international chain. I would stay here everywhere. If I ever come back, I will stay here again.

Had a lovely base to explore Valencia from. Lovely team at front of house and housekeeping. The room was lovely sized, clean and everything we required. We wished we had a coffee machine.
Staying at this hotel made it easy to walk everywhere and easy to use local transport.

We stayed in the Junior Suite, the room was great. Very comfortable bed, very clean, spacious with views of the city and towers.
The staff was great, very attentive. They even parked our car in their private parking since it would have been difficult for us to access (not used to small parking spaces).
The breakfast was excellent too.
The hotel is a great location on the skirt of the old town but still easily accessible from the main road. Walking distance to all attractions.

The hotel is next to Serranos Towers, which is one of the original entries to the walled city.
Breakfast was made to order and very good.
There is a great rooftop bar.

This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. They got awesome Paella too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the market. This is a brand new hotel. You don’t even need any converterr. uSB access all throughout the room. Shower pressure is so awesome. Breakfast is preset everyday but freshly cooked. I don’t usually rate the staff as they can come and go and to me the cleanliness is all that matters to me. but I need to compliment each and every staff at this hotel. Everyone went up and beyond. My daughter had a stain on her white blouse and when my daughter asked if they have a stain remover, the concierge went to their laundry room in the basement get it for my daughter.

Luxury Gem in downtown

The rooms were modern, spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom was enormous with robes, slippers, great water pressure and copious hot water in the waterfall shower. Uber comfortable bedding and there is even a pillow menu. Late check-out until 2:00 PM was available for 20 euros, which was extremely fairly priced and greatly appreciated. This is quite the gem in a fabulous location right next door to the tower.

We chose this property for it's proximity to Ciutat Vella (Old Town) and the historical sites. We were dazzled by the property itself. The staff was awesome and attentive. We were offered a welcome drink at any of the Valencia area properties. Restaurant breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The only thing is that the hotel is far away from the Ciutat Vella and people has to spend a lot of money taking UBER to go to other Atractions!
*** Other BAD point is that Customers can NOT call or Comunícate with EXPEDIA through any way: NO CALLS (outside of EU) there is NOT email, or other resource to get in Touch with Expedia!
This Complain I will write it in all Social Media! bc PEOPLE deserve to Know How this Company works!! :(

Very nice stay, and the location is perfect.
Only annoyance is the breakfast situation, it not a buffet which is good, but only one person to take orders, make coffee, and serve the food.

Not enough staffed, leading to long waiting time, even just for the coffee.

The first day, we at around for 15min before we got the menu, and then another 10min to place the order, and then we waiting another 10min before we got our coffee.

This is a lovely hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are compact but fairly well designed. I did not love having the toilet separated from the bathroom area though.

The staff are helpful and polite. Service at breakfast can be very slow when it's busy. They could really do with additional staff to address this.

The rooftop area for a drink is lovely but I feel the food menu would benefit with a few more vegan options.

we stay in different hotel thru Spain. All of them were very nice. But for me the nicest unit was in this hotel. This is located in the Center, so all you want to see was just waling distances. Personal very friendly. Magdalena. Thanks for your input on where to go eat! I swear it felt that this hotel just opened their doors recently because everything looked very nice and clean, but to my surprise they already been opened for 3 years. kudos to you guys. In a word: perfect. The property is thoughtfully designed, with a lovely combination of natural and modern materials. Even the lighting in the rooms is well designed for a restful stay! The rooftop deck has stunning views. The location is perfect, at the gate of the historic centre but also a few meters away from tourist congestion. The staff people are wonderful! They are friendly, helpful and extremely competent. And be sure to include the delicious breakfast in your booking. The house- made granola was especially nice. I highly recommend this place. It exudes sophistication and luxury without any sense of pretension.

Stayed 6 night's for the 2024 Valencia Marathon. Room 212. Im a very low maintenance, not picky guest customer so my review can be very different from those opposite to me. I found the location of hotel to be very central to most of what i wanted and needed to do. Park is right in front to go running. Start and finish of race is only 2mi away. Bus stops and bike rentals are within few steps, plus taxis go by the main road constantly. Getting to expo wasnt complicated either as took the trolley only few min walk to station from hotel. Going to the beach via taxi cost me 9 euro, rode bike rental way back and explored the city. Lots of good and close dining options for runners. Staff was very helpful during my stay. Because of location i got to explore the historical part of the city within walking distance, everything i needed during my stay was right there. This hotel more than satisfied my stay, all i needed was a quiet room to stay with bathroom and good mattress. Room i stayed is in very good conditions, looks like very recent remodeled and modern. Dont let reviews from other high maintenance over the top expectations reviewers keep you from staying here. If you're a runner running the half or full, this a nice place to stay. I never had any noise problems at night while sleeping. Mattress was really good, so were the bed sheets and pillows. Just wish it had a microwave, being from the USA would've liked to wup my oatmeal or food from Mercado. Did have a mini fridge that h

Loved the modern, Scandinavian look throughout the hotel with clever lighting. Huge rooms and bed. Lots of charging points and sockets..loved the shower.

Lovely modern hotel in a really good location right at the entrance of the old town in Valencia and close to the urban park. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as the food was limited and didn't cater for vegan options. The room is well designed and stylish but a little on the cosy side and expensive for what you pay for. The rooftop terrace is nice with great views of the old town but as we were located on the 4th floor (one floor below the rooftop terrace) it got a bit noisy in the evening when they played the music quite loudly. Overall, a really nice stay in Valencia.

I loved this property! It was immaculate, the staff were helpful and friendly. The roof
top bar was so nice! Fatima makes a great Aqua De Valencia, ask for her! The optional add on breakfast for $18 was enjoyable every morning. The hotel is located right next to one of the FSU dorms, which is why I stayed there. There are hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is in the perfect location, just at the entrance of the ciutat vella, the historical city center. You walk right in! Very convenient. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a Junior Studio Suite (2 adults a 1 kid) and we enjoyed every minute of it. Room was large, nice layout, great view. But the real strength of this hotel was the staff!!! Pablo, Alba, Patricia, Sara and Paloma, thank you so much for always having a smile on and being so helpful! Super highly recommended.

Perfect Valencia hotel!

Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They recommended some local sights to visit that we didn’t even know about. They provided a great restaurant recommendation. We even had welcome drinks on the rooftop! I would recommend this place to anyone.
