Good two bed apt in a convenient location. There's a metro and bus stop outside. Supermarket and shopping centre across the road. It's walking distance to the zoo also which should be on everyone's to do lunch at whilst in Valencia as it's outstanding.

The entrance is scruffy and there's a main road directly in front of the property. It's not got any wow factor really but it's ideal as a base.

When I first arrived, there was a guy sitting in the parking lot and he pointed to a spot where I was to park and told me to back in and acted like he was doing a bunch to help me. At first, I thought he was nice and possibly an employee of the hotel. But then I quickly realized he was just someone on the street hoping I would give him money For doing something that I could do myself. Then the police had to come because people were fighting outside. Then my son got locked in the bathroom because the latch on the bathroom door was stuck. It wasn’t even the deadbolt on the bathroom. It was just a regular latch that should open when you turn the door knob. We had to call the fire department who came at 2:30 in the morning to let my son out. The apartment themselves are pretty nice, but the area is not very nice and I was not impressed that the latch on the door was so old and stiff. I’m probably the only traveler who had to call the fire department, but it was not a good experience because there’s no front desk to call. There’s a Corte Ingles across the street and there’s a Domino’s downstairs so I guess there’s a couple things close by

Spotlessly clean, amazing air con and helpful staff. Metro and multiple bus stops near by plus taxis available from the taxi rank opposite by the shopping centre. Some local bars, restaurants in surrounding streets and chain restaurants in the shopping centre opposite. Large supermarket opposite, handy for self catering.

I expected a bigger place from the photos listed and staff was not overly friendly. We had to dispose of our own trash into separate recycling bins outside down the street a bit. That bothered me !
Upon entering, our sliding door to the balcony had no locking mechanism, our iron didn't work and the TV wouldn't turn on...they were immediately fixed after I mentioned it to staff. But the entrance door was overkill super heavy duty, not sure why ! But it was secure. And walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours easily.
Overall, I wouldn't return.

The property is very clean and the staff very attentive. When we got in the apartment there were some towels that did not look the cleanest inside a closet and there was no hand soap. As soon as we brought it to the reception's attention, they took care of it right away. Other than that, the place was super clean. There were two families and we rented two apartments. We would have liked to be next to each other or at least on the same floor but that was not possible and we were on the 3rd and 5th floor. It would have been nice to have it differently but it was not a big deal. The building is mostly short rentals so the staff is on site and that is really great. There is a lot of parking around the building and the Corte Inglés is just on the other side of the road. Also, you are well located to take any road and there are several buses that take you directly downtown.

Parking in the day time is impossible. The property has only two spots that are already reserved. The public parking is always full, so it’s a risk using your car unlike what was published. Also the description in Orbitz states that you have a view of the City, that’s incorrect too.

Great property, room at the back was quiet, close to the metro and within 20 mins walk of the centre. Vouchers were given for breakfast which is held at a cafe around the corner. Superb breakfast, provided with fresh orange juice and choice of another drink ( coffee, tea, water etc) plus croissants filled with an assortment of sweet or savoury fillings, toast and huge generously filled baguettes. Asked for baguettes to take away for lunch and happily provided. Definitely worth adding breakfast

Pio XII has plenty to offer

We are staying at Pio XII waiting for our new apartment that is being renovated. We have stayed over a month here and have found it to be a great place to stay. Plenty of good shopping nearby, many restaurants and a great area to catch a bus.
The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Staying here was a wise choice!

A month stay in Valencia

Great location, plenty of free parking around and regular cleaning service. The apartment had all the basic amenities and equipment. My only remark is pillows that are very uncomfortable but I crossed the street to the mall opposite and bought a nice pillow for my month stay. Great value for money overall!

25 minute walk into the old town (or buses at the door if you prefer). Reception staff very friendly and helpful. No parking on site but 15 euro per day to easily park in the shopping centre across the street. The apartments are on a main road but the shutters do a reasonable job of keeping out the light and noise at night.

3 night stay with 1 child in twin room- amazing value we booked in advance and got room for £40 p.n. incl breakfast. apartment was spacious and perfect for 2. Decent balcony, good aircon plus adequate kitchen if we wanted to cook. Patio doors didn't lock but on 7th floor we weren't worried as nobody was going to get up there. Close to Turia metro and shopping centre and also a few minutes walk from the centre. Breakfast was at local cafe (choice of 2). we had no road noise but a very loud snoring above, which lasted all night !!. Highly recommend for location, value and service

The property is located right across the street from a mall that contains a grocery store and restaurants. It is near a park. A great park to walk or ride bikes. You can rent bikes at the apartment for a reasonable fee. It is easy to catch public transportation from this location.

Our apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived, showing us how to get to places of interest and suggesting good places to eat. The apartments are a little away from the city centre but a metro station is very close. There is a large shopping centre over the road which has a good selection of chain stores and places to eat. In general we thought it was very good value for money.

We loved the location, across from mall, market and easy access to public transport which is very inexpensive. The staff was great. We are not used to housekeeping done every 4th day but they will bring you anything you need in between times. Dryer rack on the patio after you wash your clothes and the kitchen was fully stacked with dishes, etc. So many drawers for your convenience as well. The only downside is it is on a very busy street so quite a bit of traffic noise but after a few nights we actually got used to it. The windows open to a great breeze, hence the noise. Would stay here again. Also bike rental right on site which is almost right next to a beautiful park system with miles to enjoy at your leisure.

Nice aprtments in good location.

The apartments have all the facilities you need and are opposite a shopping centre with many eating options. The rooms are quite adequate and well sound proofed. Perhaps useful to request apartment a few floors up as Dominoes pizza outlet can be busy.
Bikes available to hire and the parkland in the dry river valley offers miles of exploring with buses to the beach close by. Not the most central of places but so handy for most things and it's a pleasant walk into old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Apartment was clean upon arrival. Located on a very busy main road which affected our sleep and woke us up multiple times during the night. Across the road is a large supermarket with a food complex which was very convenient. Metro was a short walk. Breakfast was not served in the same building as the apartments (you get given a ticket to use at a cafe on the same street)- the food/ service was great but i wouldnt recommend paying extra for breakfast to be included.

Loved the apartments the location is fantastic for touring the city making use of the tram and the bus routes. Bus 95 takes you near to the bioparc and down to the science museum and aquarium. The only thing I would say is that the pull out bed isn’t suitable for adults. Everything else superb.

The staff are amazing! Honestly nothing is too much for them. Very polite, amazingly helpful. The apartment is so clean and in an amazing location! Right near a main bus stop which takes you practically everywhere and opposite a supermarket. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. So secure with locked doors and intercoms I felt at ease throughout. I would 100% recommend and the staff really deserve some recognition!

We had a great stay, a bit of a walk to centre until we took advantage of the buses. Bus service was brilliant and only €1.50 per trip. Valencia is the most beautiful city to explore.

Property is perfectly positioned close to the Turia Park and tube station and with easy 10 minute walk into the heart of Valencia. Across the road is a shopping centre with the usual shops, supermarket and cafe's. The apartments are excellent for a short stay (we stayed 5 nights) and have everything convenience you will need, including kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Stayed here 4 times now and will keep going back. also considering a longer term rental for those cold UK winters.

The apartment block is well situated for transport - metro and buses, shopping - El Cortes Ingles and large shopping mall directly across the street and cafes and restaurants. Turia park is a 3 minute walk. The apartment is well appointed with kitchen utensils, crockery, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc and includes essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll, liquid soap, toilet rolls, tea towel, bin liners, hairdryer. Bedroom and bathroom were a good size but the the living area was compact. Towels and linen were changed during our 7 night stay. Negatives?I would recommend requesting an apartment higher in our building as a popular pizza establishment is situated next door at street level. Also the apartment is close to a main road and busy interchange so it can be noisy. Our apartment had a balcony but it was too small to sit out on. As ever the TV had lots of channels but none in English. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Great location for local amenities and exploring the city.

Hard to find place it’s near a busy intersection. It doesn’t offer free parking part of the apartments but does have street parking outside if you are lucky to find a spot. The continental breakfast is coffee and croissant which is about 200 metres from apartments. The apartment itself was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. It has a washing machine but no dryer. Shopping centre across the road which has a supermarket.

Overall for the cost, not bad. No thrills. It was perfect for the MotoGP weekend.

However..
We were on the 1st floor, 101a, the whole corridor leading to the apartment smelled like a Budgie cage, pretty sure I actually heard a bird at some point. I think some of the apartments are lived in by permanent residents.

Also, I couldn’t sleep too well with the noise, the walls are quite thin, it did sound like upstairs were playing musical chairs.

Apart from those things, it was clean and decent enough just for a short weekend.

Accommodation was great. Very clean and all we needed for our 3 night stay. Staff were friendly and efficient and very helpful. The location was on a busy multi lane road which wasn't an issue if you had the windows closed. It was quite a walk (30 mins) from the apartment to the old town via a park. Not ideal if you have mobility issues. However, a taxi ride will cost you around 7 euro if you want to take the easy option. Bus station is only a 10 minute walk which is all on the flat and easy to find. Supermarket across the road is huge so no problem getting provisions. Top tip - visit the Beirwinkel bar which is just around the corner. Also, there is a restaurant next door which is reasonably priced and a hotel bar just across the street which sells good burgers and beer for 10 euro during happy hour.

This place has everything you need for a self catering stay in Valencia! Great friendly staff and cleans rooms.

The only suggestions will be these:

-More cutlery and bowls.

-Provide proper parking for guests. You have to kinda fight for a parking space. But if u look hard you will find one with the help of the gypsy’s! You don’t need to tip them they aren’t pushy but we did as they are actually really helpful.

-put rubber stoppers on the chairs as all day long you will hear people moving them around and it makes a loud awful noise.

The apartments were 20 minutes walk to cathedral and La Lonja. Turin less than 10 minutes walk providing easy access to all major sights and the beach too . We hired city bikes which was a great way to explore. The apartment was a great location , with brilliant supermarket over the road . It was clean and we had a housekeeping service every 2 days ( we stayed for 10 ). We had 2 apartments, there were 4 of us, but we decided not to have a family apartment as we wanted to have 2 bathrooms. Apart from the balcony being rather small we thought the apartments were great. We had a kitchen area with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave , kettle, with enough basic pots etc to cook a meal. We bought food from the central market and cooked in the kitchen,there was enough pots to cook ( but only just!) . Sadly during our stay we had 2 of our mobile phones stolen in the Turin , it happened so quickly that we didnt even know it had happened , and we had been very careful as we have recently visited other cities ( barcelona, Rome, Granada etc) . The guy on reception at the apartments was so kind and helpful, including ordering a taxi so we could go to the police station. All the guys on reception are so helpful and really go out of their way to give information and assistance.
This was a great spot for a city break, and sensibly priced, and the only thing I would change if you could is a slightly bigger balcony.

Very nice stay at the PIO XII apartments. Fully equipped, even with iron and ironing board, anything you want for the family or for the kitchen. Location is great, just 100 meters from the Turia metro station and also other bus stops (to and from center, to and from Oceanografic too). Minus for me is the noise from the street. Our apartment was looking on both streets, so maybe this made it more audible. Not really bothering, I slept very well but my wife had some problems with it.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and with the new condition of the appliances in the kitchen and the suite in the bathroom. The shower was very powerful and the hot water was endless at all times of the day. There was an abundance of towels, and extra pillows and covers, and everything in the apartment worked as it should. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. There was always one of several on duty at different times and days, and on my arrival they gave me the travel information to get around the area.

Do not let the road view put you off.

The facilities in the apartment were excellent - I requested a high floor and git Room 749 which had a great balcony. The hotel and surrounding buildings are very attractive but do not let that put you off as inside is excellent.

Great location, apartment has everything you need

The apartment is in a great location. It's close to Turia metro station, so you can get there directly from the airport and also travel around Valencia easily. There's a shopping centre across the road and dominos next door. Short walk to the old town and lots of good restaurants nearby.

The apartment doesn't look quite as good as the pictures online, it's also smaller than I expected. It's a bit old and dated, but perfectly functional. There's a kettle, washing machine, cooker, tv etc. Everything you need is in the apartment and there's a supermarket across the road if you need anything. The shower is only 50L, so you have to be \"efficient\" when showering, so that everyone has hot water. Lifts are available for easy access.

Bed is not the most comfortable and the room gets cold quickly after heating (I think the insulation is poor).

But, for the price, it's very very good value. Location, access, lifts, and fully equipped apartments are the main selling points. I will book this place again if I visit Valencia and I would recommend it to my friend due to how convenient everything is.

Nice apartment good location friendly and helpful

we checked in at 12 clock once we arrived 。That was excellent as we had 2 yong children traveled together。They can relaxed at the apartment before looked around the city。Very pleased with the stuffs as well。

Comfortable and Clean Apartment to stay in.

I stayed at Pio XII Apartments for 4 days. I was very happy with the overall experience. The staff are very helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. The apartment is located to a shopping mall, were you can buy grocery's if needed. There is a food court which has a variety of restaurants. Also next to the apartment is a family run restaurant.
I had no idea that the apartment was walking distance to the Sight seeing tour bus company. The stop number is 4 on the route. This was very convenient.
Overall five stars from me.

well situated friendly apartment block

We stayed here for 6 nights during September. The Apartments are situated on a busy road but it wasn't overly noisy and it still felt quite chilled sitting on the balcony in the sun. Close to a beautiful and extensive park whi9ch is great for running, walking and bike riding. The metro station is a few hundred meters away and tram lines to the beach and harbour area are within walking distance. They old town is about 15 minutes walk from the apartments and the area feels safe and pleasant even late at night.

Quiet apartment in great location.

These apartments were just perfect for us. Really clean, modern,well fitted out, and quite spacious. In a good location beside the Turia metro and also beside the fabulous Turia gardens. We walked to the historic centre each night in an easy 20minutes. The staff in reception were all so helpful and friendly. We used the bike hire from the apartment which was good value. You have access to cycle lanes outside the door and across the road are miles of cycle tracks through the Turia gardens and to the beach. We cycled to the beach 5 days of our 9 at the apartment.
Also, the apartment was quiet at night from the street with good double glazing and no noise either from other rooms. A nice sunny balcony and washing machine were great additions. WiFi signal was strong at all times.
