Another lacklustre Eurostars property.

We stayed here several days during the Christmas and New Year Holidays and we found it quite disappointing how understaffed the hotel seemed to be. The hotel was not very full at all and the services were very stripped back during this entire period. No breakfast available on New Year’s Day, no breakfast on 3 Kings day, nothing organized or available in the hotel for New Year’s Eve…several days we had to ask for our room to be made up, and many of those, we didn’t have housekeeping until early evening. It was almost like being the only one in your college dorm when everyone else has gone home for the holidays! Anyway, I get that it’s important for employees to get to spend time with their families but it’s still a hotel and so I think if the hotel is open, there is some obligation to maintain a level of guest services for people staying there. The bed is pretty comfy, the room is spacious. No ability to change the thermostat from heating to cooling so thankfully the window opened. A kettle or Coffee machine in the room would be a welcome amenity. The business centre was closed during the entire time we were there - I think 12 days in all. The wifi in the room was pretty lousy (lots of buffering) and it is a complete pain in the….ahem because you have to log back in EVERY SINGLE TIME you end a session! Name, room number, email, accept the terms and conditions on a tiny finicky little form which often didn’t work and then finally get to log in. Very bare bones experience.

Hotel location maybe makes sense for those going to work, but for tourists is too far from main points of interest ( -30/40 min walking).
Breakfast the worst i ever had during my trip through spain.
This hotel doesn’t worth the price, definitely will never be back again.

Nice hotel but could do waaay better!

The room was lovely, comfy bed, nice clean bathroom. However for the amount of money they charge per night, i expect tea/coffee/kettle facilities to be available in the rooms. The receptionist said they don't do that. Rooftop swimming pool is a nice touch but it is shallow and very small so bare that in mind. No hairdryers in gym changing room, no hairdryers in hotel rooms (so pack your own). No irons either, have to pay for ironing. Hotel is a bit far (at least 30mins bus/tram) from hotspots/beach but close enough to decent public transport so bare that in mind.
Overall I think it's too pricey to not have thee pretty basic touches.

Considering the pictures we saw in the property posted facilities, very disappointed with the real ones. Basically all social areas where without any furniture, cero care for social life, no areas available for entertainment. Everything closed just for breakfast, lunch o dinner. Such a property without a bar? Wao. What made us leave the hotel was the strong sewage smell in the halls and rooms. Simply unacceptable. We informed the management immediately. This is not a place where we will come back again for sure.

Comfortable modern hotel close to metro.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Cam e for a Champions League game this time and stayed 3 night. The location is ideal if you want to explore the city(it is 50 yards from the metro) but be able to park a car and have access to the motorways to get out and about in the surrounding countryside. It is a comfortable and quiet hotel, with a lovely roof top pool. The breakfast is absolutely amazing...and fresh Valencian orange juice is to die for. My only minor niggle was the air conditioning. Valencia was unseasonably warm, but the aircon was switched to wnter mode. We had to open the window to cool the room down. Fortunately, on the 18th floor the traffic noise wasn't too intrusive.

Location was good. There was work being done meaning very noisy drilling till 6 pm everyday unable to sleep or relax due to the loud sound. Asked the staff to change our room but we could hear it from everywhere in the hotel. I wouldnt book the room if I had known it's going to be that noisy. There was no warning or notice on their website to let us know in advance when we were booking our room. Had a dinner in the hotel and it was very poor quality think it was a pizza straight from freezer. Couldn't eat it waste of money. My relaxing holiday unfortunately ruined due to the noisy situation in the hotel. Also staff very unfriendly, no smile, talking in Spanish about us in front of us! Strongly NOT recommended to stay in this hotel. Waste of our precious time and money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was clean and very comfortable. Those were the two positives. Please be aware that the hotel is very far from the city center (we did know that already because we wanted to get in and out of the city easily by car), and that you will need to walk about 45 minutes to get to the old city. Still, there is very little around in terms of restaurants or cafes. Upon entering the room, it looked nice, but upon further inspection, it became clear that there were issues. The furniture was dinged and dented and looked old, the shower head was cracked so it shot out water awkwardly and aggressively, our tub had heavy calcium buildup, and our A/C didn’t work. Regarding the A/C, when we arrived to the room it was set for 27 degrees celsius (we stayed there in July), so we tried to make the room cooler. Apparently we were not supposed to touch it, but when an A/C is set to such a high temperature, the obvious thing is to try and cool down the room. Eventually it stopped working, so they sent someone to try to fix it, but it still didn’t work. Seeing as we were only there one night, we didn’t complain further and just slept with the window open, which was fine because we were on the 15th floor, but for a longer stay, it would have been an issue. The pool is way smaller than the photos show, it is basically an oversized bathtub, and there was no water fountain in the gym. Overall, the place really needs some upgrades.

Location was very far away from the city center. The room service hours were limited from 8-11pm as well as the dining facility. Options were limited for dining as well as the hours obviously. Would be a good hotel if you are there on business or dont want to be anywhere near the beach.

Extremely convenient location on a metro stop. Unfortunately, the lobby was located on the 18th floor and was dead every time I went in, so didn't feel much like a hotel, and there was little interaction with the staff. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated and not in the best condition. One night I could not get the tub to drain. The second night, I could not get the tub diverter to shift from tub to shower. Both times, it was quickly resolved, but these should have been in working order to begin with. A bit of mold and poorly caulked joints around the shower left it feeling a bit dirty.

I found the hotel just OK....when I arrived I had left my wallet in the cab and not speaking the language found staff less than helpful in assisting me figuring out what to do...I had hoped for a bit more support other than here is the address of the police office ...good luck! The room was small and the shower had no useful barrier to prevent water leaking all over the bathroom floor....I wouldn’t recommend it overall.

Great hotel. Warm welcome staff. We took a room with breakfast and variety of food was great. Fresh fruits, meats and bread. There was ample parking in surrounding streets. A bit far from the old town but it is walkable and gave us a chance to explore the neighbourhood. Quite a few restaurants around the corner and lots of grocery stores in less than 10 min walk to purchase water or supplies.
We didn’t have the time to use the pool or gym but everything looks to be functioning correctly.
What is nice about hotel is that the windows open and you can get some fresh air.
Would definitely come back

the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a wide range of various dishes, the quality however wasn't quite what we expected. The pool on the top floor is also spectacular and you get a great view of the skyline of the city, also the bar up there is cute. The gym seems a bit out of place since there's no ac and also not a lot of exercises you could do there. Sadly, the sauna was also out of service so we couldn't try that. Overall a good hotel though.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Just back and coudn't recommend highly enough. Occupying the top floors of the hotel gives cracking views of the city, especially the 360 view from the top-floor, rooftop pool and bar. The night staff of which deserve a special highlight - extremely friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys. It was a pleasure.

The hotel is situated a good wee walk outside of the medieval part of the city (but there is a Metro nearby) and the walk into town is safe and good fun - there's a few different ways to go with loads to see making for interesting experiences e.g. local markets on Saturday morning.

Excellent mid-price option for Valencia

This is an ideal mid-price hotel for visiting Valencia. The hotel has good facilities, serves an excellent buffet breakfast and has fairly spacious, modern rooms. It is less than 3 minutes walk to the Metro, a 10 minute ride to the centre and a range of bars, restaurants and shops in the locality. It also has an underground car park at a reasonable charge. Highly recommended.

The mattress on the bed was extremely hard. We complained to reception and they brought a thick mattress topper (tempur), this appeared to be a regular complaint. It didn't help with our first nights sleep.
The air conditioning was not efficient, even though the hotel is new. The room temperature never got below 23C.
The check in staff were not helpful, making no effort to assist my husband with the luggage. I'm disabled and need to walk with a stick.
The roof top pool area was lovely.

Hiotel was ideally situiated for us as it was near good road links. Room was very large and clean, came with a spa bath, which was unexpected.

Local restaurants and bars that we used were good and there was a reasonable choice. The Metro was also very nearby. You have to pay extra parking but it was worth it as it saved the hassle of trying to find a parking space near the hotel.

We can not say enough amazing things about this hotel. The rooftop pool was the highlight. The sunset views and lazy days were phenomenal. One 20 min tram away from the beach. Walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and the subway. 15 min by subway to the city centre. The staff are lovely. The amenities in the room were the best. Comfy bed. Hot, powerful shower. Don't look else where. We are frequent travellers and you won't find better at this price point. The one downside was the air conditioner was quite loud so cool down the room while you are awake, its hard to sleep with it on. Enjoy!

The hotel was a great place to stay at - the room was very comfortable and stylish. The staff are very friendly and helpful (they helped a lot with transport). The location is a bit out of the way from the centre of the city but there is literally a subway station next to it so it was very easy to get to the main attractions - a five, ten minute subway ride really.

Great hotel, great location, amazing staff! Breakfast was absolutely horrible though. The rooftop pool was incredible, however the steps to come down from the pool were soaking wet on one occasion and I slipped down them, bruising my back and legs. Overall a good stay apart from the breakfast.

The hotel is really nice. Its located outside of the main city attractions but there is a metro station 4min walk away. The breakfast was amazing! I definitely liked it better than the dinner at the Hotel restaurant. The pool was nice and clean. I had a great experience, I definitely recommend it.

A fine alternative to more expensive hotels near conference centre. Excellent breakfasts and near a variety of restaurants. Good supermarket in same block. Staff responsive and attentive to details. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Gym could be much better but rooftop pool has great views.
