The staff were super great! My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. It was super nice to not have to worry about finding something to eat before going through airport security.

I spent $199 euros for one night for this hotel which was more like a 3 star hotel. Here is a list of what was wrong with the room and the manager did not feel I should get a partial refund. I was exhausted when I arrived so I didn’t want to have to change rooms or have maintenance people working.
1. The air-conditioning was not working properly.
2. There’s no refrigerator.
3. There is only one electrical outlet by the bed.
4. The closet is very small and doesn’t have any shelves to put clothes on.
5. There is no hot water kettle for tea or coffee.
6. The bottom of the couch is shredded.
7. There are three poorly patched spots on the bathroom floor.

They are good, just be aware that they have two hotels, one. 3 stars and other one 4 stars so the pictures in the booking are mostly for the 4 stars building that is in the same street but the loony and rooms are a little bit different, but in general is a good hotel, the staff is pretty friendly.

Overall, this property was disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were rude. The room was not very clean. We had a 3 person and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of my friends has been having really bad back pain as a consequence. The breakfast was good. Do not recommend.

This feels like a very budget hotel. The double room was a decent size and the shower pressure was very good. The gym was good. The WiFi was unusable, the corridors smelled bad, my bathroom flooded everytime I used the shower because the cubicle was not sufficient, the lights in the room were a bit dingy and the toilet plumbing was broken and water would keep flowing long after flushing. An alarm went off at 3am one night in the corridor with no explanation given. I would avoid staying here personally.

Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean.
Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room.
I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine.

This property is okay. Staff was nice. Room was small especially the bathroom. There no amenities on the hotel except for a gymnasium. In the room there wasn’t a coffee maker neither an iron or ironing board. Coffee was offered the lobby for a fee. The breakfast buffet was not impressive.

The hotel itself is adequate with convenient metro station nearby. Small but clean rooms, no fuss no muss breakfast buffet.
The staff is worth mentioning. Nice people, ready to help and engage with you. Walk 50 feet to their sister hotel Ilunion4 (literally, next door) and you’ll find a fully stocked bar for coffee or anything else you have in mind. Elegant, comfortable area with great young staff who make the difference.
I’ll be back next year.

I was there for 2 nights - I had to check out in 1 day - Rooms were so cold. No heater was working. Upon asking help - A guy came in room and did some settings with AC/Heater - still didn't work. I got sick. Had to check out and change the hotel. There was a phone in room but no reception number. No water bottle.. not reccomanded. it's 1-star hotel. Never gonna stay there again. Facilities are not good too

We just spent 6 nights at this hotel, on a short vacation to Valencia. Great location for us, with a metro station just outside that can take you to the centre of the city, and another metro station a 10 minute walk away that takes you directly to the beach. Very convenient and easy to navigate.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, super friendly & helpful. Especially Ruben who we met when checking in. Great, friendly personality, he gave us a map with many top tips of where to go and how to get there. I haven't experienced such great customer service for many years. Give this man a pay rise!

The room itself was pretty basic. The bathroom is one of the Japanese-style pods, on the smaller side and a little dated in terms of decor. But the shower was lovely, there was a hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel, and fluffy clean towels. The bed and pillows were REALLY comfortable, we both slept very well. Limited storage for clothes, a small hanging rail and some bedside shelves. No fridge or coffee making facilities. But honestly, for us, it was no big deal. We used the room for sleeping and bathing.

We had the breakfast and there was a good choice of hot dishes, bread, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cakes, juice. We are vegan so we only ate certain things, but for those without dietary restrictions I think it is a good selection.

We didn't use the small pool because we were always out during the day, but it looked very nice and was busy.

No frills hotel OK for very short stays

This is a place to stay when you just need somewhere to sleep! It is relatively clean, has working air conditioning and you can open the window by a crack when it is cooler. Reminded me of a student room - 'bathroom capsule' in the corner of the room and basic desk, bed, bedside tables. Was noisy when I stayed - was woken up at 4 in the morning my returning partygoers - rooms are not very soundproof! The hotel naming is also confusing - Ilunion 4 is next door - dont make the mistake of going there first as I did - reception staff were not helpful and were very rude!

a nice cool retreat for a summer visit to Valencia

I stayed at Ilunion 3 for 10 nights in August while I was at a conference at the Palau de Congressos and then for a few days of holiday afterwards. It was conveniently right next to the Boniferri metro stop so easy to get to by metro from the airport. Also only two stops from the historical city center. The hotel was fairly new and the room was clean and comfortable, with effective, quiet air conditioning that was much appreciated, but no ice available for a cold drink of water in your room. I liked that the hotel was fully accessible and also they actively recruit disabled staff. The company has a social responsibility ethic and each year they support a big project to give to those less fortunate. The main desk was almost always busy and it was sometimes difficult to get a staff members attention, though they were always helpful once available.

The hotel is situated about 300yards from the Metro convenient for the city centre. Our room was a little disappointing with only a small unit with four coat hangers for our clothes therefore we had to live out of our suitcases. The room had three single bed with two placed together. The breakfast was continental style and excellent with a good selection and plenty. Gluten free bread was available. The hotel staff were very friendly with nothing too much trouble.

Room was basic, bathroom had damaged fittings. The bed was a cheap metal frame which squeaked every time I turned over! I used room service twice - it took more than two calls to get through to the restaurant via the front desk. The food I ordered was okay but not as advertised. Breakfast was basic, the orange juice was from concentrate and awful, no hot breakfast option. Poor value for money
