The parking is a nightmare. It's very narrow. Every time I needed to go to my car, I had to ask for an elevator key, and bring it back afterwards. It wasn't comfortable.

Great location to bus and metro and close to downtown. Quiet location in comparison to downtown. Would gladly stay here again. Parkades in Europe are small so I would recommend a small car. Street parking in Valencia is almost non-existant.

Good apartment choice in Valencia

The Plaza Picasso apartments are great for a family. They are outside of the downtown area of Valencia but with easy bus and metro access. There are plenty of places to eat and get groceries nearby. The wifi and AC worked well. Having a kitchen was a plus.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the laundry and parking on site although there is plenty of street parking as well. Area has a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. Apartment was comfortable and with all the amenities you need to stay with family for a couple of days. I would recommend to stay at this property.

I booked a room for a coulle, with a queen bed. One day before our arrivel, they sent me an email saying I got an upgrade. The new appartment had one more bedroom (that we didn't need), a narrow stair to the second appartment's floor (where are the rooms and the bathroom). I couldn't take my bag upstairs. The air conditionair doesn't refresh the main bedroom.

You get what you pay for

The positive: it’s affordable option in Valencia that is very family friendly, with apartment style rooms. There is a door to separate the bedroom from the living room. The hotel room was very clean. I might stay here again.
Be warned of the following: lots of noise from outside at night and early morning. It’s a residentially area so you’ll be woken up to barking dogs, people talking, and cars. the beds are okay but not the best. The shower head was very weird and could not really change the pressure or position. If you’re a tall person taking a shower will be uncomfortable. It’s not as close to city center as I would have wished. Not really walking distance so be prepared to pay for taxi and bus. The bus is a short one block away which is nice! 24 hour helpful front desk staff is a huge plus.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Good air conditioning and kitchen facilities. The location was great for walking into the centre and there were plenty of shops nearby. We didn’t have any issues with noise and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Good for a group stay in Valencia

Comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, also with sofa bed. Clean and well equipped. Parking available under the building or in surrounding streets. Possible to walk from apartment into city centre, also connections to beach by bus.

Very noisy, not comfortable!

Good location however not worth the money, bathroom was not very clean, mouldy seals in shower, shower heads disgusting. Breakfast states a buffet, more like a continental snack area, more drinks than food and nothing child friendly.
So much noise from other rooms and use of facilities. Air Con locked at 18 and was not cool at all.
A shame really as could be amazing if was kept up with.

We were only here for a single night passing through Valencia. They accommodated our late evening arrival without problem and were super helpful in booking an early morning taxi to the airport. Our room was on the top floor with a wrap around balcony and great view. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would have happily stayed more days if our schedule was different.

Great apartment in a great location

A well equipped* modern apartment in a convenient location for getting to the old town and local transport links. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In a block like this there is inevitably some sounds from neighbours, but it was generally quiet overnight, although traffic noise started from about 7am and people began moving about, but that's to be expected in a city location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again on a return trip to Valencia.

*British visitors will be delighted to know that it has an electric kettle!

Our apartment was avarage bit well appointed. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub had a piece missing and covered with rust. Had to be careful while showering so as not to get cut and need an anti-tetanis shot.

La propiedad en un excelente área sin mucho ruido. El Apartamento muy cómodo con una cama King muy cómoda, cuarto y baño muy espacioso. Sala comedor y cocina perfecta. Clean, spacious, and comfortable

When we arrived we were lucky enough to check in early. The lady (Maria) at reception was incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay the reception staff helped us whenever we needed it. We found the staff's English to be quite good so we didn't have any communication issues.

The room itself was spacious and clean. An oven or grill would have been nice but the microwave for cooking and frying pan to add colour worked just as well.

The only downside for us was the mattress was a bit harder than we're used to. But against everything else, this was a minor issue.

The AC was great though for the season we did find we had to turn it off at night.

Good base for exploring valencia

Nice place with good staff who were very helpful. We could walk to the Bioparc and also the carrefore. We took an Uber to town was only 7 euros. Wi-Fi was good also.

Large airy apartment

Crockery and cutlery not as clean as we would have liked and so we washed everything. There was a little rubbish on the floor.
The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful.
The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.

A good 20 min walk to the center or a 7 min taxi ride. The building is manned 24 hours and the apartment was very clean and appropriate. Free parking right in the front. Would stay again.

Although the location was great, the place was a bit outdated and the walls seem paper thin and you could hear the neighbours partying late at night which made our 3 night stay difficult because they kept on waking up our children. Kitchen pretty well equipped although we had to get the coffee machine from the reception.

Clean rooms and good buffet breakfast

Unfortunately we were here only 1 night, but would not hesitate to return. We found everything to our satisfaction and in particular were pleased with the buffet breakfast. Our checkin was fast and efficient and the young man was helpful with maps of the area. As in so many cities parking is an issue so do be prepared to search for a spot.

Wise choice in Valencia

Nice and big apartment just outside the old city center. Bus are convenient for those who don’t like to walk. Amazing value for the money. You can park the car for free in the streets around the hotel.

Very clean and quite spacious apartment. Great location for the Bioparc and some nice tapas bars nearby. Great option for families who can sleep kids in a different room from adults. Also several play-parks nearby which is handy. Nice buffet breakfast available which set us up well for the day. Will definitely be back.

Street parking were available (depends on luck). Spacious as it’s an apartment, cutlery & microwave available. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. Curtain in bedroom was useless, no black out function at all, we had to wear eye masks in the morning. It was noisy sometimes, could hear sound from next door, the corridor and the upper floor.

Nice place in a fantastic city.

We enjoyed having an apartment with a kitchenette. We had weak wifi at times and few English TV stations. However, the location was good. We walked to the old part of town and also took the bus to the beach. There is a grocery store and mall quite close.

Nice apartment, inconvenient location.

The apartment itself was very nice, bright, spacious and very clean. However, I found the location very inconvenient. Unless you have a car, it takes a long time to get to the centre of town, at least 25 minutes walking. In addition, there are not a lot of good restaurants or coffee shops close by.

You get what you pay for...

It’s rough. I was very cold as there is only a sheet on the bed. I had to go downstairs for a blanket which took forever to get. The breakfast is abismal. I succeeded to find street parking which is free from 9-9. The area has several shops, but it feels like the lower end of town. I only paid 35 euros and I feel like it was overpriced. It’s worth 25 euros tops.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very spacious, they have a parking garage if you are renting a car; the only downside of that is that you have to pay extra for it but it's not that expensive and beats the hassle of looking for parking in my opinion it's totally worth it.

One of our top 10 cities

We had a fabulous time in this wonderful city. Valencia has it all. Historic buildings, a modern vibrant outlook with the Turia Gardens and the modern development of the Opera House, Science centre and Oceanography centre. Add to this a very nice beach which is easily accessible and you have an interesting, all action or relaxing place to spend a few days. The Apartamentos Plaza Picasso was situated in a quiet location just 20 minutes walk through the Turia Gardens to the Serrano Gate and the old town. Good accommodation and offers excellent value for money.

Very pleasant staff, the hotel is located a half our walk from the centre, but this is via the park on the old riverbed, so extremely pleasant. There were 4 of us so one was allocated a sofa bed that wasn’t very comfortable, but this was a minor problem. Would recommend thoroughly

Place was nice. Check-in wasn’t.

Lovely appartment

Lovely clean apartment but incredible difficult to find; hidden away and the name of apartment block is hidden behind a tree. It took at least 1 hour to find!
Breakfast really great and good value. Area not brilliant. All restaurants and cafes only seem to open at 8pm so difficult to find something to eat- otherwise a very nice appartments.

Clean comfortable and welcoming, the apartments were a great introduction to Valencia. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our whole family could enjoy the experience. It is close enough to the city to explore it. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Very good value in a busy city

This would be a great place for a business traveler with work downtown. Our room was clean and spacious and everything worked. The area is congested, so you're better off without a car, but the hotel has a parking garage for a reasonable fee.
