Lovely one night stay with young son

My wife and I decided to take a last minute weekend trip to Valencia with our 6 month old son, and Hotel Kramer was a very good addition to a lovely trip. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, from the reception team to the bar staff. The rooms are clean the the beds are huge (great for me being 2m tall)! Views from the hotel are also great, especially at night (we stayed on the seventh floor). Food selection in the restaurant is good and the drink selection even better. Will definitely come back for my next trip to Valencia!

This hotel was a great find. We ate here on two of the nights that we stayed in the food was fantastic. The staff were attentive and friendly. The beds were comfy and the rooms were really clean. Great base to explore Valencia from. I would happily stay here again.

Perfect hotel

Lovely hotel, really clean, the room is lovely bed is really comfy and the shower is perfect. The bar downstairs is a lovely little bar to grab a drink and the breakfast is great value for money. All the staff are really friendly. Would stay again

Hotel Kramer was excellent! The restaurant downstairs and the hotel and restaurant staff really set this hotel apart from other hotels. They were kind when we were jet lagged, when we were rushed for a big day of activities, and when we were overwhelmed with traveling with a child. They had great touch points like the bike rentals, and they surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine for my husbands birthday. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Found it difficult to fault this hotel. Clean, modern, helpful staff. Good breakfast, I definitely liked their toast with a choice of excellent toppings (although you need to book a time slot as it’s served in their small bar). Location about 20 minutes walk to the old town. Metro and buses nearby.

Wondeful friendly staff, a credit to the business.

I have given it a five star rating because I loved the massive comfortable bed, the cleanliness and location but most of all for the members of staff that went above and beyond and found me some superglue on a sunday, to repair my broken shoe. As we were only there one night, they were the only ones I had with me. Thank you :))

This is a fine hotel. Positive aspects are: 1) the staffs can speak English, 2) the check out time is 1:30pm, 3) The facility is clean and well maintained. The negative aspects are 1) the breakfast is not as good as those of comparable hotels and costs, 2) The hotel offers a free coffee in the afternoon which is good. However, it is difficult to understand why the free coffee offer start at 4pm. This is too late for international travelers.

A very pleasant stay at the Kramer hotel. The property was clean and tidy, the personnel was very kind, and the breakfast was full of opportunities, also for vegetarian people. Bonus point for providing customers with water boxes in the room fridge (instead of plastic bottles). The water boxes we used were offered by the property, too.

HORROR

I travel around the world for the last 30 years and without any doubt is the worse hotel I came across. It was imposible to stay in the room. The heat inside the room did make me feel seek. When I asked recepcion about air conditioning the amswer was well we can give tou a air fan because we can not do any thing about it. i will never will again go to Kramer hotel again and already taking this hotel from my list for Clients and my emplyoees.

Great hotel in a great location. 20 min walk to city and 5 mins to shopping mall. Buses just outside hotel run to all major attractions including the beaches. Staff and rooms great. Shower good quality and good hairdryer. Breakfast was amazing value for money. Nice bar to have a drink at the end of the day. Only observation is that it is advertised as sports bar but no sign of TV showing any sport. Maybe due to covid but I would highly recommend

Conveniently located near a shopping centre (El Corte Ingles plus lots of eating places too), stop for the hop-on hop-off bus,Turia metro and main coach station (all about a 5-10' walk), as well as the old town (about 15-20' walk)

The location of the hotel is close to the downtown, the front desk was very polite and she was nice, the room didn't have central a/c for each room, the ac is controlled by management. So i didn't like that, the room size is ok, not that spacious for 4 people but I guess you are in Europe.
Overall is a ok hotel for the money you pay.
