The staff was great. The breakfast was great as well. I enjoyed the freshly squeezed oj every morning. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the rooms tidy. Location was great. A mall next door with a Mercadona and a Corte Ingles.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with views of the park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many places including the old town and the Biopark. Local transport is clean and easy to use. There is a shopping centre across the road which has a supermarket and various food options as well as a large number of shops. I would highly recommend the Hotel Turia and hope to stay there again on future visits. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Breakfast excellent choices. Same food everyday you will easily find the placement and location of the breakfast items and after taken my 8th breakfast this morning am ready to go. Staffs are really nice with ready smile and even those that obviously having difficulty speaking English have at least tried. On the first day immediately I noticed there were light brown stains on the inner bedsheet light brown appears coffee with cream I took photos. I brought to the attention at the reception he agrees it should not have been there and why the stains were there anyway. It was changed by the time I got back the Spanish lady doing rooms signaled and I heard word cambia or cambio to my delight.

The breakfast area was calm and you were seated. Good selection of food and drinks. The room was a good size and clean. The elevator was a bit busy at times. I miss body wash sopa. I could only find schampo and conditioner. It was labelled schampo.

Holla,

Hotel is big a lot noises busy street, the area around hotel feels not safe in front of the door a lot homeless people in Valencia, this was not what I expected. The breakfast was perfect!!
and only the people in the restaurant was very friendly not on the reception they still have to learn how they have to talk and they dont look even when you ask something.
The room was big, only dated. They have to change television for bigger one with more channels, I get bored when the weather was very bad.
Metrostation is very close you can come from airport by metro and go back.
Busstation is behind the hotel.

The hotel is right by the train so anyone traveling by train can walk over. The parking was limited but available when we got there. The area around hotel didn’t look very safe at night due to being close to station. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious but definitely needs updating. They don’t even have a small fridge in rooms or even safe and the Furnitire and bathroom need updating.

Large room, but dated. Comfortable bed. Shower was over the bath with a shower curtain but no grab rail when exiting the bath. The lock on the sliding door to the balcony was broken so the door could not be secured. The fire exit doors were left open during the day so the interior of the hotel was open to everyone who did not choose to enter through the main reception. The member of staff who met us on check in was neither friendly nor helpful.
The hotel is adjacent to the central bus station, 3 minutes walk to Turia metro station and very close to Turia park.

Cleanliness throughout was good to really good. Breakfast had almost an unbelievable assortment of offerings--not a chance of going off and being hungry! But the best part of our 10 day stay was the Staff--from house keepers to bar tenders and everything in-between. And no exaggeration!! You couldn't ask for a more considerate, genually sincere, friendly helpful and helpful staff. What was that old ad? 'Service with a Smile'. Well, here is a place you can see and fell it in action.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Turia Valencia. The location was idea as our bus got in fairly late and it's just steps from the bus station. The location was good with nearby shops and restaurants and easy access to public transit via the bus and metro. The staff in the Gastrobar restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Paula and Mar were so welcoming and took good care of us. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The only negatives were that the rooms are a bit dated and whatever cleaning products they use were very strongly scented so we had to open the window to air the room a bit. Very happy overall with our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 stars to all them. Especially the night staff. Only issue was that my shower didn’t work. I was only there one night and didn’t notice til midnight. There was nothing they could do , which is understandable. They should really test the rooms before having people stay there. It was very clean. Just an awful shower. Make sure to check it when checking in so that it can be addressed if there’s an issue. So I stayed one day and wasn’t able to shower. Which was really disappointing. And they didn’t have another room that I could use.

I spent two nights at Turia Hotel. The first night was at a room on the top floor which had a great view but one of the front desk members tried to charge me 50 EUR for upgrading from one on the second floor, upon hearing this, the manager said I could have the upgrade for 25 EUR. Which I agreed to. Was it worth it? The room was certainly comfortable but lacked a refrigerator which I consider a basic necessity, specially at a 4 star hotel. On the second night which was at a single room on the 3 floor and which was also very comfortable I asked if a small mini fridge could be brought to my room and the manager said no, but that I could store things in a fridge at the front desk which I thought was weird… Most of the staff were polite and the buffet breakfast which included champagne was delicious and definitely made up for the inconvenience of not having a fridge in the room. I was also offered a voucher for a welcome
Cocktail on my second night which was great! The location is fantastic, overlooking the Turia Park and it’s also conveniently located right next to El Corte Inglés, which is Spains’s version of Harrods. The bus terminal was also right next to the hotel and the bathrooms were very clean and covered in marble. So overall I had a great stay at Hotel Turia but I think they could invest in adding mini fridges to the rooms and also improving the speed of their internet connection.

Hotel Túria has it all!

The staff is wonderful. Barkeeps, housekeeping are all so nice and obliging. If they don’t speak English they whip out phones with translator. The front desk gives out local maps and will find city bus for you. Breakfast is all you could ask for. They have Everything! Will stay here again.

I was very pleased with the overall structure of the property. I completed the online check-in in order to facilitate the staff’s work. I had paid for half board, but as I arrived after midnight—having informed the property by phone in advance—I was provided with nothing more than a very disappointing salad consisting of onions and unpleasant-smelling tuna, a 500 ml bottle of water, and a small portion of fruit.
The room was extremely dusty: under the bed I found various items, including plastic beads from a broken bracelet. The amount of dust was considerable, and unfortunately, as I am allergic to dust mites, I was unable to breathe comfortably. Moreover, the bedsheets were stained with spots of blood, which is entirely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Even the bedside lamps were covered in dust.
This morning I noticed no vacuum cleaners in use; the cleaning appeared to be done only with a broom and a dust cloth. Additionally, the staff initially refused to allow me to use the bathtub for bathing, and I had to argue in order to obtain the bathtub plug.

The hotel staff is what makes this place! They were all awesome. It’s convenient to the bus station and easily walkable to most sites. The room could use an upgrade, desk on a wall without an outlet, no USB ports, furniture not in the best condition, and caulking in the bathroom horrible.

To be honest in all of my reviews I don't recall (too lazy to look) ever doing a review for a hotel. I felt it kind of necessary first, feeling like we really got lucky for the price-to-quality ratio and secondarily because we went through the great Spain power outage of April 2025 with an amazing staff that held it all together enabled in part by the fact the hotel has a back up generator
First and foremost was the hospitality and care with which its director Jose' Antonio showed having just arrived one hour prior to the outage.
Special notice needs to be mentioned is Randy in the restaurant along with a really gracious and kind David behind the bar and Paula a waitress and lastly but not least important is Barbara at the front desk......awesom
The food and beverage manager (a title I have made up) named Laura was/is here both night and day and has been sure to greet us every day and evening.
Located on a busy avenue with short walking distance to centre downtown the location is enhanced by its proximity to the once river bed now green belt whose section we were nearest called Park de Capcalera. This dry riverbed has now been turned into a public parkway inclusive of futbol pitches and baseball diamonds.
My only drawback with the rooms is the lack of room refrigerators and limited access to ice as we are spoiled and somewhat entitled Americans.
All in all I feel fortunate we stumbled on to this fine establishment.

Amazing breakfast next to Turia gardens

A few meters from the Turia gardens in walking distance to the Metro and either less than 10-20 minutes walking to the Old Town this hotels excellent service with English speaking staff that will do their utmost most to make your stay comfortable and happy. Spacious and clean rooms make you feel at home the moment you enter.

The hotel itself was nice. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were only there for an overnight so didn’t spend a lot of time here but it didn’t seem to be near anything other than a mall. The area seemed a little dirty and maybe you didn’t want to go out alone at night.

Beds were comfortable, room was adequate. Nothing special, nothing awful.

The service in all areas was excellent (thank you Paula for your very kind help and attention).The staff were so friendly and attentive and genuinely did all they could to make guests welcome.
The room was very spacious with complimentary tea/coffee, comfortable beds and everything was very clean.
The food was exceptional. Breakfast choice was vast and such good quality . Everything was well organised and items continually replenished and well presented.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Turia for a great stay in Valencia.

Excellent hotel for a Valencia visit

City break inn Valencia taking in the Fallas festival. The hotel was perfect. One stop from Angel Gomera and the centre of the city so we could actually escape the madness and sleep but only a very short walk to the metro and then one stop to the centre. Also bus stops writhing 50m to go out to the harbour and beach if desired. A perfect location next to a big shopping mall and two supermarkets close by to. It was a perfect location for us.
The staff (Iker was the very helpful man who checked us in) were helpful and informative, the breakfast was excellent and our room and beds were comfortable.
We had a perfect stay at this hotel and would return without hesitation.

The hotel is very noisy. I didn’t sleep well there. Another issue was a balcony door don’t lock- I was told it’s for safety reason as a few guests locked themselves out.
